08/10/2025: The Huaqiao Hotel in Rome is very close to the central train station, the airport bus, and our accommodation, just a few minutes away, which is very convenient. It was my first time having lunch there. The food was served quickly, tasted good, was reasonably priced, and the service was also very good.

19/07/2025: I had a very nice meal with a man who loved spaghetti and a little Freddo,I was so mad that I ate a lot of pessimism...the mango carp was disgusting and 100% rotten. It was a good starter. Today at noon, a friend and I had two beef noodles and a cold dish. The food was really awful, and the beef in the noodles was also awful, full of disgusting fat. This was our first time in this restaurant, but also our last time.

09/09/2025: I hate to leave it 3 stars, but honestly, I have to say that aside from the consistently high-quality products, the staff isn't up to par. They're slow, poorly trained, and lack empathy, except for the veterans. I'll avoid detailing their lack of training so as not to be harsh.

06/09/2025: The ice cream is really delicious. The pistachio stands out above all else. Unfortunately, however, some flavors are stored under others and therefore sometimes appear a little frozen.

19/07/2025: The food used to be good, I think management has changed. The only thing that was worth saving from this dinner was the sorbet. The appetizer chips and other limp snacks, probably opened in the afternoon, were nothing. Homemade sandwiches were ugly. Sour ragù. Pasta with mushrooms not thickened. Steaks and grilled meats were tough. Beautiful view, nice breeze, good pizza, friendly staff. But honestly, I wouldn't eat there again. It's a shame.

08/07/2025: Food was average and the service was really poor. Lady with glasses slams plates and was generally quite rude.rather go to the food court downstairs so much better variety!

08/07/2025: I was there last night, the staff were very welcoming and friendly, and I ate a truly excellent pizza. I highly recommend it.

16/08/2025: Ottono kitchen terrible service and poorly organized missing dishes and questioned the veracity of the forgotten dishes by the waiters after many requests. And desserts at the bottom watermelon and coffee not delivered after several requests. I will not see you again

15/08/2025: Terrible experience. We only received one of the two entrees on the Ferragosto set menu. After informing the staff, the dish never arrived, and when it came time to pay, I had to pay for the dish that wasn't brought. Furthermore, the fruit (which is on the set menu) only arrived with the top and bottom pieces of the watermelon. When it came to dessert, it was a tiny portion of sponge cake with a bit of cream on top. The coffee, which is always on the menu, wasn't brought either.

07/07/2025: Locale datato,con arredamenti altrettanto datati e sporchi…confort del tavolo,quasi 0,con tovaglie stropicciate e piatto rotto…. Servizio (coperto 6 euro..),con soggetto che serve al tavolo con unghie sporche….. Potrei fermarmi così.. Vado avanti:cibo presentabile , il richiamo dei primi alla romana abbastanza succulenti… Conto salato per pietanze molto commerciali e mal servite..

08/10/2025: The better food we had in Rome so far the seafood pasta was ok but the fish and potato dish was perfect great acidity to sweetness balance for it perfect, really good wine too, should have came back here honestly the other couple of times. The waiter was also very nice and funny always appreciate that. Thanks y'all.

24/09/2025: The dishes appear refined when you read the menu, but in reality, they're probably pre-cooked or frozen. The quantities are very limited, definitely leaving you feeling light-footed (and wallet-friendly). Even using The Fork app, the prices are absurd... you pay discounted prices for the dishes, but then you pay full price for drinks (€3.50 for a 750ml bottle of water), service (€2.00 per person), and bread (€3.00 per basket). As if that weren't enough, if you pay in cash, you receive a "management document" but not a receipt... Highly discouraged.

05/08/2025: We ordered a gin and lemon and a small draft beer: €17 in total, which was excessive for what we received (in addition to the drinks, we asked for chips and were served dry popcorn). The service was disappointing: we waited over 20 minutes for the waitress to take our order, while other customers who arrived after us were served first. The interior was very noisy, with music so loud it made even simple conversation difficult.

23/07/2025: È cambiata la location ma il risultato non cambia anzi.....pizza migliorata di molto sia a livello di cottura che per il condimento tutto molto buono personale molto educato e veloce bravi!

20/07/2025: Spazio esterno pulito sia fuori sul prato che al coperto dotato di ventilatori. Antipasti buoni e pizza romana ben condita. Il personale disponibile ma un pochino confusionario. Prezzi buoni. Un punto sicuramente da rivedere la pulizia del bagno!

18/09/2025: I absolutely must revise my review from 6 years ago, which was under Giolitti management, a guarantee and a guarantee of product quality and, above all, service. I rarely give one star, but in this case, it's a must, hoping the owners/managers will take customer feedback to heart. With the change in management (previously, the prestigious name was a guarantee of service and quality), the results are evident. First of all, we called on Saturday to reserve a table for Sunday morning, specifying that it was a birthday and we wanted a nice breakfast. We also had something special, especially for a guest with celiac disease, and they assured us over the phone that they also made cakes for celiacs. Instead, there was total disorganization in the orders, with unacceptable oversights on the part of the girl who took the orders with great carelessness. Obviously, there was nothing for our celiac friend, but fortunately he had made his own arrangements. They brought us the croissants first, different from the ones we ordered, saying they were sold out, and 20 minutes later the (cold) cappuccinos and coffees. We express our disappointment to an adult waiter, the only attentive and professional one who resolved the issue by trying to salvage what could be salvaged. The only exceptions in this review are him and the bar's location, overlooking the EUR garden, which is naturally beautiful, but beware: the outdoor tables don't overlook the lake, so there's no view. The staff is young, inexperienced, and completely unprofessional. If the owners' choice is to lower the bar's standards, they're on the right track to decline. If they try to remedy this by raising and diversifying the quality of their products, but above all by improving their staffing, it could revert to what it was under Giolitti. Not suitable for special occasions.

16/09/2025: The place is quite casual; any attire is fine. The service, being run by South Americans, can be complicated because sometimes they don't understand you very well, so you might get something completely different at your table. The location is beautiful, right on the EUR lake. Don't expect anything exceptional; the food is average.

04/04/2025: Terrible pizza evening ruined, I had ordered a carbonara with truffle, marinara and capricciosa, magically it became just truffle, crouton and capricciosa. Not to mention the half raw quality and seasonings (sliced) at least 3/4 days old. I recommend changing the pizza chef at the weekend, since he decides how to make them with his eyes closed, or not if he had been drinking before joining the service. The excuse of making the pizza again because it doesn't take much is not good, because in the meantime you took the money to make a half-raw shovel of your choice
