02/11/2025: A medium and a small ice cream cone for €8 is exaggerated. Obviously not at the table.
If only it were excellent.... Instead, it was truly awful.
The staff (from the cashier to the waiters) seem like they're doing you a favor. Truly unfriendly. Never again!!!
31/10/2025: We came with a group of 15 guys and at 10.30pm the guys were closing up and kicking us out. I wonder if the owner knows?! Terrible.

16/08/2025: Ottono kitchen terrible service and poorly organized missing dishes and questioned the veracity of the forgotten dishes by the waiters after many requests. And desserts at the bottom watermelon and coffee not delivered after several requests. I will not see you again
15/08/2025: Terrible experience. We only received one of the two entrees on the Ferragosto set menu. After informing the staff, the dish never arrived, and when it came time to pay, I had to pay for the dish that wasn't brought.
Furthermore, the fruit (which is on the set menu) only arrived with the top and bottom pieces of the watermelon. When it came to dessert, it was a tiny portion of sponge cake with a bit of cream on top. The coffee, which is always on the menu, wasn't brought either.

08/10/2025: The better food we had in Rome so far the seafood pasta was ok but the fish and potato dish was perfect great acidity to sweetness balance for it perfect, really good wine too, should have came back here honestly the other couple of times. The waiter was also very nice and funny always appreciate that. Thanks y'all.
24/09/2025: The dishes appear refined when you read the menu, but in reality, they're probably pre-cooked or frozen. The quantities are very limited, definitely leaving you feeling light-footed (and wallet-friendly). Even using The Fork app, the prices are absurd... you pay discounted prices for the dishes, but then you pay full price for drinks (€3.50 for a 750ml bottle of water), service (€2.00 per person), and bread (€3.00 per basket). As if that weren't enough, if you pay in cash, you receive a "management document" but not a receipt... Highly discouraged.

29/09/2025: If you're craving pizza after browsing the shops at Cinecittà 2, Alice Pizza is a convenient and reliable choice.
As with all the chain's locations, the quality is consistent: well-seasoned slices, soft-on-the-inside, crispy-on-the-outside dough, and a wide variety of flavors, from the classic Margherita to more unusual options. It's not your typical "traditional pizzeria" pizza, but it's still a tasty and quick option for a snack or light lunch.
The staff is always friendly and courteous, happy to recommend different options, and quick to serve. Even at peak times, the organization ensures you don't have to wait long.
19/08/2025: We ordered through TooGoodToGo and had to throw everything away. You can tell they're not freshly baked, but the pizza was inedible. All the eggplant was obviously spoiled. You could smell it already, so we tried it and it was horrible. Even sadder was the fact that nothing from the order survived because all the pizzas were the same, with spoiled eggplant and vegetables. But I say: it's dangerous, but what about HCCP?

22/11/2025: We walked in for a canolo as a takeaway and both staff were chatting with each other. Took few minutes to give us attention. The prices were not displayed in the facade - my mistake I did not ask for it also. But 5 euros for one canolo that was at best average, was too much.
11/11/2025: Breakfast was good, although quite expensive, but worth it for the attention to detail and beauty of the place, as well as the excellent service. The variety of savory dishes offered for breakfast was appreciable.

At least ten other couples entered before and after us, all seated inside the restaurant... the big guy in the waistcoat might as well change jobs!
30/11/2025: I'd like to split this review into two parts and give it different ratings, but alas, the overall rating is only one. Let's start with the good: the food. Everything Neapolitan is amazing. But not just good, really delicious.
What's not so good: the service. We arrived at 2:20 PM and received the pizza just before 4 AM. At the end of the meal, we couldn't go wash our hands because the bathroom was already closed because it was already late. But late, if the pizza arrives at 4 AM, it's already late to begin with. But I say, who knows.

10/09/2025: I returned after several years and was very disappointed by both the fried food and the pizza.
22/08/2025: I ordered for dinner, but it was a total failure. I received a portion of burnt, soggy potatoes. The gnocchi with Nutella weren't even worth the price.... Nutella was probably only on 3 or 4 pieces, because the rest only had powdered sugar, and they were cold.... I don't know how to describe the disappointment, but I'm pregnant, and this is the last thing I expected to receive after seeing the photos.

01/12/2025: When we arrived, no one greeted us, so we had to ask around to figure out how everything worked. We then waited quite a while to order, even though the room was half empty (now I understand why). Every time we tried to get the waiters' attention, we were met with a stern dismissal, and the waiters didn't seem to care much about their customers. Aside from the waiters, the place is very nice, and so is the music. But if you can't drink, you can't really enjoy it much.

01/12/2025: There's no room to sit; those few seats are taken by people who don't even have trays, and who might have them by the end of the evening given the endless line.
The trays are placed in front of a thousand heads that could lose their hair and end up in anyone's mouth. The scales show neither the weight nor the price. Two slices of tasteless pizza for 20 euros?
Never again.

14/10/2025: I’ve never been as badly treated as I’ve been in this cafe. Five minutes a expresso a bottle of water and a hot chocolat and a tone of indiference and prejudice in the air. Because we are tourists, because we are brown, because we are latins? We’ll never know… The truth is: we have to earn 6x more Brazilian money to pay for stuff as well as everyone else over here and we simply demmand the same treatment at least. If you are not italian, don’t spend your money in there!
