30/12/2025: Alice Pizza is usually a safe bet, but this time the experience was decidedly awful. At 7:30 PM, the counter was almost empty and only a few slices were on display, all different from each other: the immediate and unmistakable impression was that they were leftovers from lunch. I specifically asked if anything fresh was coming out of the kitchen, but nothing: the open kitchen was completely deserted, no sign of any preparation in progress. Despite asking for the pizza to be reheated, it was delivered lukewarm, without any care or attention. All this at a disproportionate price for ten slices that were clearly not fresh. A total disappointment, especially from a brand that usually offers a completely different standard. This time, a waste of money and a lost customer.

I always experience it as a must-see: crowded, suitcases everywhere, near-constant lines, and that slightly frenetic atmosphere typical of airports. The place is large and reasonably bright, but when it's crowded, it becomes chaotic, and finding a seat is a small achievement. The food is average for Autogrill: nothing memorable, but not disastrous either. Sandwiches, pizzas, croissants, and coffee do the job, though the prices are decidedly high for the quality. I must say, I've always found the coffee to be decent, while the savory dishes sometimes seem rushed. The staff depends a lot on the time of day: sometimes I've found them friendly and quick, other times more hasty, probably overwhelmed by the constant comings and goings. Cleanliness is generally good, but at peak times, the tables stay dirty longer than I'd like. In short, for me, it's a "service" Autogrill: convenient if you need a quick bite to eat or drink before leaving, less so if you're looking for peace and quiet or quality. It's fine for what it is, but don't expect too much. A place of transit, just like the travelers who pass through it.

26/10/2025: NEVER AGAIN! Order placed through Just Eat. Finding a fly, we called the pizzeria to try to find a solution, but they told me the fly hadn't come from them and questioned our words. So they would have sent us another sandwich, reiterating that the fly in question hadn't come from them. But we refused because the problem wasn't so much the fact that there was a fly in the sandwich, which can happen, but the treatment we received.
