20/10/2025: Totally terrible service, extremely rude and slow staff, and we waited over 10 minutes to ask for a table despite there being plenty of free but dirty tables. The food was the same quality as a supermarket, but at a higher price. I often pass by the station, and I've never seen service like this.

Maybe she'll gain some sympathy (something that was also missing at the time of purchase, it seemed like we were doing her a favor) but above all maybe she'll avoid having this sea of ​​negative reviews. Reviews also serve to give an indication of how things are really going, getting offended and acting in a snobbish but above all arrogant way certainly doesn't make things easier, on the contrary! 12/12/2025: It's a restaurant inside a shopping mall, run by a typical catering company, or rather, a for-profit one. The food quality is poor, and the service is terrible. The place isn't very clean, and the tables are dirty. I was actually lenient.

19/10/2025: ☕️ When you order two frothed coffees with lactose-free milk… You pay more, and only afterwards do they tell you, “Oh, but the milk doesn't foam.” Funny, because everywhere they froth it without a problem 😅 Maybe it would have been enough to say they don't know how to make two frothed coffees. Oh, I forgot… the coffee was undrinkable too.
