04/05/2025: I ordered a burger which unfortunately did not satisfy me. There was nothing that was right: the dry bread, tasteless courgettes, meh meat, flavorless yogurt sauce, the crispy bacon completely covered by the flavor of the barbecue sauce which had an acidic aftertaste. No chips like the sandwich served in the photo. I expected something else.

31/03/2025: Il rider non aveva il resto nonostantel’app dia la possibilità di comunicare l’importo a disposizione. Ho chiamato il locale per chiedere spiegazioni e sono stato aggredito da un componente del personale, che ha scaricato sull’app tutta la colpa, non solo non preoccupandosi minimamente del disagio al cliente, ma inveendo contro di me con insulti di ogni sorta. Una maleducazione e un’incuria verso il cliente inaccettabili.

04/04/2025: Terrible pizza evening ruined, I had ordered a carbonara with truffle, marinara and capricciosa, magically it became just truffle, crouton and capricciosa. Not to mention the half raw quality and seasonings (sliced) at least 3/4 days old. I recommend changing the pizza chef at the weekend, since he decides how to make them with his eyes closed, or not if he had been drinking before joining the service. The excuse of making the pizza again because it doesn't take much is not good, because in the meantime you took the money to make a half-raw shovel of your choice

Everything else needs to be reviewed. 5 months ago they changed management and left the name of the old place, we arrive on Thursday at 8.30 deserted restaurant, the area however is a residential area and we didn't pay any attention to it. We are welcomed by a lady in typical Indian clothing (in a way out of place for the clothes in a place with a stall of galleons, and puffins on the walls) and invites us to the table. Very long times, we had a plate each and coffee and got up almost an hour and a half later. As I was saying, there is nothing to say about the food, it is very good and the friendliness of the lady is also unquestionable, if I can make a criticism it would be necessary for someone in the room to wear clothes that could be linked to the service, also because to a certain her son also came to serve us at the table and was dressed like one of my chemical romances, I wouldn't bother, but if you bring me a welcome bruschetta and then show up dressed as a taji mahal it makes little sense. I hope they fix these elements (as well as create a unique aesthetic sense) to give the kitchen the right chance to express itself.

09/02/2025: Il mangiare è nella media. Servizio deludente dimenticano di portarti quanto ordinato. Ti dicono che non te lo faranno pagare ma il conto viene detto a voce alta senza scontrino . Che educazione!!!!Alla richiesta dello scontrino viene battuto ma con voce generiche “4 menu completi” ??? Avrò pagato giusto ? Boh Vabbè chi ci ritorna

12/06/2025: Very nice club with live music and then turns into a place where you can dance. I had a great time, nice music.

25/04/2025: Security doesn't know how to manage the queue and it's chaos inside. But the worst thing is that something unacceptable happened to me — I had my drink spiked several times. Cocktails are served in black glasses, which makes it impossible to see what's inside. It is absurd that a place does not take the safety of customers into consideration at all.

23/12/2024: Locale con vari tavoli al coperto e tanti tavoli all'aperto nella bellissima piazza Campo de’ Fiori. Ambiente gradevole sia all’aperto che nella zona al chiuso. Ampia scelta nel menù, con carne, pesce e pinse. Le preparazioni sono generalmente classiche e il menu è piuttosto turistico. Abbiamo preso due tipi di pinse, impasto gradevole e condimento adeguato. Tempi di attesa ragionevoli, personale sufficientemente cortese ma piuttosto noncurante. I bagni andrebbero tenuti meglio. Si erano scordati di applicare lo sconto di TheFork e l'abbiamo dovuto segnalare noi. Per 2 pinse e una bottiglia d'acqua abbiamo speso 26 EUR con lo sconto di TheFork.

13/04/2025: Siamo stati ieri sera a cena con amici premetto che abbiamo prenotato in largo anticipo la cena che avevamo concordato con il responsabile,arrivati alle 21 il gazebo non era disponibile e ci voleva apparecchiare fuori alle nostre rimostranze ci ha trovato un tavolo coperto e ora passiamo alla cena di quello concordato non hanno portato nulla, panzanella portata in quantità industriali pizza ripiena di verdure non inserita nel menù,birra finita,gas del fungo finito,pasta all'arrabbiata da dimenticare solo aglio e peperoncino con pomodoro sapore di attaccato questa la nostra non cena e sono stato anche buono,concludo con serata da dimenticare state alla larga

13/04/2025: In pieno stile Pigneto, prezzi esegerati per prodotti e servizi di bassa qualità. Piatti a livello mensa aziendale. Uno scandalo le brocche di acqua del rubinetto a 2,5 euro. Siamo andati per trovare degli amici che abitano lì e forse sono abituati a questi standard, ma certo non ci torneremo.

13/04/2025: Bad experience with Alice Pizza Cinecittà 2. It's the second time they've canceled the order 10 minutes after delivery, with the excuse that the ingredients are missing and they're about to close. Too bad the order was placed an hour and a half before closing. It is unacceptable to manage a service like this, especially when it comes to orders scheduled well in advance. Never again.

22/02/2025: Prezzi esorbitanti, assolutamente ingiustificati rispetto alla qualità dell'offerta. Il servizio è discreto, ma la cucina delude: piatti insipidi. I tempi di attesa? Infiniti. Ti siedi con la speranza di rilassarti e finisci per contare i minuti, mentre il tempo scorre più lento di un pranzo di nozze. Ma il vero capolavoro è l’atmosfera: un frastuono continuo, con un tizio che urla così forte da coprire ogni altro suono, trasformando la serata in un'esperienza ai limiti della sopportazione. C’è un tizio che urla ininterrottamente, un assolo di maleducazione che sovrasta ogni altro suono nel locale. Non importa cosa stai facendo,parlare, mangiare, cercare di rilassarti,perché tanto sentirai solo lui. La sua voce rimbomba ovunque, una presenza ingombrante che trasforma la cena in un’esperienza esasperante. Non è solo il volume a essere insopportabile, ma anche il modo: invadente, arrogante, come se il ristorante fosse il suo palcoscenico personale. Urla ai camerieri con una prepotenza sconcertante, urla persino in faccia a una ragazza, senza un minimo di rispetto o misura. Se cerchi un posto dove conversare tranquillamente, lascia perdere. Qui la serata è un monologo forzato di questo individuo, e l’unico piatto servito con puntualità è il suo rumore assordante.
