- The price was cheap; I got a Motrose with a Caffè Latte for €6.60. - The latte was cold and unacceptable; it was mostly milk with very little coffee. I couldn't drink it. - The napkins were more like paper than tissues. - It was a bit hot inside; even the staff seemed to be suffering from the heat. - The staff could use a little more smiles.

I came here for gelato. The cashier was super nice and tried her best, even though neither English nor Italian are my native languages. Everything was fine until I had a misunderstanding with the bald guy with thick glasses who was handing out gelato. He was rude to me and the cashier over something I misunderstood, and it ruined the whole experience.

We entered, intrigued by the window display. We sat down; there was no table service, so we ordered at the counter. We waited a bit to order because there was only one person working, and she had to take orders, pay, and serve them. The coffee maker and pastries were mediocre; we expected a bit more given the pastry chef's reputation.
