The place is good!
For a hungry Cuban and a Catalan woman who had just arrived in Rome, it was the best place of the night.
The food was good. I recommend the hamburgers.
The waiters were a bit cold and distant when they saw you didn't speak Italian, but then again, their English wasn't great either. I recommend it; it's a great way to experience Rome's nightlife.

I agree with the various reviews that mention the bathrooms not working. That's exactly the case, and it's not getting any better!
The place is well-kept, and yes, expecting a coffee to cost less than €1.30 in Piazza Bologna is a real problem.
The staff is kind and courteous, and rightly so, they charge during table service to avoid Portuguese behavior, given the high traffic.
It's a shame, because some of the staff are truly distracted!
In that respect, it's an excellent place—the best in the area!

Last night a brunette girl came to the table with a dazzling smile that gave us so much joy and positivity that we hadn't felt in a restaurant for years, excellent food and well-made drinks, highly recommended and excellent waitress, we will definitely be back

Excellent dinner, very welcome platters and pinsas, and excellent value!
The location is welcoming and warm, and the service was quick and excellent: the girls who served us were very kind and helpful, and with a very welcoming manner, they never failed to give us a thoughtful smile!
I'll gladly return!

I've been frequenting this trendy place occasionally but consistently for years when I'm in the area, and I've had a great time, from breakfast to the branches... it's a shame that over the years, the restroom situation has gotten worse;
a lot depends on the customers, but the "attention to cleanliness and maintenance" on the part of the staff and management is certainly lacking!!! I'll skip today's photos!
I hope the situation improves soon!!! 😉
