30/07/2024: This is therefore a place for real ice cream, hence cremeria (cream), and not just Gelato which is ordinary milk. Ample selection of flavours, both ice cream with eggs, only milk/cream, and sorbet. So here it is impossible not to find something suitable. We particularly liked the yoghurt flavour, nocciola, lemon, strawberry, Nutella and dulce de leche. We also ended up buying two pints of takeaway twice. And yes, you can actually order it to your door. Top service and top quality.

02/08/2024: I often eat ice cream when I'm on vacation, but this one was so extremely good that it's a contender for the top 3 ice creams of my life. A very authentic gelateria in that the ice cream is made on site and the individual ice cream compartments are covered. Every flavor of ice cream we tried (first 4) then another 2 tasted absolutely brilliant. I don't often write reviews but this ice cream made me want to :) Thanks

28/07/2024: First of all i have to mention the super nice and friendly worker. Forgot her name but she was from Florence and i believe she had slightly ginger hair(?). SSSuper nice and kind. Gelato is top tier. We went next day and sadly didn’t catch her:( there was a gray haired older man who was a bit grumpy but still! Amazing gelato and we will come back! Made our stay soo much more refreshing 😇.

18/07/2024: We slept one night at La Cartiera with a 4 month old baby and a dog. It was really pleasant, the place is lovely, the welcome was perfect and the food was delicious! All ingredients are produced by them on the farm. We will definitely be back!

16/07/2024: A wonderful place run by lovely people. I arrived here last night with my camper and I received an exceptional welcome and service. Think that during the day my cat took a day off in the middle of the woods and since I couldn't find him everyone took action to help me several times during the day by looking for him in the woods with me. In the end we found it thanks above all to their help. I also enjoyed their zero km cuisine, everything produced by them was fantastic, from cheeses to meats from first courses to desserts. In the field in front of the farm you can see the cows from which the meat is produced. All the vegetables come from the garden and even the desserts are made with fresh milk from their cows. A wonderful river flows in front of their wonderful stone house where it is possible to bathe or enjoy the beautiful trekking routes present in the land. There was no water in my camper and I was also allowed to take a splendid shower in their farmhouse. A place definitely to be recommended and to which I will return to carve out a moment of peace and relaxation. Thank you all so much, I hope to see you again soon.

15/08/2024: According to the cheerful man, we could sit comfortably here and be served. There were 2 nice people next to us, too bad the food thought otherwise. It had a peculiar smell that you could still smell 2 tables away. The hostess told us that our drinks could take a while as the kitchen took priority (there were only 2 other people in the restaurant besides us). Because of this we had to wait 30 minutes for tasteless coke. Definitely not recommended.

13/08/2024: A beautiful discovery on a quiet corner with lovely decor, welcoming staff and a fabulous tranquil neighbourhood location. Delicious and sustainable menu for food and drinks. Highly recommended.

21/07/2024: Last night, therefore Saturday, there were 6 of us for dinner. Luckily we called even though the website said that it was closed on Saturdays. I hope Google corrects the error regarding the closing days because this place is DOC in every way. Delicious food, excellent wine, attention to the customer, fast service, friendly staff and the owner, a particularly pleasant place... in short, it deserves 5 stars I'll be back

22/08/2024: Good and good quality ingredients with relatively low prices but the waiting times are too long even when the place is not full. 25 minutes for a burger is not what. The salads are prepared just as slowly and a gentleman sitting next to us also complained to me about the delay. We were told the order would be taken at the table but after 15 minutes we had to enter the restaurant. The employees are kind and helpful, just the organization doesn't work.

27/07/2024: Classic Bolognese trattoria offering typical old-fashioned dishes. Table service is guaranteed but with tables shared with other customers. It takes a while to get in but it's worth it. I recommend the tagliatelle or tortellini strictly with meat sauce made by them.
