Excellent ice cream, they use fresh fruit and there are often unique flavors to try such as chestnuts and pumpkin. In addition to the great classics!! To try!

07/04/2024: Panini di Mirò should definitely be on your list when you visit Bologna. We've been there 3 times - Aperol Spitz and the best paninis in town. There's a list of probably over 50 panini constellations. I‘m not joking. But the best thing is that you can simply put your paninis together however you like. Just write your favourite ingredients on the little notepad and off you go. Also suitable for vegetarians. It's cosy to sit there in the sun or in the evening atmosphere and discover the hustle and bustle of the area. The service is authentic, friendly and fast. Don‘t miss out!

05/04/2024: The koobideh I tried at Pars Restaurant was one of the best I've ever had, superbly delicious. The kashke badmejoon was also very delicious. As for their barg and kabab toorsh, I wasn't a fan of the smell and taste, but overall, not bad. The atmosphere and staff were very friendly and kind. Highly recommend this restaurant

01/04/2024: I have tried this place many times and I must say that I am Persian and I have eaten the best and most delicious food in this place; All the dishes are unique and extremely delicious and the atmosphere is like our home; The owners are a lovely family who are like our own family. Starters like "Mirza Ghasemi", "Kashk o Bademjan" are even better than restaurants in Iran. I love their "baghalipolo mahiche","zereshkpolo morgh", Kabab and all their dishes. They have delicious rice with saffron and wild barberry! Since in Italy we don't find our traditional drink which is called "Dugh", we can find a delicious "Dugh" which resembles the taste of Iran and they made it themselves at home. They have a lot of quality food and do the kitchen shopping every day and the ingredients of all the food are fresh. They have homemade Iranian desserts and everything is amazing. If I could I would go there every evening and eat their various dishes, besides the fact that they have a very pleasant and relaxing environment and are run by a lovely family. In total, in this place you can find the best Iranian tastes. This review is from a person who has tried many Iranian restaurants in different cities and I found the best one in Bologna called Pars.

05/04/2024: ok so I gave it 5 stars due to no complaints but you'd have to be a gelato genius to declare this as THE BEST. We've been enjoying 2 gelatos a day for most of the 2 weeks in Italy and honestly I have no idea which was the best. But this place was certainly great. It was a very long wait and the wait was worth it only because walking to the alternative "the best gelato ever" location would have resulted in a long line up after a long walk so it was worth it just because there was no point in doing anything else. here is what you'll love about this place: The long list of flavour choices The interesting flavour combinations The service The generous servings albeit with great variance from one customer to another Here is what you won't love; the long line up the pressure and expectation to NOT ask for test tasting because of the long line up i will subjectively add - some of the places we went to had weird flavour combinations but the taste was still divine..... the one weird flavour combo that i tried still tasted weird.

13/03/2024: The first impression is of being a child again with vintage and sober furnishings. The staff is very helpful, BUT the real surprise is the food!!! Old and new flavors seasoned with passion and care. Obviously everything at Km 0. Highly recommended

02/04/2024: A very nice place and very friendly staff. It's a shame, however, that their behavior is fraudulent. I had two coffees and a pasta, I repeat one. A very simple cinnamon roll, empty by the way. Price? 3.50. When I asked to understand why the one I had chosen cost so much (the others 1.50/1.70) I was told "ah but we only use excellent ingredients and this one is double the weight (which is absolutely and clearly not true). Furthermore, they add that the price was written. Another thing that is not true because the price was in lowercase letters and on the counter, where the trays rest (and therefore you could never read it) instead of on the glass like the price of all the other (Is it a coincidence that only that price was written in small letters and not on the glass? ) I would like to underline that if a customer asks why there is such an absurd difference in price, if you tell me that you only use excellent ingredients, it means that you are telling me saying that in the others you put in who knows what waste. I would have appreciated more an answer like "this one is artisanal and those are not because they are frozen" not the mockery I received. I also underline that the girl deliberately convinced me to take that one, who knows why, pure coincidence that that one cost the same as a pizza? It's a shame, because it also seemed like a nice bar. But dishonesty cannot be covered with any nicety.

31/03/2024: We took a couple of crepes, one with toffee and one with Nutella and strawberry. Very good. Very kind and smiling staff. The cash machine is very useful. Outside the restaurant there are a couple of tables to sit at.
