06/05/2026: The pizza I ordered was very good, well-cooked, thin, and crispy. I also ordered a dessert, a chocolate cake served with whipped cream on the side.
The service was courteous and quick, and the place where I ate was completely renovated and clean. They also have a few tables outside.
Recommended.
17/03/2026: Discovered by chance, it was a pleasant experience.
Pizza is already cut into slices, so you don't even need to use a knife and fork.
The pizzeria has a counter for pizza by the slice, so once you've chosen your order, you can sit in the adjoining room or outside.
We'll definitely be back to try their other specialties.

03/05/2026: Rating 8. And above all, no very long lines at other ice cream shops (often unjustified).
30/04/2026: Pixcola ice cream shop is delicious. For a vegan like me, they only offer dark chocolate and fruit flavors, but they're the best I've ever tasted. The fruit flavors are basically soft mousses with no added sugar, but they're delicious.

L'ARTE DEL BORLENGO

08/06/2026: Two of us had dinner at this "restaurant" on a Friday evening. Before arriving, we called to see if it was still open and were told (not in a nice way) that reservations were required. Which, of course, we did immediately. It's a very simple place with 20 seats and very complicated parking. We ordered four traditional borlenghi, which looked well cooked but, alas, with little "filling," and a large bottle of water that was listed for €2 on the menu and which we paid €2.50. The point is simple: if you live in Bologna and don't want to travel 30 km to Modena to eat borlenghi, you can also come. My advice, if I may, is to perhaps add 0.50 cents to the borlenghi and put a little more filling so everyone is happy.
02/06/2026: I know Borlenghi very well and can say they're delicious!
We'll definitely be back to try the fried crescentine. The place is welcoming and the service is well-organized.

30/10/2024: Senza dubbio il miglior caffè a Bologna fatto con macchina a leva e secondo tradizione napoletana. Simpatia e disponibilità del titolare sono un elemento distintivo del locale . Peccato che ogni tanto la domenica finiscano troppo presto le sfogliatelle.
