An excellent selection of vegetarian arancini that taste like heaven. Pastries were amazing, too.

Really very nice pastry shop, they have also opened a beautiful reading room. Fantastic arancini with various flavours. Top the arancino with sausage, followed by the arancino with ragù and pumpkin, excellent. In short, they are all good and above all crunchy. The desserts are also excellent. The Steccorsino is exquisite, like a magnum, but decidedly superior and above all artisanal, a mix of ice cream and white chocolate semifreddo, fantastic. Excellent with strawberry, chocolate and hazelnut. To finish, the Nepeta amaro, a local calamint bitter, is also delicious.

What can I say, now every time we go on holiday to Sicily we cannot fail to make a mandatory stop at the refined Corsino pastry shop in Palazzolo Acreide. Freshness, goodness, absolute cleanliness and kindness of the staff are just some of the peculiarities of this ancient (1868) pastry shop. Here you can taste the best cannoli, cassatine, arancini and desserts in general which in my humble opinion have no equal in all of eastern Sicily. Special thanks go to Mrs Giusy and all the staff at Corsino 7 who also deal with gluten-free and lactose-free products, for having delighted me, given my intolerance, with an exquisite lactose-free cake. Let's start again with the promise to see you again soon also with our usual online purchases. I rarely go into much detail in my reviews but believe me I can't help it. We thank Concetta so much, with whom we have established a special relationship, and Maria Concetta, Barbara and Alessio for the precious culinary advice they gave us. Favoloso. Importante pasticceria da provare assolutamente

Conosco la pasticceria da sempre e ci sono andata ogni estate da quando sono piccola in occasione delle vacanze in Sicilia. Ho avuto modo di vedere da lontano la loro crescita, notare i cambiamenti sia nel locale che nell’offerta. Per un po’ di tempo non sono ritornata a Palazzolo e in questo mese ho ritrovato la bella pasticceria di cui ho sempre un ricordo entusiasta. Attenzione alle materie prime, cura nei dettagli, uno sguardo al futuro e tanta tradizione, personale gentilissimo. Ogni aspetto è davvero riuscito dalla colazione, alla rosticceria, dalla pasticceria fresca ai gelati e i dolci della tradizione, che ormai anche qui a Padova ci chiedono di provare…Per fortuna che c’è il negozio online!la nuova sala è elegante ed accogliente, viene voglia di trascorrerci ore e il negozio corsino7 un’attenta selezione di artigianato di grande gusto, oltre alle possibilità di trovare prodotti senza glutine e lattosio. Ci vorrebbe un Corsino in ogni città, ma forse la magia di ritrovarlo, dopo tanta attesa, non ha prezzo

In visita a Palazzolo ci siamo fermati (inizialmente) solo per un caffè e siamo rimasti colpiti per l'eccellenza delle presentazioni sia del reparto dolci che del salato: abbiamo sperimentato sia l'uno che l'altro e preso anche qualcosa per regalo, tutto di ottima qualità e gusto, ben presentato e servito da personale gentile e affabile. Rapporto qualità/prezzo sopra media.
