I migliori ristoranti di cucina vegetariana

26/03/2025: Un graziosissimo piccolo ristorante nel cuore di Bologna che abbiamo avuto il piacere di provare sabato scorso. Ti accoglie e fa accomodare una donna gentilissima, a seguire due ragazze fantastiche si adoperano per assecondare ogni esigenza. Buona scelta di piatti vegetariani e vegani, noi abbiamo provato un paio di antipasti, di primi e di dolci, non saprei quale piatto sia stato il migliore perché erano tutti sfiziosissimi! Complimenti a tutto lo staff, 5 stelle meritatissime e... A PRESTO!!

10/04/2025: We were really impressed by this family-run restaurant. The food is excellent, each dish is taken care of down to the smallest detail and you can feel the freshness of the ingredients. The staff is very kind, helpful and always professional, helping to create a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere... you really feel at home. Compliments to chefs Antonio and Michele: their passion and expertise are reflected in every course. A gastronomic experience that I highly recommend!

02/03/2025: On Saturday 1 March at lunchtime, a colleague of mine and I decide to have lunch at the "Masseria del Sale" farmhouse restaurant in Manduria, a place that promises a high-level culinary experience in a rustic and evocative atmosphere. The part relating to the restaurant is well renovated, with star vaults and the presence of fireplaces. Tables and chairs have small deficiencies (some dirty seats); unkept parking; large table in a nave with kitchen utensils in evidence. The service is of good evidence, with attentive, courteous staff always available to satisfy every request. Let me start by saying that there were no other tables occupied and there was only one waiter serving. As for the food, the quality is unquestionable even if some dishes are better prepared than others, both in terms of flavors and presentation. I personally particularly enjoyed the artichoke appetizer. The dessert was normal and without great pretensions. However, there is one aspect that left me perplexed and which, unfortunately, clouded the overall experience: the price. The final bill was decidedly exaggerated compared to what was served. Despite the quality of the food and service, the prices are out of the market and not justified compared to the dishes. I expected a more balanced quality-price ratio, and although I understand the increase in the prices of raw materials and the maintenance of the structure, it is not possible to offer such an exaggerated final cost. This is not a starred restaurant. In conclusion, "La Masseria del Sale" offers an experience not worthy of full evaluation and the high price makes it difficult to justify a return or an unreserved recommendation. I would recommend this restaurant only to those willing to spend a lot without evaluating the quality/price ratio. Certainly there is an awareness that the perceived value is not entirely in line with the cost incurred. I highlight that my review is in line with many others. I suggest, given the potential of the structure, to reevaluate the cost or, if left unchanged, to provide an Experience worthy of what is requested. Rating: 3.5/5 (due to excessive prices and an offline experience)

31/03/2025: 20+ stars. Nicko and other staff members were the friendliest and most helpful that we came across in Rome. Food was fresh, fantastic and authentic. Can't recommend highly enough.

06/04/2025: Eraclio and the Sveva ice cream shop, both giants in Barletta, the giant dominates you and observes you, Salvatore and his kind wife's ice cream enchants you and makes you enjoy not only the delicacy, but the passion that these two gentlemen put into their product and as we from Bologna say: Oun l' e poc. One is little.

12/03/2025: We often go to Zushimi for dinner and it has always been a guarantee. Great food, friendly staff, very clean place. On several occasions we have chosen the Zuper6 menu which consists of 6 courses (you can also choose drinks and desserts) at a fixed price (€23.90 plus €2 cover charge). Our favorite dishes: crispy baked duck, grilled rice with prawns and vegetables, uramaki with tempura prawns, rice spaghetti with meat and vegetables. The takeaway service was also appreciated.

22/02/2025: Intrigued by the reviews, I went to this pizzeria with my husband and we were pleasantly surprised. It really should be said: matter first, that is, quality raw materials, carefully chosen by the manager (with whom we had a pleasant chat about the way the pizza is produced and the ingredients). Top pizza (not the usual pizza), supplì and chickpea croquettes, pure and above all highly digestible (which for those like me who suffer from reflux is a fundamental requirement). Must try!

16/02/2025: Abundant aperitif! Busy place, fast, efficient service and plenty of food. My friends and I were very satisfied! Welcoming environment, it is pleasant to see how, despite the place being very busy, the service still maintains a highly respected punctuality and quality. Thanks to the staff! So if you are looking for a place to have a hearty aperitif at a cheap price and above all with quality food, this place is highly recommended!

04/04/2025: Si mangia molto bene ma ho dato un punteggio medio perché purtroppo non accettano più i cani. Andavo spesso con la famiglia e il loro olio e vino è ottimo. Peccato.

25/03/2025: Comida muy agradable, menú variado, vista súper agradable y vino increíble. Estaba aquí para un largo almuerzo y el personal era muy amable y atento. Queríamos compartir las comidas e incluso nos ayudaron a servirlo en dos platos, que fue muy amable de su parte.

01/04/2025: One Sunday evening I appreciated the quality of this pizzeria. Well prepared and well cooked pizza. A Neapolitan-like typology with a pronounced cornice. Among the dishes you can also eat an original stuffed potato which I was happy to try. Nothing special but certainly a variant that will spice up the evening. I also tasted a delicious Blanche beer on tap. Friendly staff and nice place. I finally found the prices to be fair, without speculation, which leaves me with the desire to return with pleasure. Compliments.
