25/05/2025: Clean rooms but a bit cramped. The soundproofing is not the best, you can hear the snoring of the neighbors and I will not add anything else. The bathroom is small. For location there is no noise from outside since we are in the open countryside. The staff is nice and helpful.

03/05/2025: I went there for lunch with family and friends after visiting the Ferrari museum (less than 10 minutes by car). The restaurant is just outside Maranello surrounded by greenery. All the dishes are great classics of the area's cuisine, the tortelloni Vecchia Modena are exceptional. The meat second courses are also excellent. Definitely an excellent choice for those looking for a restaurant in the Maranello area (Modena Sud motorway exit). Highly recommended.

Excellent and varied menu, typical Calabrian dishes divinely prepared! I go back every year when I return home for the holidays and it is always a confirmation! The staff were friendly and super helpful for any request! From their service it is evident the love they put into it and the constant commitment to making the service impeccable! 22/02/2025: We chose this property to celebrate our daughter's first birthday. It all started while we were looking for a location and finding ourselves returning from another restaurant that hadn't convinced us, we called this Villa Raiano whose name we had just seen on Google. Katia replied that without even an appointment, given our rush (there were now 10 days left), in 10 minutes she organized an appointment and a thorough visit for us and, convinced by the location and the kindness of the welcome, we chose this place. Never a more appropriate choice! Given that we have an accurate knowledge of top locations and of the hospitality sector, as we also have a highly requested accommodation facility, and moreover guided by a passion for good food, we can only rate everything in a more than excellent manner! The menu and the quality of the dishes offered were of a higher quality than expected, the spectacular location, the magnificent welcome, between the first and second courses we also enjoyed a guided tour of the cellar! Overall the service, like the dishes and the staff, was Michelin star-worthy. We were happily surprised and our daughter's first birthday was truly a rewarding experience for both us and the guests! We will definitely return to this location for future occasions and ceremonies!

14/05/2025: Spectacular little place, light and good pizza. The really hospitable lady served us right away, there is a counter with some places to eat inside. Worth it. Fair price, if you are in the area eat here.. recommended!

05/05/2025: A hidden gem only a few minutes walk from the arena. Huge variety of pizza slices (including vegetarian ones), that they warm up for you without even asking. We went twice and both times it was calm inside, so we were able to sit down right away.
