03/05/2026: Only visited the restaurant. If you are looking for local specialties, I don't think you will find it better anywhere else. Good food and fine wines. A downside is the lack of non-alcoholic alternatives to wine with the dishes. Only water or soft drinks. And the decor is a bit old-fashioned with dated red chairs. But the food is top-notch.

02/05/2026: I loved both the food and the atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. I booked for 9:15 PM, but with very little notice, and they didn't make a fuss (which happens in many other places). There's a nice selection of well-presented vegetarian dishes, so even choosing from the menu was really easy. Thank you, and see you next time!

23/04/2026: Good food as always, very efficient service, and friendly staff, who even stopped to make a joke or two (not a given, but appreciated). I'm giving it 3 stars for the atmosphere only because the room was crowded and quite noisy, so much so that at first we had to shout a bit to talk to each other. But since it was a Sunday evening, people ate quickly, so with fewer people, it was more pleasant.

11/05/2026: One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in Italy. Absolutely gorgeous and plush. Perfect location in the city center. The decor is dreamy. Truly italian design with Renaissance flare…as only the Italians can do it. We had a suite which was very spacious and well designed. I woke up every morning feeling like a princess!! Comfortable beds and pillows. Cozy bathrobes, great bath products, lovely turn down service. The rooms were always impeccably maintained. Excellent cleaning staff! Front desk and valet staff and Alessandro the concierge were lovely and more than helpful! They truly made it a wonderful experience. We cannot wait to return!

09/05/2026: Stay here! Eat here! Chef Niccolo is amazing and his food is perfection. Restaurant Cibreo has some of the best food we’ve had. Get the asparagus and the artichoke appetizers. Thank you to Fatima for wonderful service

10/05/2026: Visited multiple times during my stay in Firenze, had a good experience every time! If you want to save money you can order the cafe drinks or pastries from the bar, servers at the bar are all friendly and helpful. You can also get a table to enjoy the ambiance, its a great place to grab a drink or a dessert and relax looking out at the Piazza della Repubblica (especially in the evening). Shout out to Eldorado, who was our server, super friendly, funny yet professional, had a great time thanks to him :)

10/05/2026: came in the morning for a quick espresso stopvl and at night for desserts. espresso and tiramisu were really good! Eldorado was really nice and friendly as well. fyi, seating charge is pretty high

05/01/2026: There are restaurants where you eat well. And then there are places like Quarto Storto, where you eat and feel. We arrived there helpless, defenseless, and we left enriched. Rich in authentic flavors, sincere gestures, the kind of cuisine that doesn't need to amaze because it tastes like home. The signature dish is spaghetti all'assassina. Crispy, intense, direct. But it would be unfair to stop there, because every dish tells the same story: that of a family-run trattoria where time slows down and the heart accelerates. We were there with Elena and Pietro, sitting at an ordinary table that, for one evening, became the center of the world. Pietro tasting, Elena smiling, me believing that certain moments shouldn't be explained... they should be treasured. And then there's a detail that makes the difference, the one you don't find on the menus: it was their closing day, and yet they opened especially for us. Not out of duty. Out of kindness. For that rare form of hospitality that makes you feel awaited, not just served. From Quarto Storto, you don't just leave feeling full. You leave feeling moved. Because it reminds you that happiness is simple: a dish made just right, the right people by your side, and someone who decides to open the door... just for you. Thank you. Truly. ❤️

04/01/2026: A lovely restaurant, very comfortable and family-friendly. The owners, Dario and Amedeo, are very helpful and courteous. The food is good and authentic, typical of Puglia's cuisine. Highly recommended.

11/12/2025: I went to this little restaurant with my family for my birthday. It was a fantastic experience, with excellent food from appetizers to desserts, all accompanied by a fantastic selection of wines. Highly recommended.

08/12/2025: The menu features traditional Piedmontese dishes and some more innovative ones. We ordered traditional dishes like vitello tonnato and ravioli del plin. Excellent in both taste and presentation. The wine list is excellent, and the service is excellent. The staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful. The price was reasonable for what we ate and drank. I recommend it.

08/03/2026: My partner, I, and our newborn son stopped for lunch. We were greeted by Luana, a very kind, smiling, and helpful woman. The place is small but cozy, and the pizzas are very good. We will definitely be back.
