01/05/2026: We went there today for Japanese Day. Clean bar, friendly staff. We ate well, had a good time. The bathroom was clean when we entered; the toilet and sink were spotless. The toast was good, well-cooked and well-filled. The aperitif of broad beans and sausages was very popular. The coffees are good, not too hot, and don't taste burnt.

24/04/2026: Good, well-stocked focaccia shop. We bought 4 pieces of focaccia, 2 normal and 2 with onions, very generous pieces for a cost of €6... Truly EXCELLENT.

20/06/2026: Tried it tonight for takeout. Delivery time was scrupulously respected, well done. The pizza base was really good, well-leavened, soft, and cooked to perfection. The toppings were more than adequate, but my prosciutto and mushroom pizza was very salty, while my dad's Margherita was perfect. Excellent value for money. Would try again with other toppings.

09/05/2026: These super cute little guys! Wood-fired oven, very close to the river and the bridge, with charming benches outside. The pizza was really good, a Margherita 😉

24/05/2026: Officially they close at 15.30 but at 14.30 you cannot get food. I really don't understand... Suggest to change the working hours to correct ones.

15/05/2026: Very nice location, I really like it. Welcoming and friendly staff, I just had breakfast with good coffee and delicious vegan brioche. Next time for lunch 🫶🏻 definitely. Recommended!

31/01/2026: I have to say that the pizza is good, but they need to cook it more. This time I got the raw pizza, and it was the first time my boyfriend did. Both I and he couldn't digest the raw dough. Pay more attention to this, otherwise it's good.

05/11/2025: A pleasant experience under the arcades, on a side street off the main street in Brindisi! Attentive staff, delicious food, and a charming decor. Excellent for an evening with friends, but also perfect for a romantic evening.

31/12/2025: My partner and I had lunch there, taking advantage of the €13 fixed menu. For that price, you get a first course, a second course with a side dish, a bottle of water, a 1/4 cup of wine (red or white), and coffee. Well... they served us in just a few minutes, and the atmosphere was friendly and clean. The portions were excellent and just the right size. What more could you ask for?

05/05/2026: Nice gelato but not very generous for the price. It was the smallest we have had in southern Italy !!! Yes many others have said they were artisan and best ingredients too!

25/06/2026: The owner must be incredibly cheap. We were there for a private party and were left without food, as they brought us a maximum of 150 pieces of finger food, divided among 200 people. Extremely expensive cocktails and a Coke for 7 euros. Not a whole Coke, but about 3/4 of it. Go dig!

All in all, this is meant to be a constructive criticism, not to discredit the work behind it, but also to have a laugh. The price-quality ratio is perfect in my opinion. 06/04/2026: I was a guest at the restaurant for Easter lunch and I'd like to share my experience: the place is large and has a remarkable structure with a lot of potential that, however, remains untapped. Sitting at the table, I started sneezing because of the dust that was so obvious on the glass table and fabric sofas. The pasta arrived without salt, and even though we didn't ask for another course, it was brought to our table; they could have simply taken it off the bill. The second courses arrived staggered: the first two, the third (which they hadn't put on the order) after 10 minutes, and the other two after another 10 minutes. In short, we celebrated Easter chatting over good wine but eating in shifts. The waiter then apologized, saying it was Easter, so they were confused about that. That's a nonsensical excuse, especially for someone who knows the restaurant business. How can you be confused with a small set menu? Meanwhile, the management was having social interactions, unaware, I believe, of all these inconveniences. We rarely leave a tip, and in this case, it was inevitable. In my personal opinion, I experienced a sociologically interesting environment, which behind a glamorous facade hides mediocre products and service, with Rome itself as the protagonist of a decadent aesthetic.

The pizzas are truly amazing: light dough, perfectly cooked, and quality ingredients make all the difference. The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming, perfect for a quick dinner or an evening with friends. If you're passing through Foligno, I highly recommend it! This is my second time in Foligno, and I wouldn't change it. Fair prices.

18/05/2026: Good morning. I had lunch at Il Buratto. The full work menu cost 15 euros. The price isn't bad. BUT. I WAITED A SHORT TIME TO SIT DOWN AT THE TABLE. I ORDERED RIGHT AWAY WITHOUT WAIT FOR MY COMPANION BECAUSE I WANTED TO EAT BEFORE RETURNING TO WORK. TOO BAD THAT AFTER 35 MINUTES OF AN HOUR I HAD TO ASK FOR TAKE-OUT FOOD BECAUSE I COULD NOT WAIT ANY LONGER. I ORDERED FUSILLI WITH MUSSELS, BEANS AND 🍅, BEEF CARPACCIO WITH Arugula. I DIDN'T CHECK THE ORDER BEFORE LEAVING. WHEN I ARRIVED AT WORK, I OPENED MY BAG AND FOUND PIZZOCCHERI THAT I HAD NOT ASKED FOR AND CHICKEN DRUMS, WHICH I AM ALSO INTOLERANT TO. CONCLUSION: I SPENT 15 EUROS AND DIDN'T EAT A THING. THE DINING ROOM WAS FULL AND THERE WERE ONLY 2 WAITRESSES. IN THE KITCHEN YOU CAN SEE THEM LOOKING AT EACH OTHER AND FIGHTING WITHOUT KNOWING HOW TO ORGANIZE THEM EVEN THERE. I'VE NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE IN A RESTAURANT. THE STAFF WAS VERY COLD AND UNHELPFUL. HORRIBLE. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT IF YOU NEED A LUNCH BREAK AT NOON.
