Delicious food in a great atmosphere. The owner makes sure every guest is well-cared for and leaves satisfied. The prices are very reasonable, yet the quality is truly excellent.

An amazing experience! If you're looking for real homemade food with traditional flavor and generous portions, this is the place. The value for money is fantastic; it's so refreshing to find places with such honest prices where they don't try to inflate the bill with absurd extras (and they don't charge a cover fee!). The restaurant is beautiful, with traditional architecture that gives it so much character and charm. But the best thing, without a doubt, is the staff: a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, incredibly kind, and with a touch of humor that makes you feel right at home. They're generous with everything, both the food and the service. We'll definitely be back!

10 stars! Giovanni and Carlo are the best hosts in Matera! I usually like to eat at a different restaurant each time, but during my week in Matera, I went there three times. Also, the food was delicious and the service was fast.

Good food however portions small for price. There are drinks such house wines by the glass at 3.50 euros each. First basket of bread is complimentary.

01/02/2026: Carmela is wonderful... I'll start with her, the soul and strength of this corner of exquisite goodness. This agriturismo, close yet so far removed from the banality of Matera's tourist offerings, won us over with the authenticity of the products served on our plates... the tarallini, the oil, the bread, the cruschi, the turnip tops, the exquisite dishes, and the wine (Il Dono)... it's all so inspiring!!

25/03/2026: Great experience and atmosphere! We stopped by for a quick lunch - caprese and bruscetta - both very tasty. The staff was really friendly and kind.
23/03/2026: My friends and I went there 🥰. It's a lovely place, the owners are kind and professional, the food is good. I recommend the bruschetta 😍, all delicious, made with excellent local ingredients. I recommend buying the peperone crusco, it's delicious!
