26/08/2025: I came here already last year and was so happy to return again! The food is really delicious — every dish full of flavor and generous portions. Even though the restaurant is always very busy, especially in August, we got a table very quickly and the food arrived fast too. The team working here is brilliant, super friendly, and the service is excellent. Prices are also great considering the big portions and the quality of the food. Definitely one of my favorite places — highly recommend!

13/09/2025: Thank you for existing. Every time, it's an unforgettable experience. Flavors stand out thanks to the careful sourcing of raw materials. From the couscous to the sublimely prepared smoked salmon by the chef, who always delivers. Not to mention the lobster Catalana and the desserts. All accompanied by the courtesy of the dining room staff, always attentive to customer service. Recommended for memorable dinners.

19/07/2025: I had booked at Fausto's for a special dinner, but they very kindly offered me a special evening event on Bazzano Beach, featuring Da Fausto's chef and a menu specially designed for the occasion. I was happy to accept, especially since they offered us a very welcome discount. The menu reflected the elegance and quality of Fausto's cuisine: excellent appetizers, a well-executed main course, and a delicious dessert. My only small complaint was the risotto, which was perhaps difficult to manage for an outdoor dinner with over 80 guests: the quality of the ingredients was excellent, but the preparation was somewhat compromised by logistics. I will definitely return to Fausto's to fully savor the cuisine in its original setting. A big thank you to the staff for their helpfulness and passion.

29/09/2025: I'm completely satisfied with my experience at Anima Romita! Upon entering, I was pleasantly surprised by the location, tastefully decorated, with a well-stocked bar, a very spacious dining room, and an open kitchen with a glass wall, which I personally appreciate very much. The service was very courteous but above all quick, which I wasn't expecting given the large number of seats. But let's get to the food: I tried the croquettes and the frittatina alla nerano (divine), with super-crunchy breading, not much oil, and a delicious filling. The pizza is definitely the heart of the whole experience. I tried their Margherita, and the experience started with the nose; once served, the pizza released an incredible aroma! Tasting it confirmed the quality of the ingredients; the dough surprised me, very coarse, and I found even the flour flavorful despite choosing the classic dough. I finished with a delicious dessert, so what can I say? Congratulations! I'll definitely be back!

21/06/2025: Abbiamo trascorso una serata davvero speciale: il cibo è stato delizioso, curato nei minimi dettagli e ricco di sapori autentici, ed il personale, sempre gentile, sorridente e attento, senza mai risultare invadente ha reso il servizio impeccabile, da far sentire ogni ospite davvero importante. Bellissimo il ristorante, nei pressi del castello di Soncino. Qui si respira passione, accoglienza e qualità, per una bellissima cena con amici speciali a base di ottimo cibo. Torneremo sicuramente!

07/10/2025: A beautiful place in a charming corner of Polla (SA). The location is beautiful and the building is characteristic, with a mix of antique stone and wood. It has an outdoor terrace where you can dine overlooking the Vallo di Diano. Food is passable: nothing spectacular, but acceptable. Sometimes the quality could be improved! (We had a grilled steak, which was 90% fatty.) ((Although the place is better known for its homemade pasta dishes, which are delicious and beautifully plated.)) Suggestions: Greater attention to interior cleanliness; some areas are quite dusty, and the refrigerator filter in the bathroom is full of hairspray and wool dust. Prices: Competitive! 👌🏼

22/09/2025: My boyfriend and I had dinner at this restaurant and found the atmosphere very peaceful and welcoming. The terrace is wonderful, offering a great view of the nighttime landscape. We had two appetizers: prosciutto and burrata, and bresaola carpaccio, followed by a first course with wild boar ragù. Highly recommended.

05/10/2025: A lovely place to enjoy Greek cuisine. Appetizers with a variety of sheep's and goat's cheeses, as is traditional. We tried the Saganaki, which was good but a bit too salty, the Haloumi (very good), and the Cretan 4-cheese croquettes (a bit bland). We also added the vegetarian Moussaka (good, but the cinnamon was too strong). As for the main courses, we tried a bit of everything, and I must say it was all good and plentiful. The desserts were very similar, with lots of honey; I didn't mind them. The prices were a bit high, even for drinks (a half-liter bottle of water was €2.50). Overall, a positive experience, and highly recommended.

13/07/2025: A delightful restaurant in the center of Montecatini, housed in a charming and beautifully decorated Belle Époque building. The terrace offers shaded seating in the afternoon, away from the hustle and bustle of the town center. The food was delicious and tasty, and the service was excellent. We were there with a group of 12 people with intellectual disabilities and received a very friendly (and patient) welcome. When we asked to turn down the music (which was the only drawback at the time), this was immediately accommodated. We were served homemade pasta and perfectly cooked chicken (crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside). The pizzas were perfect! They also had a delicious house wine. In short, definitely go for a charming and culinary experience!

11/08/2025: Recommended by a local, the staff are smiling and friendly. Typical local products cooked according to tradition. The appetizer was generous, with a few flaws, but the ossobuco was truly excellent. The house wine was good, the service a little slow, but worth it. We highly recommend it; it was a pleasant evening.

20/10/2025: INTRODUCTION: I've been coming to this place for about 10 years, if not longer. I've eaten here several times and have always had a good experience. I've always recommended this place because they serve unique dishes that are hard to find elsewhere, especially with very generous portions considering the low price. However, I'm realizing that in the long run, it doesn't do the place much good. Low prices for very large portions don't allow the place to improve. They're having a hard time operating and need MORE STAFF!!!!!!, ESPECIALLY IN THE KITCHEN!!!! They made us wait LITERALLY AN HOUR AND A HALF for dinner, justifying it by saying that the Mexican food section had some problems and was backed up. I appreciate the apologies from the embarrassed waiters, but it's really frustrating to see people arrive after me, eat right away, and leave. I saw individual tables occupied by three different families during the evening. I had recommended this place to two of my friends and came with them and my girlfriend. It was their first time, and they had a terrifying experience. After years of coming to this place, after this evening, I'm convinced it will probably be my last. The experience was awful, but I'll continue to recommend the place, because all in all, the food is good. I especially thank one of the waiters, the guy with the dreadlocks, who seemed like the only one who actually cared about us, unlike someone who just walked by without so much as a glance. ADVICE IMPROVE OR INCREASE THE KITCHEN STAFF. YOU CAN'T AFFORD THESE MISTAKES AFTER ALL THESE YEARS. I hope to change this review in the future.

18/10/2025: The food is good, the atmosphere is nice, but the service is really slow, about 20 minutes just for the appetizer. From 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM and we're still waiting for the pizzas. Terrible service on a Saturday.
