Without a doubt, the best part of our stay was the hotel and the cats!! :) We had really bad luck with the weather, but it was a relief to know the hotel was safe, quiet, 5 minutes from the center, and super clean. We have no complaints, especially if we want to bring the cats!! 🤣 The pool was incredible and there was super good parking. The staff was lovely; they go out of their way to help you. We would definitely stay there again. See you next time!

I stayed here two summers in a row. The residence is beautiful, quiet, and just a 5-minute walk from the town center and all amenities. The apartments are spacious and beautiful, all overlooking the wonderful pools. San Teodoro's most beautiful beaches are very close and easily accessible. Excellent.

I didn't use the service because I was staying in an apartment. The location is excellent: a 10-minute walk from the center along the main road.

We spent a wonderful week in this wonderful residence. From the moment we checked in, we knew we were in a great place. We were welcomed very warmly with detailed descriptions of excursions, places to visit, etc. Then, when we saw the swimming pool surrounded by the villas, we realized how truly beautiful it really was. I highly recommend it for everything, it's truly beautiful, nothing is missing.

We are just back from a week at Le tre Querce. Couldn’t fault it. Bed was comfy, cooking facilities were good, minimal but that’s all that was needed, location good, quiet . 5 min walk to supermarket . 15 min / 20 min walk in town . Lovely staff. Man on reception was very friendly and informative. Pool was great, hardly any one used the pool, but we loved it - great to cool down end of the day .
We did have to pay extra for bedlinen & air con. But in grand scheme of things wasn’t bad.

This is my second time staying here, and it's always a great experience!
Excellent and strategic location, located in San Teodoro but surrounded by greenery and tranquility, 1 km from the main La Cinta beach.
Clean studios overlooking the pool, which is a real treat if you just want to relax in the residence one day.
Mr. Paolo and the staff are always available for anything. We had problems renting a car at the airport, but Mr. Paolo was willing to call a nearby rental car for us, and we had our car back within an hour.

A charming place just 10 minutes from all amenities, the town center, and the beaches.
The resort is enchanting, with its super-clean pools and cozy, air-conditioned rooms, not to mention the always helpful and friendly manager.

A truly pleasant vacation in a well-located property: the town center is just a few minutes' walk away, and from there it's easy to get to the various beaches in the area. The atmosphere is very peaceful, ideal for unwinding.
The accommodation I stayed in was spacious and in excellent condition, impeccably clean. Some extras, such as air conditioning and linens, are available for an additional fee.
The pool, large and surrounded by well-kept greenery, was much appreciated. There are no on-site bars or restaurants, a detail I personally saw as an advantage: the setting remains quieter and more relaxing, while shops and supermarkets are still within walking distance.
A special thanks to Mr. Paolo, always friendly and ready to offer helpful suggestions for making the most of your stay.
I definitely recommend this experience.
