16/06/2024: We ate very well in a simple and serene environment. The managers pampered us by fulfilling our every wish, the simple and genuine dishes met our expectations, even the bill was to our liking. Highly recommended, everything perfect.

15/08/2024: Delicious and super vegan-friendly pizza. We ate 3 half meters of pizza as a family. I am vegan and a half meter was made entirely vegan. I chose the Neapolitan dough, delicious... often perfectly cooked, it manages to be soft and crunchy at the same time. The staff was extremely kind in accommodating the requests of a vegan half meter. I chose Vegetariana rossa and Marinara... you know, to evaluate when a pizzeria makes good pizza, the pizza to try is the Marinara... if that one is good, you're on the safe side... and this is one of the best I've had .eaten! What can I say... highly recommended!!

28/07/2024: La pizza non è male ma neanche la meraviglia che si vuole far sembrare al titolare che si riempie la bocca con ingredienti bio e di altissima qualità ho chiesto di aggiungere un po' di pomodoro perché avevo ordinato per errore una pizza bianca ha detto che in quel locale non si fanno aggiunte perché cambia il gusto della pizza ... .capirai sembrava Vissani ma meno simpatico e un po' scostante ......non viene voglia di tornare

11/07/2024: Decent pizza but not worth the price. I got a Rustica and it was way salty, while the Parmareggio was good. No additions of any kind may be made. Absent service and grumpy owner who has no way with customers. I won't go back.

08/06/2024: For me the best. Both in terms of quality and kindness. I always have the pleasure of exchanging pleasant chats. Great attention and friendliness even towards small children. A great tradition. Compliments!

13/08/2024: The hotel is simple and has everything you need: balcony or window to hang towels, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, television and air conditioning (or heat pump). In the corridor there is also a fridge to share. I focus on the restaurant and the vegan cuisine which in my opinion is one of the best I have ever tried. Simple and genuine. Lots of organic products and everything homemade. Stefania is truly a sublime cook and from starter to dessert everything is perfect!

25/08/2024: A take-away of mouth-watering pasta and desserts. The service is friendly and informal, sober and pleasant. Different types of pasta can be made with fresh seasonings at prices appropriate to the quality of the product. Don't miss the cacio e pepe and the pesto. The single-portion tiramisu is unforgettable. Worth trying if you are in the Monti area as an excellent alternative to overly touristy places and other take-aways. If you feel like walking and like art, 4 minutes away you can eat in a park overlooking the Colosseum or near San Pietro in Vincoli.

25/08/2024: Mid-August week, we sit in this pub the evening before going on holiday, also convinced by the previous reviews. We sit and wait half an hour just to order. After a while the beers arrive first, which must be paid for in advance as per the club's policy, and after another wait finally the sandwiches, very good I must admit if it weren't for the fact that in the sandwich I ordered there were 2 out of 5 ingredients present, the others they had changed without even warning or justifying themselves. All surrounded by the presence of several mosquitoes. Price normal.

28/07/2024: This is a historic city pub that has been present for many years now, but it never changes! It's always nice to go there. My mother and I had to have a quick dinner and so it was, very fast service. We ate a piadina (very good and very full) and a sandwich (huge): the price was surprising. You spend very little and this makes you want to come back again and again. The choice on the menu is very wide and open to everyone, even the elderly and children. The waiters are very kind and helpful. There are both tables inside and tables on the external veranda. Definitely try their bruschetta, their specialty!!! We'll be back soon!

17/06/2024: Siamo tornati al Rascia Muraje per provare la nuova gestione. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi, i ragazzi sono molto cortesi e disponibili. Abbiamo optato per il menu da 3 portate. Rispetto alla vecchia gestione (cucina buonissima) la nuova gestione propone abbinamenti più ricercati, piatti più moderni e devo dire che il risultato è ottimo. Abbiamo mangiato davvero bene! Consigliato!

05/06/2024: Sabato a pranzo, incuriosita dal consiglio di una conoscente. Locale minimal, accogliente, di buon gusto,tavoli particolari, saltano all'occhio, sedie comodissime. Gentilezza del personale professionale. Piatti da carta essenziale per numero . Grissini e focaccia ottimi. Degustati: uovo poche' con fonduta di pecorino e fave, fresche e in schiuma, battuta al coltello con mandorle fiori di sambuco e loro polline, plin con spugnole, coscia d'anatra al forno con marmellata di agrumi e asparagi di montagna. Tutto eccellente. Un onesto bicchiere di metodo classico e uno di Cisterna. . Conto contenuto, proporzionato alla qualità del cibo e all'ambiente ,sereno e tranquillo.

28/07/2024: Kind service, present just the right amount, but not organised: we had to ask for bread a couple of times, the welcome appetizer was served without the spoon and before the wine. Starting from the service that could be improved, the compliments are all for the chef and the quality of the food, even if a few more pieces of fish could have been added to the risotto. We didn't try the desserts. Price not adequate for the service, even the wine list has a surcharge of around 15%.

26/07/2024: The food and service was unbeatable. They took their time and explained everything to us. You are welcome with three small children and the children are given small cutlery without asking. Every care is taken to ensure customer satisfaction. Clear recommendation. We ate the risotto and fish.
