13/03/2025: We have been going to the Locanda three times now and every time it is a fantastic experience! Chef Rosario is always kind, creative and super available for our every need! The menu is a discovery of traditional Calabrian flavors accompanied at the same time by many other creative and innovative dishes from the chef. Finally, the impeccable service and the welcoming atmosphere make the Locanda the perfect place for a lunch or dinner with friends. In short: always a guarantee

01/06/2025: Very kind staff, shame about the excessive prices, €3.50 for the cover charge, €22 for the braised meat which, once at the till, rose to €25 (shame I only noticed once I got home, my fault for trusting people). I don't think they'll see me again!

14/05/2025: My family and I had a really bad experience, dirty rooms, rude and unprofessional staff, expensive and not even fresh dishes, a huge dog (the owners') barks continuously, in the kitchen you can hear screaming and swearing, really a bad experience, not recommended.

13/06/2025: Food and coffee are excellent, this is now established .. but there is a big problem with tables to clear with full trays around now Everywhere, with Hygiene (watch out for inspections) With an average income of 10,000 euros per week you can afford an industrial dishwasher and one or 2 workers during peak hours ... to maintain order and cleanliness in the premises !! Then NO DOGS inside .. with leashes they hinder the already precarious passage !! And no black man at the entrance to beg ... it creates DISCOMFORT !!! SO ONLY ONE STAR FOR A SERVICE TO BE COMPLETELY RETHINK !!!

20/06/2025: Beautiful experience, pleasant environment, excellent welcome and kindness of the staff, excellent and particular dishes. The experience ends with the presence of cats free to roam between the tables. Highly recommended!!!

17/06/2025: Don't let "vegan" or "cat Bistro" fool you. This place serves top quality, high class food with all of the Italian flavours you're looking for - with a backdrop of cats and fun art. They also have a stunning bakery next door. Highly recommend.

Il ristorante Gioré si distingue per la sua capacità di combinare sapori autentici e presentazioni artistiche, offrendo un viaggio gastronomico che delizia sia il palato che gli occhi. Assieme a mia moglie abbiamo vissuto un’esperienza culinaria impeccabile, dove ogni piatto era curato nei dettagli, dalla scelta degli ingredienti alla presentazione. Degustazione di olio extravergine offerta con pane fatto in casa veramente buonissimo…tagliolini pesto di pistacchio, stracciatella e seppia (fuori menù) a dir poco sublimi, sgombro panato e polpo rosticciato eccezionali. Stra consigliato.

28/05/2025: I have been to this place several times with friends and have never been disappointed. The quality of the pizza is unquestionable and they accompany it with a unique selection of beer in addition to their delicious desserts. The atmosphere and service are the icing on the cake.

25/05/2025: Tornata dopo qualche anno, non è stata una bella esperienza. La pizza buona per gli ingredienti, ma un po' bruciacchiata. Il problema non è la pizza, ma il locale, in cui sono stati stipati tavoli oltre misura, per muoverti devi coordinarti con chi hai a fianco o dietro. Inaccettabile. Il locale sovraffollato diventa caldo e rumorosissimo. Una richiesta banale sul vino, non esaurita. Bicchieri per l'acqua contati. Personale sorridente e cortese, un plauso perché lavorare in quella situazione non è semplice. Noto che nonostante le lamentele sul sovraffollamento risalgano nel tempo, il gestore nulla ha fatto per rimediare.

04/05/2025: The temple of spaghetti. Exquisite dishes, doses of pasta based on requests (from 80 g up to 2 ounces), exceptional sauces. Very kind staff. Also suitable for the little ones. Every time I go to Sappada I can't wait to book a table.

22/06/2025: All the dishes tasted were good and the flavors and combinations were well balanced. A special mention to the very special tobacco ice cream. A small note about the cannelé being a little hard (it should be rubbery instead) and the completely frozen snuffbox peach, I think it should be taken out of the freezer first because it was difficult to cut and had no taste because it was too cold in the mouth. In any case we will return, all good. Michelin guide restaurant for sure

11/05/2025: Chaotic place, but really well organised. Very very fast service despite it being practically always full. Always new recipes and a lot of choice between main courses and side dishes. Almost always everything is delicious. Highly recommended for quick but complete lunches
