The reviews are more than up to date, the atmosphere is pleasant, the brioche with the granita is spectacular, the brioche is fresh, the granita is very good, and in the end, one of the best I've tasted in Ortigia, I highly recommend it!

They have the most delicious almond flavoured ice cream I ever tasted. Probably the best in the world. If you are in Syracuse, Caffe' Apollo is a must be visited place and do not dare to skip almond ice cream. All other flavours are great, but mandel is best without a doubt.

01/05/2026: Pleasant environment, relaxed and professional service and most importantly, excellent pizza and 10 euros, a fair price. Good and wine, great.
30/04/2026: Excellent restaurant focused primarily on meat dishes. Everything we tried was truly top-notch. We opted for a mix of pork and horsemeat (steaks, meatballs, skewers, and mixed sausages, the latter a specialty of Palazzolo). Very welcoming staff, courteous and prompt service. The atmosphere is quiet and beautifully decorated. Not to be missed.
