It's a pleasure to be guided in your choice, knowing exactly what you're enjoying. The most magical moment, however, comes at the end. Along with the cover charge, a truly original "sweet house specialty" is served: a marshmallow with red powder and a hint of mountain pine. The incredible thing is that it's brought to the table over a small fire, allowing you to caramelize it on the spot.
