Great place, excellent food, we recommend salted meat tartare and blueberry and taleggio risotto. Worth trying and coming back.

Fra Dolcino is a pleasant surprise in the Valle del Chiesa. The structure is a cameo next to the vineyards. Very large parking adjacent to it. The rooms are large and furnished with typical Trentino style. The cuisine is very good with well-prepared dishes and Karima's management is always attentive and kind. Recommended

We found the Osteria by chance while reaching Storo... The very kind staff made us sit at a table under a beautiful vine pergola. We had some gratin cheese on polenta... A risotto with speck and scamorza...fabulous. Then, hearing that everyone was asking for the Brescia skewer, we wanted to try it and I must say that we did well... it was very tasty and well done. To finish we tried the house dessert... Fra Dolcino... I can say it was the icing on the cake. The bill was very fair...we will definitely return when we are in the area.. I recommend it.

Posto bellissimo, siamo andati a mangiare a pranzo in famiglia e siamo stati tutti molto contenti anche del cibo ma anche dell'ambiente 🙂. Spiedo buonissimo, il fra-dolcino e la torta della nonna lo consiglio tantissimo e poi la polenta con i formaggi😋 . Tutto squisito 😋. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Da tempo sentivo parlare di questa locanda, ma solo ieri mi sono preso il tempo di "gustarla". In effetti è un posto da consigliare, locali della pura tradizione trentina e pietanze di un ricco menu preparate con maestria alle quali si aggiungono le proposte del giorno che il cordiale personale non manca di proporti. Per chi vuole provare l'atmosfera del Grande Tirolo è il posto giusto.

05/04/2024: We stayed, unfortunately only for three nights, in this beautiful hotel, top staff, always kind, smiling and ready for any of your needs, the owners of the hotel pamper you so much to make you feel at home, shuttle always ready for the center and the facilities , very good breakfast and catering, super recommended 👌🏻
19/03/2024: We spent a weekend at this property and we can say with great pleasure that our experience was excellent. The view of the Dolomites is spectacular and I recommend getting a room with a view, because it's worth the ticket! TOP breakfast and dinner, super relaxing SPA; in short, a spectacular weekend. PS. the property also granted us an upgrade compared to the room booked, it was greatly appreciated and unexpected! Really super friendly. a very respectable structure.
