Very cozy place, really excellent pizzas, if your preference is for Roman pizza, still made in a wood-fired oven.

If you're in Silvi, you can't miss it. They make fantastic and delicious pizzas and socks. The place isn't big, so you need to make a reservation otherwise it's difficult to get a meal.

Ristorante Pizzeria Mamma Paola

05/04/2026: I returned after a year to celebrate my birthday with family and friends at Mamma Paola. Aside from the wonderful, delicious, and abundant food I found, the good thing that shocked me was that after the recent fuel price hikes, prices here remained the same as last year. I thank all the wonderful staff at Mamma Paola and wish them a Happy Easter.
