Good selection of salads, overall quite comprehensive menu.
I would have given the service a 5 if they hadn't messed up our takeout order:
We put together our €8.90 salad from our cell phone with our choice of ingredients, specifying that we wanted salmon and cruschi peppers.
When we got home, we were surprised to open the packages and find a plain salad WITHOUT ANY SALMON OR CRUSCHI PEPPERS... of a lower commercial value.
Luckily we ordered and the menu was put together from our cell phone; a serious and unprofessional mistake.
I didn't have time to return, but I'll definitely point it out, as I'll have the chance if I ever return.

The waiters stock the fridge by placing plates of food on top of each other. Without any protective film or anything to prevent direct contact.
Tables crowded together.
People constantly getting up and bumping into you while you're eating.
Rude staff.
A terrible experience.

12/10/2025: A true artisanal gelato shop. The staff is very helpful and always ready to explain their highly evocative creations, especially the more unique flavors. You can immediately sense, from the first taste, the obsessive attention to quality, love, and meticulous attention to seasonality and the use of natural ingredients expertly blended.

15/10/2025: Nice osteria in a beautiful cellar vault. Since we only had one night in Penne, we only ate there once—we would have certainly eaten there more often otherwise. Both starters, main courses, and dessert were really, really, really delicious. There was also a very good house wine and super friendly service. Absolutely fantastic value for money—I highly recommend this osteria. We wish we had a restaurant like this around the corner from home :)

For €29 without a hot drink, we expected a more thoughtful breakfast. Unfortunately, the service wasn't good that day either. At first, the server ignored us. We had to ask if we could have any more bread. The cheese was sold out. For that price, we expected more.

20/09/2025: Did not stay at the hitel, only had dinner at the restaurant. Very nice experience. The atmosphere is amazing, the waiters are very nice, and the food was great. Portions are not so big, but the food was delicious. Totally recommend it!

05/12/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant, excellent structure, charming place, food nothing special, on a plate of pasta they put parsley but it was not written on the menu and they complained when I asked to remake it because we do not eat parsley, as for cleanliness they have the dog that wanders around in the kitchen and between the tables... I expected better given the photos they publish, the road to get to this place is quite complicated... what can I say, we were unhappy
