We've been wanting to try this ice cream shop for a while. It's a small place, and the selection of flavors isn't extensive. The quality of the ice cream is excellent, no complaints there. However, the portions are a bit small, in our opinion, especially considering the price of €3.80 for two flavors. We were a bit disappointed, even though, as I said, the ice cream is very good.

I stumbled upon this gelateria by chance, having resigned myself for over a year to the fact that I would never enjoy gelato again. It was incredible to find high-quality ingredients carefully selected and respecting seasonal biodiversity. An immense taste sensation...flavors, aromas, textures, and even memories! Yes, I remember, because today I found myself under the black cherry tree of my childhood! This encounter with sweetness is changing my life; it was the first step in overcoming the war with food...because choosing quality means loving yourself. The best gelato shop in the area, hands down. I love how they change flavors every week, embracing seasonality and showcasing only local ingredients. The gelato is incredibly light, made with very little sugar: you can taste the real flavor of the fruit and cream, not the artificial sweetness we're used to. A serious artisanal project, and above all, delicious. Highly recommended!

10/06/2026: Art Cavour is a beautiful, cozy family restaurant that is owned by a kind, humbling man that loves what he does for a living, and you can tell when you first take that bite of food, the food quality is a 10 out of 10. I one thousand percent recommend this restaurant while staying in Rome. By the way the pizza and pasta are to die for. I will for sure be returning to Rome for his food.👏🏽👏🏽🔥🔥
08/06/2026: What an amazing couple who run this fine restaurant. My family and I had to keep coming back each day we stayed in Rome. The pasta carbonara was so so good! The ravioli and lasagna were amazing. Thanks for making our trip to Rome special.

10/07/2026: Every time I return to Rome, my first stop is always Pasticceria Desideri. From the café to the pastry shop, the quality is impeccable! (The strawberry cake is absolutely delicious.) The staff is always kind and friendly, especially Vincenzo; I love his cappuccino!

The quality of the products is evident: fresh ingredients, meticulous preparation, and consistently excellent results. The cakes, in particular, were all excellent, both in taste and presentation. The prices may seem a little high, but they're actually absolutely in line with the Roman average for this type of quality. You're happy to pay a little more, knowing you'll take home a truly well-made product. Overall, a reliable and highly recommended pastry shop, especially for those looking for cakes that are above-average.
