16/07/2025: Very "camouflaged" place... Once you enter the surprises begin.... It feels like being inside a beautiful French bistro from the 1930s.... The recipes, unique and tasty, you should try them all. The price is really reasonable.... The staff is extremely friendly and competent.... Absolutely worth trying!!!!

08/06/2025: eravamo già stati in corso Francia, qui il locale è più ordinato e carino, decidiamo per i 15 ravioli misti, molto stuzzicanti e speziati, l'unico difetto è che si fa un pò fatica a sentire i vari gusti, con una bottiglia di acqua si spendono 10 euro

01/07/2025: A charming café-bookstore with a beautiful terrace offering peaceful views of the canal. The breakfast is well-presented and generous, perfect for starting the day. The selection of Italian-language books is quite extensive, ideal for book lovers. I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, away from the crowds. I highly recommend it!

30/06/2025: Super cute! Cheese board breakfast was tasty, we had to ask for extra bread. Lovely setting on the canal. Inside with the books was really cool. Service was brusque but standard for europe. Lovely spot!

23/06/2025: I am reviewing this restaurant after having already come twice (and I will definitely return) for many aspects, all positive: the optimal location with respect to the historic center and the lakeside, the quality of the food, the wisdom in knowing how to cook it and the friendliness of the entire staff. Both experiences saw different orders depending on the diners. There are those who ordered pizzas and those who instead ordered dishes from the kitchen (first and second courses of fish); in any case each of us expressed a unanimous opinion: very good dinner! The cost is adequate and the cleanliness impeccable. Compliments to Maurizio, the owner, who always welcomes customers with kindness and friendliness.

31/05/2025: Brunch Mi spiace dover constatare la mancata cortesia e attenzione al cliente dovuta sicuramente al fatto che siamo dei numeri senza volti che vanno e vengono....mi spiego meglio.....io sono di Milano e avrei voluto pranzare domenica in questo ristorante......ho chiamato lunedì x prenotare e mi è stato detto che era tutto pieno e di riprovare giovedì.....quindi ieri ho provato più volte a contattare il ristorante ma senza nessuna risposta quindi ovviamente ho provato 3 o 4 volte ... Nel pomeriggio vengo richiamata da un numero di cellulare a me sconosciuto.....ho chiesto di presentarsi ed era questo ristorante.......con modi arroganti e fuori luogo vengo accusata di aver infastidito con le mie chiamate e mi chiede in maniera molto scortese che cosa volessi.....io ovviamente ho risposto niente e ho chiuso la comunicazione. La mancata cortesia e attenzione al cliente nn alimenta la professionalità anzi....io sarò un cliente mancato e nn consiglierò questo locale...la buona cucina da sola nn regge

14/06/2025: Gelato buonissimo con tanti gusti e di vario tipo. Personale gentile, scherzoso ed efficiente. Da provare assolutamente se si fa un giro per Luino.

30/06/2025: We spent lunch here in a very intimate and familiar location, but well-kept and characteristic. The lady is really kind and was able to advise us and describe the first courses. I highly recommend the crostone with lard and the one with pecorino and onion! The first courses were also really tasty, mouth-watering: I recommend maltagliati and cappellacci. The service was quick and courteous and ended with a good tiramisu! Recommended!
