26/10/2025: In the heart of Parma's historic center, just steps from the Duomo, this tiny bistro has carved out a space in an almost hidden alley. A modern and minimalist location with a warm and comfortable atmosphere. It loses a little privacy due to the close proximity of the tables, but it doesn't clash with the concept and the setting. First-rate cleanliness. Appropriate table setting. A typical bistro menu, with limited but well-conceived choices: eclectic, innovative, and unique yet harmonious and balanced cuisine. The roast beef duck breast is exquisitely delicate, accompanied by crispy brioche cubes with figs and well-balanced by a rice vinegar marinade. The Pan 20 focaccia is superb, a blend of crunchiness, fragrance, and flavor. Highly digestible. The sbrisolona with zabaglione cream is sublime. The selection of flours and the dough preparation are excellent. Attentive and courteous service, never intrusive. The portion sizes are adequate and average. The plating is thoughtful and flavorful. No flaws in any single course. Bill: reasonable. The site isn't for everyone's budget, but the quality of the ingredients, the dishes, and the pairings raise the bar and fully justify the reasonable Q/P. Overall, the cuisine is the jewel in the crown: innovative and varied. Dishes crafted with taste, passion, and skill. I like the restaurant's philosophy, and the level of service was excellent, worthy of the five stars. An uncommon experience. Recommended site.

22/10/2025: Always a pleasure to return. The products and culinary experience are of the highest quality and level, and the combination of flavors is fantastic in every dish. The Pan di 20 is incredibly good, soft, and delicious. Even the bread is a cut above many places in Parma, and the first courses are exceptional. The way they treat the ingredients is a testament to their love for what they do. The service is just as good as the kitchen. The waitresses are always smiling, elegant, and infinitely kind, and their composure gives you a constant sense of tranquility and relaxation. They're excellent. One of my favorite places in Parma, I hope to return more often!

25/06/2025: The pizza is by the slice (slices by weight) and it is excellent, quality raw materials.. Lots of variety The staff is friendly. You can eat inside, there are tables.

26/09/2025: A restaurant with multi-level dining rooms, fast service, friendly and welcoming staff, and a classic Abruzzo menu, with a few game variations, all high-quality and well-cooked. I've always been satisfied with the food, whether it's for a romantic dinner or a meal with family and friends. The excellent value for money is also worth a try.

28/08/2025: Beautiful location, excellent food, top-notch staff and waiters, especially Irene, who was very kind and friendly. I also used the rooms for two nights. It's a medieval tower, so there's a hint of history. I highly recommend it.

07/10/2025: A small, clean, and well-decorated restaurant. They serve excellent handmade ravioli, with the option of a mixed platter that allows for a variety of tastings. The staff is friendly and quick, and speaks fluent Italian.

30/09/2025: Excellent experience. In addition to the famous mini-ravioli (very good), I also tried the UIGUR RICE with lamb and coriander: unforgettable, every flavor kept coming back and coming back... Recommended.

31/10/2025: Super cute place with attention to every detail. The food is delicious, and you can taste the love of the people who cook it in every bite. The owners are super nice and very helpful. All this at reasonable prices, definitely worth a visit. Go there!

31/10/2025: Terrible experience. Cashier doesn't speak Italian. Prices aren't competitive at all. What else are you doing? I've tried something that's definitely cheaper and has more products available so you can cook and eat on the spot. I tried to ask if I could eat there since there were tables, but he told me it wasn't possible.

19/10/2025: We went for lunch today to spend a pleasant Sunday, but it turned out to be hellish. The sushi was inedible. Not fresh at all. A terrible experience. We strongly advise against it.

30/10/2025: Frankly, €25 for a plate of pasta (badly cooked and seasoned), some stuffed vegetables, and four meatballs seems like a bit of a premium to me; it's a deli after all. Aside from the pasta, the rest of the food wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either, considering that during the days I was in the area for work, for the same amount, I ate at restaurants that were far superior in every way. The service was perhaps a bit too stressful...

02/10/2025: Excellent ramen in an easy-to-reach location, close to the B metro line (Piramide). Good selection of ramen, including vegetarian options. Prices are slightly higher than usual. Very friendly staff, although there was a bit of a wait for service. Recommended, I'll be back!

A place where you can enjoy a pizza with friends or in groups. You can eat inside or outside. Excellent prices and value for money. I'll definitely be back.
