05/05/2025: Literally heaven for celiacs💞 they have a department dedicated only to gluten-free desserts, fresh desserts, of their own production, something that has never happened to me in a bar, where I usually find the usual packaged biscuits. I took the pasticciotto, a chocolate croissant and another sweet with Nutella and smarties, it was all delicious, truly exceptional. Furthermore, the owners, Danilo and Paola, are two ultra kind people, very cute, they even gave me a t-shirt as a gift, which was super appreciated 💕

22/04/2025: Unfortunately, a disappointing experience. We went to this pastry shop today, attracted by the look of the pastries (which were visually beautiful) and we bought several, both to eat on the spot and to take away. The pastries were good, although not exceptional, but overall they were okay. The real problem was the way we were treated. The staff was visibly annoyed, they answered badly, with a very loud and rude tone. We had to repeat everything twice and it almost seemed like we were bothering them just for asking for information or placing an order. We had expressed the desire to eat something there and take the rest away, but we were answered in a really unkind way, as if we were doing something wrong. I felt very uncomfortable. Finally, the bill was decidedly high: we bought about ten pastries, two chocolate cakes and a macchiato, and we spent about 30 euros. Considering the quantity and quality, it seemed excessive to me. I understand that you may be stressed or busy, but that is no reason to treat customers rudely. Respect comes first.

16/04/2025: A historic pastry shop in Viareggio, very popular, Prices a little above average but worth it. Perhaps the bar service at peak times could use a little more order and less chatter between the employees.

13/04/2025: Informal but very tidy place. Young, discreet but very courteous and helpful staff. Food at very high quality levels. In this case, the platter of typical cured meats is excellent. The first ones were very good. Prices in line with the quality offered. Very good. If I return to Parma it will be a point of reference.

31/03/2025: I am celiac and I had the opportunity to eat some excellent appetizers and excellent gluten-free pizza. The pizza dough is super! Staff attentive to contamination. The place is present in the AIC circuit. I also recommend this place to people with celiac disease!

15/03/2025: Fundamental premise: it is not the pizzeria that was previously called DAMA but a completely new small pizzeria managed by a young and very courteous family staff! The room is small but welcoming. I found the pizza very good with particular attention to the quality of the raw materials. The gluten-free pizza is one of the best, if not the best, I have ever eaten (we have been living with celiac disease for 10 years and have been looking for a good pizza) with an excellent dough and above all with the right consistency and not spongy! The fried foods are excellent, dry and tasty, and all gluten-free! I have come to this pizzeria several times and today I also tried the pizza by the slice for the first time, which was truly exceptional (especially the gluten-free pizza by the slice). Congratulations indeed!

28/03/2025: It's a superlative pizzeria! The pizzas are excellent, the service quality. The place is small but, perhaps, the secret of success is precisely this; in the spring/summer period the outdoor area is also equipped to meet the great demand from customers.

24/04/2025: Tres de nosotros fuimos en la calle 21 y 22 de abril, para cenar. El personal se aseguró de que estuviéramos cómodamente sentados dentro, libres de corrientes de aire, e incluso ofreció mantas porque el clima era inusualmente frío. Elegimos diferentes comidas y todas eran excelentes, y recién hechas. La cuenta era mucho menos otro establecimiento. Había una gran televisión fuera mostrando fútbol de la liga premier inglesa, así que nos quedamos y lo vimos.

16/04/2025: Excellent cuisine. Ravioli with wild boar. Tuna tartare. Carpaccio with warm focaccia. Everything was great. I recommend it.

13/04/2025: We had to wait until 9pm to have dinner, because the place was fully booked. But it was absolutely worth it! The pizza had a very good and digestible dough, the toppings were tasty and plentiful. The truly varied proposals and the absolutely correct price.
