18/05/2025: We arrived very late and despite this they welcomed us with courtesy and we felt at home! The guys are very good, helpful and welcoming. The zampanelle are the best, it's been a long time since I found them so perfect. The dessert, mascarpone made by them, is a must try.

28/05/2025: A restaurant that is a real gem!!! The place is spacious but welcoming, divided into several rooms well furnished with a sober but warm style. The food is good, but the real star is the pizza! The dough is extraordinary and the marinara is simply divine - as soon as I tasted it I remembered a last assault take... sorry!!!! Too good for lovers of real pizza!!! The mussels were also very good. The staff is attentive and courteous, and parking is easily available in the immediate vicinity. I definitely recommend this restaurant to those who love real pizza, it is special!!! The price is average for the area, so the quality/price ratio is adequate. Compliments to the staff for their hospitality and professionalism!!! Recommended!!!

20/03/2025: Unfortunately we cannot rate it because the arrogance of the owners allows them to keep the inn closed from Friday to Sunday. Update: apparently the opening times have been changed.

19/04/2025: Stamattina ero di passaggio a Minerbio e così mi sono fermato qui per la colazione, essendomi stata consigliata questa pasticceria da una collega che abita qui in paese. La scelta di dolce è ricca e variegata. La mia brioche speciale con la crema chantilly era squisita e anche il caffè decaffeinato non era male; gentile il servizio. Però nonostante la buona qualità degli ingredienti che giustificano il prezzo, rimango sempre allibito constatando che i prezzi delle pasticcerie della provincia emiliana sono uguali o un po' più alti di quelli del centro di Bologna.

17/05/2025: Real good pizza, even if a minute more cooking would have been perfect. Luigi outside rather neglected and not very clean but the waitresses are very kind and professional. The receipt was not made when paying in person at the cashier but a non-fiscal receipt was given, we realized it later....

19/06/2025: Two sensational meals! Potato turnovers with ricotta and herb filling, nettle dumplings, bresauola with arugula and Parmesan, semifredo...superb 🍷 wine, very friendly service, and a shot of schnapps on the house!

25/05/2025: We enjoyed delicious South Tyrolean cuisine here! The portions are generous and the prices are fair. The atmosphere is rustic, and many locals come here. We had the Schlutzkrapfen pasta, the four kinds of dumplings, and the veal ragout with dumplings. All highly recommended. The highlights, however, were the homemade apple strudel and the homemade amaretto semifreddo. Incredibly delicious!
