29/10/2025: Unfortunately, they're unavailable. We tried every possible way to book, but in the end, we decided to go anyway. They lost seven customers after flying them to Nus. I hope to change my mind one day.

05/10/2025: A truly welcoming restaurant, and in my opinion one of the most beautiful restaurants in the Aosta Valley. The waiters were very kind and the food was excellent. I also tried the pizza, which was really good for the Aosta Valley. The owner was very kind and even offered a digestive. We will definitely be back!

27/08/2025: We were on holiday for a week in Fénis and our regular breakfast spot was this bar... friendly and helpful staff... very good croissants as well as the cappuccino with lots of foam, just the way I like it☺️

20/09/2025: An excellent lunch, authentic and delicious food. Very kind people. The atmosphere is fabulous... relaxing.

21/10/2025: I stayed at Dalailama Village for just one night. The accommodation was clean and tidy, and the cabin was truly pleasant, well-maintained, and welcoming. Unfortunately, the takeout dinner was a disappointment: I spent €50 for a low-quality meal. The potatoes and beans tasted like they came straight from the supermarket, and were undercooked, and the egg rolls were excessively oily. I would have liked to try the spa, but the numerous negative reviews put me off. Walking around the village, I also noticed that many cabins overlook the caravans, which detracts somewhat from the atmosphere. Overall, the accommodation itself is decent, but some services and management decisions impact the overall experience.

12/10/2025: Unfortunately, it was far below my expectations. First of all, I don't consider it a campsite, but a village (with permanent accommodations and small houses...) and 6 camper spots. The bathroom is a chemical toilet, dilapidated and far from what they call panoramic pitches, and there are two showers for men and three for women, practically shared. One night, for a camper and two people with electricity (let's talk about it...) 50 euros 😡😡 Then, there's the restaurant, the wellness center, and a lot of walking, but... For what they gave me and what I paid, it would have been better to stay for free in the parking lot a little further on. What a shame!!!

11/09/2025: What can I say? Simply wonderful! Here, you feel at home; you're pampered. The hospitality, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the cuisine are the highlights, because everything is made with love and passion. The menu of excellent Aosta Valley cuisine is surprising but never disappoints; in fact, seconds are always available. During our four-day stay, I only saw clean plates taken away, and the other couples staying at the hotel were equally enthusiastic. It's true that some things are missing, like a TV in the room, but you'll quickly realize that you won't feel the need for them here; here, you'll rediscover simple values ​​and conviviality. It's not a hotel, it's much more... something increasingly difficult to find. The family who runs it... Attilio, Katia, Luca, and Roger, the room attendant and the waiter, the boy who helps in the kitchen... everyone is always ready to offer a smile. Well done, very well done! This place touches your heart and makes your stay in the Aosta Valley simply wonderful! Oh...I forgot, very important, pets are welcomed very well and without any extra charge! 07/09/2025: I'm really amused by the reviews about the hotel, which say it's outdated 🤣 You can see how it looks in the photos. It's not a soulless modern place, but a house with soul. It's an OLD house, not a modern Hilton. I loved everything about it: the room on the third floor, the sloping ceilings, the view from the wooden window, the nooks and crannies, the reception. Please don't change a thing!!! And the owner typing, a beautiful thing 🫶

22/08/2025: If you're looking for a family-run hotel, very close to Staffal, with welcoming, clean rooms, attention to detail, and the kindness and helpfulness of Gigi and Susi, the Lysjoch is the right choice.

13/08/2025: They gave us some truly wonderful days! Spacious room, even a large bathroom. Impeccable service and cleanliness. Excellent and satisfying breakfast; varied and truly delicious dinner; excellent wine list at fair prices. But the real added value is Susanna and Gigi, true mountain experts: they recommended truly fantastic excursions, providing realistic information on routes and potential difficulties. Susanna was a true "GPS" in pointing out sensational places; Gigi, combining great friendliness and mountain expertise, was the true "advisor" for all our unforgettable outings in an area we were unfamiliar with, all while enjoying a pleasant chat.
