23/08/2025: Bad impression. Ordered a cake for 10 people for my son's birthday the next day. Naturally, there was no price limit, just the size, which therefore had to be large. The next day they gave us a cake that not even the Smurfs would have eaten. They insisted that "for them" it was a cake for 10. I'm from Rome and I've always ordered cakes for 10 that are just right. After a heated discussion, I had to settle for another, slightly larger cake that had been in the fridge since the day before. Party ruined. I'm now reading your response, which borders on a complaint for personal insults, and that doesn't mean I won't proceed in that direction. I am a respected professional and a polite person, as can be seen from the documents on various websites that deal with me. But that has nothing to do with it. If a customer complains about what they consider an injustice, you don't respond with arrogance (you do) "for us the cake..." (I repeat, Lilliputian) "is a 10"!!!! . Period. We're trying to figure out what the problem is and politely address it. The cake he replaced wasn't the same size at all, so much so that he had to change the box and get a larger one. As I was leaving your shop, two ladies approached me to confirm their shock at such treatment. Rest assured, I have no intention of ever setting foot in your shop again, even though your refusal would be subject to legal action. A commercial establishment cannot do so. Not only will I never set foot in your shop again, but neither will the many friends in Penna and Giove to whom I told the incident. Good things. It's still causing controversy. What you wrote qualifies you without further comment and shows who the rude and offensive one is. I don't understand how someone like you can work in contact with the public. I hope for your future customers that this unpleasant episode has taught you to be more polite and helpful. And with that, I'll end this controversy. I've said everything I had to say.

05/03/2025: Tutto eccellente! Dagli strangozzi al ragout bianco di cinta senese per passare agli involtini di coniglio e non ultima la sbriciolata alla crema e lamponi. Consigliatissimo. Personale gentile e professionale.

04/01/2025: Ottima posizione, strategiaca leggermente fuori dalla "passeggiata principale". Curatissimi sia gli esterni, sia gli interni, sia le apparecchiature. Servizio veloce e impeccabile. Menu tradizionale con alcuni piatti rivisitati, gourmet o accostamenti insoliti ma gustosi e ben riusciti. Prezzo in linea con gli altri locali limitrofi. Da consigliare, sicuramente.

11/08/2025: Let's just say the food isn't up to par; the vitello tonnato was pretty awful. The cocktail bar and spirits section are good, but the restaurant is a total disappointment. Excellent location.

28/03/2025: Lunch with friends, some of us had tapas, some cod, tagliolini with truffle, aubergine parmigiana, we were very satisfied. The tiramisu is also excellent. The service was very attentive and friendly.

11/05/2025: Discovered yesterday while returning to Olevano Romano from Perugia. Wanting ice cream, I searched for Terni ice cream shop on Google maps and in 20 minutes I was there. Exceptional ice cream. Fabulous cream. I got two ice creams. 10 and praise. Congratulations also for your kindness and education.

21/07/2025: Delicious pizza and expertly crafted cocktails from the professional bartender Jury, always creative and original. Igor and the girls are equally courteous and kind. What can I say: "IC MANEMIBUS OPTIME!"

07/10/2025: I have never been turned away from a restaurant from being a tourist but was here. Walked by one day and saw the restaurant full of locals. Figured it must be good. I inquired about a reservation was told 'we are only open for lunch'. SO I asked if I could reserve for lunch (had not even given the guy a date). His curt response was 'we are booked every day for at least a week, sorry'. I could tell he was not being honest since he wouldn't make eye contact. Look elsewhere if you speak English!

10/09/2025: We had a wine testing accompanied by a series of small bites. Everything (the food and the wines) were excellent. A great deal too.

10/10/2025: You can enjoy Japanese food at a very reasonable price. It's a Chinese restaurant, but the prices are very reasonable and the quality is good. For 100 euros, I ate a lot of food. The female staff were very friendly, and the fortune cookie service at the end was also very nice. I highly recommend it. ^^

29/08/2025: The barmaids are very nice and friendly, the pizza is impeccable, the lady is very knowledgeable in the subject. I recently moved next door and found it to be a welcoming home, like being in a family. I recommend this place.

09/07/2025: Despite its location, the place is quite nice. The staff and food are excellent. The pizza is thin and crispy, light and not greasy at all. The beer selection is limited, but all very good! It's not a picturesque place, but it's definitely recommended if you want a good pizza and more! We'll definitely be back!

19/10/2025: I had a late lunch, and while the first half of the food was fine, the table didn't seem to have been cleaned of any traces of previous customers. They didn't provide bread beforehand, and olive oil was provided upon request for €2.50. This is unusual in the land of olive oil. It seems they also add a per-person service charge. Even when translated, they still say something like "€5 for two," which is completely incomprehensible. Perhaps because it's a tourist destination, it feels a bit pretentious, and it's nothing more than a typical restaurant in a tourist area.
