Ristorante Sebastiani In Acquasparta

Excellent place! We visited this restaurant on October 31st, while almost the entire world was celebrating Halloween! We had a wonderful evening! The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, maintaining the rustic character of the restaurant. The service is attentive, friendly, and attentive. The menu is remarkable. We chose the six-course menu, and every dish amazed us with its excellent ingredients, combinations, and presentation. A special mention for the cappelletti with parmesan cream, truly top-notch!

One of those places where you feel at home. The dishes are beautifully presented, with attention to every detail, and everything is delicious. Each dish is carefully crafted using local, seasonal ingredients. I'll definitely be back.

We've been to Da Sebastiani several times now. The ingredients used are very simple, the dishes are beautifully presented, but unfortunately, the flavor is lacking. The seasoning is either too light or simply lacks any seasoning at all. We opted for the large menu again, but of the seven courses, only two truly impressed us, so I can't give it five stars. I also have to criticize the service for being too "basic." Water isn't poured, and the wine pairing selection is poor.

What an experience, Italian cuisine at a high culinary level. Super tasty and original, friendly top service, very extensive wine list, and... our dachshund was welcome. Recommended if you like the better cuisine
