Pizzeria Bar Collage In Montefranco

First time in years, and years, or rather... since Costanzo was still there! What can I say, excellent pizza! The staff, despite being packed on a Saturday night, tried to please everyone with the utmost kindness and courtesy. We'll be back.

I visited this pizzeria and was pleasantly surprised. The pizzas are large and very good, the service is excellent, and the value is excellent. The only thing I noticed was that they were probably a bit understaffed: the waitresses were constantly running from table to table, even sweating, trying to serve everyone. Despite this, they were always kind and professional. For this reason, we left an extra tip, which I rarely do but which in this case was absolutely deserved. Kudos to the entire staff!

It was a quick dinner while we were traveling. The pizza had excellent ingredients, but we weren't satisfied with the dough. The staff were courteous, and the background music made our stay pleasant.
