25/01/2025: I ordered some pizzas with friends, leaving out the pizza which is a savory snack... being lactose intolerant I ordered a margherita with lactose-free mozzarella, they made me pay €9.50 (€3.50 added) ABSURD. I absolutely do not recommend for those who have intolerances and for those who want to eat a good pizza go elsewhere. Get better!

02/03/2025: Location veramente bella e accogliente situata tra il verde di un Club esclusivo. Prodotti di alta qualità e personale gentile e competente. Sono stato benissimo e ci tornerò a breve.

17/02/2025: In una bella sala siamo stati accolti con molto calore e professionalità da tutto il personale, in particolar modo da Riccardo sempre molto attento. Piatti ben presentati e, soprattutto, molto buoni. Diversi piatti locali con il tartufo da padrone, ma non solo. Graditissimi gli assaggini offerti dalla casa. Prezzo assolutamente in linea con la qualità e cura dei piatti. Bravi!

07/12/2024: It's like a service station just off the motorway where you save time and money both in the bar and at the adjacent petrol station which are much cheaper than the motorway. Very comfortable bar on the right immediately after the Attigliano toll booth. It is quite well stocked, the wait times and prices are lower than the rest stops. Friendly staff

20/03/2025: Our best meal in Italy! We loved the warm family service and the fresh meat and cheeses. With the bill they brought us this delicious sweet wine with biscuits, and the truffle pasta was delicious. They're so genuinely friendly and the best cooks. Will never forget this place!

20/01/2025: Diciamo che ho avuto la conferma di ciò che già conoscevo. Il ristornate I gelsi di Guardea è un buon ristorante dove mangiare carne o pesce di buon livello, con piatti tradizionali, senza che nessuno abbia da ridire. Servizio efficiente e cortese, prezzi i giusti ed locale accogliente. Non riesce però ad entusiasmarmi perché è da sempre uguale a se stesso. Buono, ma non eccellente .

21/09/2024: Abbiamo mangiato soltanto la pizza e devo dire che è veramente ottima. Bassa croccante e ben condita con un impasto molto buono. Sbirciando nei tavoli accanto abbiamo potuto notare che le pietanze erano ben curate i piatti vuoti di ritorno in cucina erano più che significativi. Prezzo nella media.

12/09/2024: I give top marks to the ROXY hotel because in 34 years and many trips we have made this place has undoubtedly managed to make us have a truly wonderful holiday (and my husband also agrees that it is very difficult 😅)! I'll start with the staff in general and they are all always smiling and polite, ready to solve any problem and available from the first second to the last they are in the hotel! The girls at the reception (I don't remember their names, sorry) are all very nice and helpful, like a genie's lamp... every wish is granted! The waiters at the hotel restaurant were excellent even if not all of them understood Italian, a great part of the holiday was beautiful and thanks to her the WONDERFUL Sabina who served our table, always sunny and loving with us but above all with our children... thank you so much and I will return to that hotel especially if they confirm its presence! Then there's Titus, another smiling boy who is always polite, helpful and courteous, good, we would like guys like that everywhere! Well I must also compliment the hotel kitchen with the chefs Pamela and Mirko who make delicious dishes, having an intolerance the chef Mirko was always ready with my first courses which were a little annoying but really good as well as satisfying my husband with vices and always with encores thanks...ah it makes spaghetti with clams that will make you lick your chops I wanted to say it! Well the room is followed by a manager and even if on the surface he seems grumpy and unpleasant Claudio is an excellent room manager, polite and ready to pamper the guest and I wanted to thank you very much for making my son feel special on his birthday.. .we were alone but with you we were no longer alone, thank you so much! One flaw was the little or almost non-existent entertainment. I recommend always leaving some entertainers in the hotel for those who don't go to the beach. A more constant presence for all the little guests! Keep up the good work and see you in July 2025 GREAT GUYS♥️

10/09/2024: A hotel with a family theme all designed for children. the staff very kind. for eating, my goodness, we eat well and lots of it. the rooms are simple the cleaning of the rooms could be done better but they are small things in reality the rest everything is excellent but the real tip is the sea, the bar, the ice cream shop without words really 20 out of 10. too bad we had to go home. for children there is a diary program with many activities. Thank you very much HOTEL ROXY!!!

05/03/2025: Finally a restaurant where you eat like you used to, real dishes full of food and not sculptures of all colours. Dishes with truffles are eaten cooked and presented "as they once were"

23/01/2025: Ieri sera volevamo mangiare del Tartufo e abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante. L’ambiente è elegante nel senso più alto, stile anni Venti non invasivo e perfettamente conservato. Abbiamo mangiato degli strangozzi fatti in casa con tartufo di stagione… una vera esperienza. Anche gli antipasti erano ottimi. Vino in abbinamento perfetto. Come dolce abbiamo scelto una crescionda spoletina che generalmente non amo molto perchè troppo bagnata o dolce e che invece in questo caso era buonissima ! Servizio discreto e competente. Grazie davvero.

08/02/2025: Surpresa maravilhosa no caminho entre Siena e Assisi. Fizemos uma pausa para o almoço e não esperávamos tanto, mas o restaurante nos surpreendeu. O atendimento foi maravilhoso, a comida muito saborosa, com aquela sensação que “te abraça”. Me senti almoçando na casa da Nona. Comemos a pasta “Ignorante” , tomei o vinho da casa (muito bom!!) e de sobremesa, creme Catalão. Tudo fantástico!! Recomendo!!!

03/01/2025: Locale tipico della tradizione Umbra. Piatti gustosi. Umbricelli al ragù bianco e tartufo eccellenti. Maialino e piccione super 🥳 buona qualità/prezzo. Dolci fatti in casa ottimi. Personale gentilissimo, cameriera super attenta e molto disponibile ❤️

29/10/2024: Simo entrati in questo borgo un po’ affaticati per la salita in bici e la prima vista è stato il sorriso della signora del locale che ci invitava così ,vista l’ora,ci siamo fermati immediatamente, devo dire ne è valsa la pena,cordialissima e gentile la X signora e ottimo il cibo,antipasto umbro molto buono poi filetto e agnello con tartufo,patate fritte e carciofi,tutto di ottima qualità ,prezzo nella media

14/10/2024: Sentirsi come a casa, coccolati da un servizio puntuale ed attento ed una straordinaria cucina dai sapori semplici e gustosi. Eccellenti la carne ed il tartufo, olio dal gusto inebriante e veramente strepitoso il sagrantino consigliato dal proprietario. Porzioni più che generose e conto assolutamente contenuto per la qualità proposta. Grazie per la bella serata.

23/02/2025: Ormai questo Ristorante è diventato un'istituzione in città, tappa dovuta per folignati e non. La pinsa è buonissima e digeribile, i primi piatti e i secondi sono semplici e ben fatti. Le titolari, Eva e Cinzia, sono state accoglienti e pazienti, nonostante il mio gruppo fosse numeroso e vivace. Siamo stati benissimo. Torneremo!
