01/01/2026: The service was incredibly slow and inattentive. We arrived around 8:40 PM, and the appetizer arrived almost 10 PM! The lamb was mostly fatty, with little to no meat, and most importantly, I found the label still on. I reported it, and the dish was remade, but it was still a disappointment. Prices were a bit high for the service.

11/02/2026: My girlfriend and I came here for lunch. The food was delicious and of excellent quality. The place is super cozy and perfectly osteria-style. We were greeted with infinite kindness and friendliness by Martina and enjoyed the wonderful company of Filippo, known as Pippo, who is the soul of the place. I hope you enjoy his company to the fullest and turn a meal into a wonderful experience.
Super fair prices.
I highly recommend it to lovers of authentic osterias like the olden days, lovers of good company and good food and drink.
We will definitely be happy to visit you again ♥️

12/01/2026: Passing through Perugia, we were looking for a place to dine that wasn't the usual eatery you find everywhere. The atmosphere at Sud Osteria is very welcoming and unique, and the staff breaks away from the usual clichés, making guests feel more at home than at a restaurant! The menu isn't extensive, but it offers tasty and unique dishes! The price of the dinner was proportionate to the service and the cost (2 appetizers, 2 main courses, 2 desserts, 2 glasses of wine and water).
I highly recommend it!

25/11/2025: Dinner with friends. Everything was excellent, from appetizer to dessert. Good wines. Excellent service. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.
19/10/2025: Recommended by a friend, I went there. The owner was kind and waited for me until around 11 PM. The room was new and very nice. The only thing I didn't like was that when I pulled the blanket off the bed, the sheets were all wrinkled, giving me the feeling of being used and not washed or ironed. Breakfast was okay.

11/10/2025: Family dinner at a simple, welcoming, and unique place, but without frills. We ordered fish, which was well-cooked and tasty without too much seasoning. The young woman who served us was very friendly and polite, and recommended a good wine, describing all the ingredients with great knowledge. A very down-to-earth place without compromising on quality. I'll definitely be back to try other dishes, or perhaps the pizza, sliced.

06/12/2025: I was passing through Foligno waiting for a train connection and decided to pop into this pastry shop. I just finished two pieces of tart and I can say... Exceptional! The staff was kind and fantastic. Everything was perfect! I'll probably be back with pleasure.

04/01/2026: Yesterday we stopped here for a quick lunch break. Unfortunately, there weren't many options at the counter, but we still found a white pizza, very soft and delicious; a tomato pizza, crispy and full of tomato; a Margherita, which was like the tomato pizza but with mozzarella added; and we finished with a Nutella focaccia, where the focaccia is spread on top of it, which is salty, so you can sometimes taste the contrast. The lady at the counter was very kind, and the prices were very reasonable. I'd love to go back, especially to try other products, both savory and sweet.

05/08/2025: We ran into Orvieto at the end of the day, and with a bit of difficulty, but successfully, we managed to pay by POS! The sandwich was a bit firm, but the porchetta was delicious, and it kept us full all day!

08/01/2026: My husband and I stayed for New Year's Eve and left on January 2nd. We both stayed and dined at the Locanda, and it was a wonderful experience! Everyone was very kind, and the dinner was superb! Breakfast was meticulously prepared, with a different dessert made every day by the owner of the Locanda! Highly recommended! We'll be back soon!
