The staff is welcoming and professional, always attentive to every detail to make guests feel pampered. The food is delicious, fresh, and prepared by a very young but very inspired and skilled chef… We tried the fried fish as an appetizer, the spaghetti alla Busara, the eggplant tart, and the sea bass, all excellent! We finished with a deconstructed cheesecake that was nothing short of heavenly… The wine list is extensive and well-selected, perfect to accompany every course. Also worth trying is the new cocktail invented by the manager; Passion Palpma if I remember correctly… delicious!! The atmosphere is unique: elegant but never pretentious, with a relaxed touch that allows you to fully enjoy your meal without rushing. It's the ideal place for a special break during a day in Venice. Prices are in line with the quality and context, and are absolutely justified by the overall experience.

24/10/2025: Of our many lovely meals in Venice, this was the finest! I chose this as the default option on a visit to the splendid Fondazione Giorgio Cini, but was unprepared for how elevated the cooking would be, and how warm and thoughtful the setting. Couldn't have had a nicer afternoon.

Great decore with changing art work from local artists. Service is always excellent with daily specials. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Making you feel like home. DentrAmelia is now open for lunch during the week and the out door patio is open and newly decorated. Food and service is always excellent, they have many specials featuring seasonal and local ingredients, great additions to their wine list and always cold beer on tap. Had a wonderful evening at their Neopoletin pizza night! The pizza was amazing everyone had a great time. Service was fast and excellent. Keep on the lookout for their specialties you won't be disappointed DentrAmelia is still fantastic 👌 one of the best restaurants in the historic centre.. just opened there patio for outdoor seating. They are passionate about using local and seasonal ingredients in their traditional Umbrian food. Call ahead for reservations and ask about specials, always something different and amazing. All their pasta is hand made in house. We had ravioli stuffed with lamb and artichoke in a mint pesto sauce that was amazing, on our last visit. Still the best restaurant in town unbelievable service at very reasonable prices. We had lunch today and I mentioned that I really liked risotto, it was not on the menu but they would make it for me If I was willing to wait . They brought a plate of rice balls while we waited. Everything was amazing 👏
