09/11/2023: In una riunione di lavoro con 11 persone che hanno profumatamente consumato, abbiamo chiesto di poterci collegare con il PC alla rete perché scaricata la batteria è ci è stato negato il collegamento! Assurdo! Alle nostre rimostranze ed alla richiesta di parlare con il responsabile ci è stato negato il contatto. Mai più in un posto così poco ospitale e flessibile alle esigenze degli utilizzatori!

16/03/2024: we went for lunch today. a little out of the way place but very nice and familiar. very professional and precise service. I had a tomato pasta and a sliced ​​beef. the tomato pasta, in its simplicity, was made really well... you can feel that it is not the classic pre-cooked pasta normally used in restaurants. the sliced ​​beef was also very good: tender and tasty meat and perfectly cooked. prices quite high but that's okay considering the quality of the raw materials and the "love" put into preparing the dishes. the only small flaw that costs the fifth star is the fairly small portions... at least I would have happily eaten a little more pasta ;-) in any case recommended!

29/02/2024: During a lunch break with my partner, we decided to try the Humus Restaurant, attracted by the numerous positive reviews and word of mouth. However, the experience proved disappointing from the start. Upon our arrival, there was no formal welcome; we were simply given a nod to ask us to sit down. The concept of the place promotes conviviality, which might be nice, but you rely on luck for company at the tables, and we were not lucky. As for the food, expectations were not met. We ordered the dish of the day, rice with black cabbage and feta, which turned out to be a confusing mix of spices that dominated every other flavour, barely revealing the presence of the feta, of which there were only four small pieces. The other dish, a "grilled" vegetable, actually consisted (requires extra small boiled egg, the 4 microscopic bits of feta) charred courgettes and fried aubergines - the latter evidently recycled from another dish (aubergine parmigiana). (I expected at least 3/4 types of vegetables). My question about the method of cooking the aubergines was greeted with annoyance by the owner, who simply confirmed that they were aubergines without providing further explanations. (I understood this on my own) Finally, the price of 31 euros for two dishes and a bottle of water seemed excessive, considering the quality of the food and the service. We left the restaurant disappointed and certainly do not plan to return or recommend it to anyone looking for an enjoyable dining experience.

06/04/2024: Very nice atmosphere, typical of Tyrolean breweries, large room offering various seats. The waiters offer courteous and fairly quick service. The only flaw is that unfortunately I was disappointed with my dish (cheese, mushrooms and vegetables) as the mushrooms were not very tasty but, above all, the vegetables, very sad, seem to have just been thrown out and warmed up from the supermarket bag. Truly inedible.
