It is without a doubt my favorite Japanese restaurant in Bolzano, and every time I go back it is a confirmation of its superior quality. The dishes are simply impeccable: sushi and sashimi prepared with the freshest ingredients, presented with care and attention to detail that does not go unnoticed. The tempura is also exceptional, light and crunchy at the right point. Every bite is an experience that makes you understand how much passion and skill there is behind every preparation. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxed, perfect for a romantic dinner, but also for an evening with friends. The staff is always kind and professional, attentive without ever being intrusive. It's one of those places where you know you're in good hands from start to finish. For me, Bamboo represents the excellence of Japanese cuisine in Bolzano. If you want to enjoy dishes of the highest quality in a refined and welcoming environment, this is the perfect place. Highly recommended!

19/10/2024: Il proprietario e i camerieri sono molto cordiali. Il posto è spazioso e frequentato. C'è una scelta di piatti adeguata e di buona qualità. Si vede che ci tengono al fatto che i clienti siano soddisfatti. Ottimo anche per lavoratori di passaggio che vogliono fermarsi per uno spuntino.

05/09/2024: Disfrutamos de nuestra comida en Cibus (Bolzano). El servicio es rápido y atento. Es posible que desee elegir mariscos si es el miércoles / viernes, que es muy fresco. El filete es estándar, pero el cordero es de excelente calidad. Disfrute del desierto (Tiramisú, llano o chocolate) también.

10/12/2024: I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton in Bolzano with my wife and, overall, the experience was positive. The room was well furnished and comfortable, with an adequate level of cleanliness and care. However, the bathroom has a significant limitation: it lacks a bidet or, alternatively, a hand shower next to the toilet, which would have been very useful. Another point to improve is the heating fan, which proved to be quite noisy during the night, disturbing my sleep. Breakfast was good, with a variety of quality options. The location is convenient for business travelers, being in a business area near the fair, with plenty of parking available nearby. Recommended for short stays, but some details could be refined to make the experience even more pleasant.

25/08/2024: Fosterbräu is definitely worth a visit! The food there is simply great – freshly prepared and full of flavor. The in-house beer is particularly impressive, as it is not only of the highest quality but also goes perfectly with the dishes on offer. The combination of delicious food and first-class beer makes Fosterbräu a real insider tip. Here you feel completely comfortable and well looked after. A great experience that I can only recommend to everyone!

05/12/2024: Delicious pizza with exceptional, very good dough. Ambiance is quite unique, is more reminiscent of a harbor bar. If you just want to eat delicious food and enjoy a very extensive beer selection, this is the place for you. Anyone looking for an Italian atmosphere will be disappointed here. Excellent quality cured meats that are difficult to find elsewhere (such as San Giovanni cooked ham, or Parma ham, although unfortunately like everywhere in Bolzano with too short maturation) which unfortunately are often not sliced ​​or cleaned properly, probably due to the inexperience of the personal or for the type of slicer used. It's a shame because quality cured meats really deserve quality treatment. Who knows, maybe a starting point for improvement.

Lively and warm environment in winter with sofas, tables and armchairs which unlike in summer there are not many seats outside due to the ground occupied by the market stalls. The costs of the cocktails are quite high with an average of 12 euros.

16/12/2024: Famosa birreria in un palazzo storico. Si vantano di avere una cucina nonstop e infatti noi siamo arrivati alle 14.30 di un sabato dei Mercatini, senza prenotazione. Locale affollatissimo ma ci hanno trovato un tavolo in mezz'ora. Buona la birra alla spina, buono il piatto misto di mio marito, mentre la mia pizza era appena sufficiente. Servizio super veloce, ma prezzi un po' alti.
