10/08/2024: The service was nice. The pistachio brioche was great, but we were disappointed with the brioche with the cream filling. It was almost empty, but what was worse, it was burnt from below (we couldn’t see it at the first sight), so it tasted bitter. That is why we can not rate this bakery with 5 stars.

18/07/2024: Delicious pastries and sandwiches! Loved the apple strudel and the danish. The olive bread was also a hit - every bite was a mouthful of olives, great if you are an olive lover!

09/08/2024: Restaurant is in a beautiful park of Laurin hotel. After two weeks with Tirolian food, we miss a good steak. This place is perfect opportunity for that. The service is efficient and kind. It is expensive but we left very satisfied.

06/08/2024: A very nicely designed museum in the castle ruins. Even more than Messner's collection from his travels, I was interested in the architecture of the museum, it is modern but suits the castle.

03/08/2024: Special museum with lots of information and art about mountains and mountain culture. In summer it is advisable to go early because it can get quite hot. From the parking lot you walk down a path, surrounded by greenery, to the entrance. Entrance is free with a Ritten pass! The route through the fort is both indoors and outdoors and (appropriately) has many ascents and descents. There is a nice restaurant at the museum where you can enjoy delicious food and drinks. You can spend an hour or an hour and a half in the museum and then enjoy a snack or a drink. Very nice and highly recommended if you love the mountains.

17/10/2024: We come here every time we visit Bolzano. There is no menu, but the owner informs you about the small, delicious delicacies she has on offer. You can easily try wines and sparkling wines before making a decision. The tables outside invite you to linger.

02/12/2024: Came here a few months ago and had a delicious meal, one of the best we had in the region, the family that runs the place seemed very dedicated to their business and even drove us back to Bolzano because we missed the last bus, an all round great experience

30/10/2024: The rating is on the peasant tavern (Buschenschank). I'll gladly come back because it's an absolute reference in its category. Welcoming atmosphere, extraordinary view and superlative typical South Tyrolean cuisine. Menu and total bill per item, payment cards not accepted are however a small negative note.

14/10/2024: Wir waren hier beim Essen. Sehr gute und traditionelle Küche. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich, nett und zuvorkommend. Die Portionen waren reichlich. Die Preise bewegen sich im etwas höheren Segent, welche aber gerechtfertigt sind. Wir werden das Restaurant wieder besuchen.

Quality of the food: terrible! thick veal schnitzel (?) with cornflake breading from the deep fryer simply impossible!

17/11/2024: Il posto è piuttosto spartano, anche perché per lo più indirizzato alla cucina e pizz Ada asporto. Nonostante ciò il servizio è stato puntuale e simpatico e le pizze molto buone, alla napoletana. Io ho preso il calzone Stefano con la 'nduja, piccante ma top...anche davvero molto grande, direi per gente affamata! Forse i prezzi non sono proprio bassi, ma bisogna anche considerare gli ingredienti e il tipo di pizza scelto.
