26/07/2026: I never write reviews but I just had to for this meal. I got the Goulash and Canderli and it was INCREDIBLE. I just know I’m going to go home and crave this meal and attempt to make it but never live up to how good this dish was. Not to be dramatic but this was probably the second best meal of my life 🙏 I also got the apple strudel which was the best I had during my time in the Dolomites and I had a LOT of apple strudel!! Please go here!!

20/07/2026: C8bo is truly delicious. It was recommended to me and it lived up to expectations. Go there!!

29/05/2026: + The restaurant has a very nice wood-paneled interior. - Seating was not allowed in the main room. - The Kaiserschmarrn was very bad. A regular pancake, fried in far too much fat. Inedible. - The portion size would be fine for dessert, but not as a main course. Clearly too small to be filling. Double the amount would be necessary. - A glass of tap water costs 50 cents. - Two different servers saw that my plate was still full when I paid. I only ate three bites. Yet, neither asked how it tasted or why my plate was mostly untouched. All in all, not a restaurant I would recommend. There are far too many other options nearby.

14/05/2026: The bar staff were very rude. The barmaid was very unfriendly. We waited 30 minutes for a table, only to be told some tables were reserved for workers with meal vouchers. I hope this has changed.

31/07/2026: Spectacular place and attentive, fast service! The only flaw is the food. We had a burger, and the meat was overcooked; a pinsa, which wasn't the best; a dish of the day; and a wok of rice, nothing special. The feeling is that they're focusing a lot on the wow factor, and they succeed, but the food is a bit neglected. Another point is that we had a particularly low, round table, which slopes slightly. The chairs on one side of the table were very high, making it uncomfortable to eat at... small details, but worth noting.

30/07/2026: Kelli, Riz, and Nelly made our experience fantastic. If you're in Bolzano for a night out with friends, you have to come to Batzi <3 Fabulous beers 🍺

02/07/2026: A simply perfect experience. Extraordinary, authentic, and expertly prepared dumplings. Excellent, refined, and unforgettable desserts. Perfectly served beer, impeccable service, and a welcoming atmosphere. A restaurant that represents the best of South Tyrolean tradition. A must-try.
