09/02/2025: Pizzeria Da Mino – Solid takeaway pizza, but with small weaknesses ★★★☆☆ I got a pizza to go from Pizzeria Da Mino. Overall the experience was OK, but not great. Positive: ✔️ The waiting time was pleasantly short - perfect if you're in a hurry. ✔️ The dough was well baked and had a pleasant consistency. ✔️ The topping was fresh and tasted okay. Negative: ❌ The pizza was only lukewarm when we picked it up, so it had to be warmed up at home. ❌ The staff wasn't unfriendly, but seemed a bit stressed and not particularly welcoming. ❌ In terms of taste, the pizza was solid, but nothing that particularly stood out - more standard. Conclusion: If you are looking for a quick and solid pizza to take away, you will find it here. However, there is still room for improvement when it comes to the friendliness and temperature of the pizza.

16/01/2025: It is quite good to encounter such a restaurant in Bolzano, a city with few Chinese restaurants. The waiters are warm and polite. We made a reservation for dinner for 11 people. When we arrived, the restaurant had already arranged a table for us. Here Had a great dinner time

20/03/2025: We had already reviewed it with 5* but after a few years we have to revise our review. The courtesy and welcome that characterized this place have disappeared. The food remains good, but if you care about being served with a smile and kindness.... it's no longer the right place. We are great lovers of Sushi and we will look for other places because we believe that a restaurant experience should not only consist of "filling your belly" but also of all the side dishes. If you decide to go anyway, ask for a table in the small room (old Bamboo) because the new room is very noisy when full.

06/03/2025: It's the second time we go. Rooms that are the right size and brand new, with everything you need. Abundant breakfast. Parking spaces nearby especially at night where you don't pay and several are free.

27/03/2025: Very central, with attention to furnishings and details, this hotel won us over. Comfortable environment and kind staff, the very good Mr. Vincenzo welcomed us and looked after us from our arrival. Welcoming and comfortable rooms, excellent cleaning. Superb breakfast, great variety of sweet and savory dishes. Very elegant breakfast room. Really good! P.S. We bought their homemade Strudel, delicious!

26/03/2025: Top hotel, beautiful, spacious room with a view over the market square. The bathroom is a good size with a heated toilet seat. A spacious shower, a standard hairdryer, and a magnifying mirror are available. The hotel is directly accessible from the huge parking garage. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very plentiful. The spa area with its large whirlpool is also very attractive and very clean, as is the entire hotel. The location, right in the center, is fantastic. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Bolzano.

Special service, Valentina's cheerfulness and kindness makes you feel at home... the landlady Annalisa makes amazing desserts and is always and perpetually smiling even in the darkest times.. 31/01/2025: We arrived before the kitchen opened and with a kindness we didn't expect they asked us if we still wanted to sit in the room. We ordered two beers and while we waited they brought us some excellent homemade pretzels, after which we ate very very well, in abundance, with courteous and impeccable service. Finally we also spent the right amount, in short, a place we will definitely return to.

19/11/2024: I had dinner with a friend from La Spezia who lives in Bolzano in this typical South Tyrolean restaurant. There is a very pleasant South Tyrolean atmosphere: we were practically the only non-German speaking guests. We had a delicious trio of dumplings accompanied by a superb Lagrein. At the end of the meal we were spoiled with a delicious Kaiserschmarrn. Honest price and welcoming restaurateur who proudly told us that his family has run this beautiful restaurant for three generations. Toll, first, ausgezeichnet! Fabrizio Dellepiane
