26/05/2025: Great location, perfect service, and the reception couldn't have been friendlier. Bravo! You feel at home from the very first moment. The large, very clean rooms are perfect for both short and long stays. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

24/05/2025: I contacted the hotel to book a massage and spa for my sister for her birthday and it was confirmed over email. My sister turned up at the hotel to find out that they had canceled her booking without telling me! They did nothing for her on the day, said to come back another day, and refused to at least open the spa early despite it being their mistake and her having traveled in (we had lined up the massage and spa entry based on their advice). They offered zero options other than to wait at the bar FOR AN HOUR. Incredibly poor service, and would not recommend. I have given them the opportunity to contact me with a solution to solve this, but have heard nothing yet. 03/05/2025: I got the egg noodles with mushrooms and bacon. I was expecting more pasta varieties and better flavor. To be honest, the menu is super basic for being a city center restaurant. The portions were also small for the price. Service was nice but very average. Dont think I would come back again.

10/05/2025: The best pizza in Bolzano ever, I ordered a takeaway pizza from Pizzeria da Gigi where now every time I want to eat a good pizza I always order it or go to their place to eat it, and I have no words to describe it, the pizza always arrives hot, plentiful as if they had just baked it, tasty, crunchy and all the other things that a person looks for in a pizza, not to mention the enormous vastness in the choice, I recommend it for any occasion especially if you want to enjoy a very good pizza well done! 11/05/2025: A meeting with friends from all over Austria brought me to Bolzano last weekend. We were allowed to go to the chic EXIL for breakfast with cappuccino and Sauvignon Blanc: cool vibe, great view of the forecourt, good quality of the products and very, very attentive and entertaining service. Gladly again!

16/05/2025: The food is very delicious. We ordered macaroni and cheese, a very, very delicious steak, and potatoes. The place is very ordinary, but the food is amazing.

31/01/2025: We arrived before the kitchen opened and with a kindness we didn't expect they asked us if we still wanted to sit in the room. We ordered two beers and while we waited they brought us some excellent homemade pretzels, after which we ate very very well, in abundance, with courteous and impeccable service. Finally we also spent the right amount, in short, a place we will definitely return to.

19/05/2025: Like every year in May we take a vacation in Bolzano. This year too we are often customers at the Hong Kong restaurant......Everything is excellent. But the welcome and the quality of the cuisine are surprising at any time. Quality tested over the years here in Oltrisarco.
