07/09/2025: The food was very tasty. The ambiance was very quiet and a bit awkward. On a Sunday night, the space felt very empty. The service was okay but very transactional and indifferent.
22/08/2025: The TREE BRASSERIE is currently my clear favorite for a nice dinner in Merano.
The service reflects the many years of international experience of the staff.
The menu impresses with straightforward, relatively "simple" dishes, which are nevertheless excellently presented and prepared.
The quality and value for money are top-notch, especially by international standards.
The ambiance and location are appealing and very relaxed.
In summary, the TREE BRASSERIE is worth a visit in every respect.

17/09/2025: I returned to this place after several years. The traditional dishes are all very good, and the craft beer is exceptional. A lovely atmosphere in an old building in the center. It's always best to reserve, especially if you're in a group.

20/06/2025: Too expensive. The ham and cheese platter, especially for €25, is way too expensive, IMHO. Drinks are also at least €1.50 more than usual. The quality is good.
18/04/2025: Such a nice landlady in an absolute dream location in the beautiful city of Bolzano! The wine recommendations are great! Very relaxed landlady with passion for the needs of her customers!

26/07/2025: Really cute neighborhood bar run by a super friendly and helpful woman. I've only tried the strudel, but I have to say it's absolutely delicious! The coffee is good and reasonably priced. Recommended!

07/09/2025: We ate: steamed dumplings, steamed Chinese buns, bamboo chicken and mushrooms, sweet and sour pork, and udon noodles with vegetables, and we enjoyed everything. The staff were very friendly! We'll be back.

Small and cozy place with a small outdoor area.
Welcoming and friendly staff.
We ordered two sandwiches and a mixed potato combo (if you eat in, mayo and ketchup are free because they serve delicious butlers).
A bit of a wait (they let you know about the wait because they also work a lot with takeout and Deliveroo/etc.)
