08/06/2026: Very nice, modern and spacious rooms. Hotel reception staff were also very professional and helpful with taxi bookings and breakfast bags (early check-out). There wasn’t much nearby location-wise. Facilities were very good though! The sauna was quite an experience.

07/06/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bolzano. The hotel is modern, clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The rooms were spacious, well maintained, and the overall service throughout the property was outstanding. What truly made this stay exceptional was the extraordinary support provided by the Reception Manager. She went above and beyond to assist us with every request, always with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. Her dedication to guest satisfaction turned a great stay into a memorable one. It is rare to encounter someone so committed to helping guests and ensuring everything runs smoothly. I would like to sincerely thank her and the entire team for their hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bolzano and will gladly stay here again on my next visit.

23/04/2026: We had a reservation, yet they still seated us at a table in the basement hallway. The service was inattentive. Our main course arrived while we were still eating the appetizers. The canned Coca-Cola was disappointing for a restaurant I had high expectations for. I ordered a buffalo pizza, but a margherita arrived instead. It tasted okay, but I expected much more.

30/01/2026: Honest mistake? I honestly doubt it. I was exhausted and my child was very agitated. I didn’t double-check the total or ask the older lady whether the calculation was correct, because I assumed that, having worked there for so long, she knew what she was doing, and I didn’t want to offend her by questioning something she does every day. In my mind, the total was around €50 for this type of purchase. I had also shared that I was travelling back home the next morning. As the shop was about to close, there was no possibility to come back once I realised that I had been charged around ***€30***+ more than the value of the items I purchased. I’ll leave it here. If you wish to apologise for this honest mistake and refund the overcharged amount, I would of course be happy to receive my money back.

07/12/2025: The atmosphere is wonderful, their cuisine, from canapés to first and second courses, is truly excellent. The food is truly delicious, and the wine is delicious. It was a wonderful lunch for me. They are very kind and helpful, and if I could, I would have lunch and dinner there very often.

28/05/2026: We were incredibly surprised. We sat outside in the beer garden. The meat was freshly prepared on a grill. Everything tasted delicious. We went there two evenings in a row. Very friendly and quick service. Highly recommended.

06/01/2026: An excellent experience at Zur Kaiserkron. The elegant and refined restaurant boasts professional staff who are attentive without ever being intrusive. The cuisine is top-quality, with sophisticated dishes and pairings that offer a true sensory journey, always in keeping with the seasonality of the menu. The quality-price ratio is amazing for what's on offer. Kudos to the entire staff; highly recommended.

10/12/2025: Perfect for anyone who wants to unwind after a day at work. The bar is informal, has excellent food at reasonable prices, great music, excellent everything, and above all, it stays open late. It's so impossible to find a place open in the evening in Bolzano. I finish work at 10:00 PM and half the city is already dead. This bar is truly a blessing.

29/10/2025: ATTENTION NEW MANAGER! This review was for the previous pizzeria. I need to try it before judging. What can I say? It's definitely one of the best pizzerias serving Northern Italian-style thin-crust pizzas. Not a good choice if you're looking for Neapolitan pizza, as the dough is very thin. But if you like this type of pizza, you're in the right place. The dough is easy to digest and the ingredients are high-quality. The place is very small, so we don't always order take-out. Delivery is almost always fast, though. 8/10
