17/05/2026: I often go to Bar EXIL, in the center of Bolzano, especially for coffee in the morning and afternoon, and it's always a great choice. A welcoming place, a pleasant atmosphere, and fast service.
A special thanks to Tessa and Alena: always smiling, kind, and professional. They create a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere every time I come in. It's wonderful to find such friendly and helpful people.
Highly recommended for a coffee break or an aperitivo in the city center!
05/05/2026: Beautiful location right in the pedestrian zone and a wonderful ambiance with the olive trees. You feel instantly at ease here.
The drinks were really delicious. The freshly squeezed juice was especially tasty.
Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the food. We ordered scrambled eggs and received two eggs with dry bread. No butter, no side dish, nothing. And it cost €9! I then ordered two more eggs, which also came with a significant additional charge. For me, the price was completely disproportionate to what ended up on the plate.
It's a shame, because the ambiance and the drinks have real potential.

21/05/2026: The Franziskanerstuben restaurant in Bolzano is highly recommended. The staff is very kind, friendly, and attentive; you immediately feel welcome and well taken care of. The food was delicious, the prices perfectly reasonable, and the atmosphere pleasant and cozy.
A restaurant where you simply feel at ease and want to linger.
Surprisingly rare these days: friendly service, good food, and fair prices all at once. It's not exactly magic, but the restaurant industry treats it like a dying art form these days.

22/12/2025: We had a family dinner yesterday at this restaurant. We ordered Pizza Kebab, Mix Grill, Kebab Panino and Falafel Panino. All dishes were halal, awesome and very delicious. Moreover, the staff was very friendly, especially Salman, who helped us a lot.
I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a delicious authentic Turkish dining experience.

23/06/2026: I go to this place several times a year because I think it's the best sushi in Bolzano. The fish is always fresh, the service is fast, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. The decor is minimal but comfortable, and there's ample parking outside.
23/06/2026: I'm a regular, but now there's a €1.50 cover charge for a little soy sauce and a napkin that isn't cloth. I asked for a glass of Mayor's water and they wanted to charge me €0.50. This isn't good; customers have become like milk cows, to be milked to the max. Kindness toward customers is hard to come by, unfortunately. I hope you'll be kinder to other customers!
