30/11/2025: Absolute favorite bar in Gries, staff is helpful, friendly, warm and kind. Coffee is great and don't get me started on the brioches, i love the pistacchio variant! During lunchtime you can also get really wellmade warm dishes, for vegetarians I'd recommend the canederli! Bar Tennis is also great for an apperetivo or some glasses of wine. Total recommendation, the worst part is, that they're closed on sundays.

15/11/2025: A simple and clean osteria, as welcoming as home. I tried the meat, pizza, and bruschetta... food lovingly prepared by a chef who puts her heart into it.

01/11/2025: A small restaurant on a side street off the pedestrian zone, away from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommended!!! Excellent value for money!!! Such delicious food!!! Spaghetti with lots of mussels, pumpkin-filled tortelli, and a tasty bruschetta for a starter. Everything was top-notch!!!!

29/10/2025: ATTENTION NEW MANAGER! This review was for the previous pizzeria. I need to try it before judging. What can I say? It's definitely one of the best pizzerias serving Northern Italian-style thin-crust pizzas. Not a good choice if you're looking for Neapolitan pizza, as the dough is very thin. But if you like this type of pizza, you're in the right place. The dough is easy to digest and the ingredients are high-quality. The place is very small, so we don't always order take-out. Delivery is almost always fast, though. 8/10

08/11/2025: Two stars because the waiter was friendly and the ambiance is quite nice. Unfortunately, the pizza was barely edible; the dough was tough, and the overall taste was quite poor. From a once-traditional restaurant to a tourist trap – that's Bolzano!

22/08/2025: The TREE BRASSERIE is currently my clear favorite for a nice dinner in Merano. The service reflects the many years of international experience of the staff. The menu impresses with straightforward, relatively "simple" dishes, which are nevertheless excellently presented and prepared. The quality and value for money are top-notch, especially by international standards. The ambiance and location are appealing and very relaxed. In summary, the TREE BRASSERIE is worth a visit in every respect.

08/11/2025: We had lunch at this beautiful farmhouse on a Saturday in November, having booked in advance, but there wasn't any need. We ate inside, but there would have been plenty of space outside as well, and the view was splendid. The staff were very friendly, and in addition to the menu, there were several equally delicious off-menu options. All the dishes were tasty and well-prepared, home-cooked, and the meat dishes were made with meat from their own farms. The homemade bread was truly delicious. The coffee from a local roaster was much appreciated. They also took great care of children, and there were high chairs, a changing table, a playground, animals outside, and a beautiful park. Highly recommended. Prices are in line with the South Tyrolean standard.

08/11/2025: We visited Banco 11 twice at the end of October 2025. The location is fantastic. While enjoying a glass of wine or sparkling wine, you can watch the people strolling by. The service from the two ladies is characterized by warmth and humor. The wine recommendations are excellent. We'll be back!
