Professional staff, 5* service, excellent cuisine, I highly recommend the sauna and swimming pool which is located on the 6th floor. I can only recommend the Sheraton Hotel to everyone.

Excellent place for business meetings or aperitifs

Not a highlight, but very expensive. The spa area wasn't very inviting. Adequate for one night, but not really recommended.

A truly beautiful and comfortable hotel. We stayed in a deluxe room: very large, well-furnished, functional, and with a wonderful, enormous king bed. The concierge who greeted us upon our arrival was very professional, kind, and went out of her way to accommodate all our needs. The enormous lobby is tastefully decorated. On the seventh and top floor, there's a spa (pool, sauna, and Turkish bath). The hotel is primarily aimed at business travelers, but it's truly suitable for every need.

The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and easy temperature control, making it perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom was fully equipped and featured both a bathtub and multiple shower options, including rain shower.

In itself, a really nice hotel with great leisure facilities such as a spa, gym, and swimming pool. The rooms are large and spacious. Unfortunately, one point is deducted for the breakfast situation. Especially on weekends, a hotel in this price category should be open at least until 10:30, if not 11:00. Some of the staff seemed incompetent, were unfriendly, and not particularly attentive. This refers exclusively to the staff in the breakfast room; housekeeping and reception were competent and friendly.

Since I'm from Bolzano, I didn't sleep in the room, but as I often do, I stopped at the bar for a drink. It's an excellent place for business meetings or just an aperitif. The atmosphere is elegant and refined. The staff is very professional and friendly.

I was really very satisfied with everything and would have gladly given you 5 stars, but I have to deduct one star because of the breakfast. There weren't enough service staff to clear tables and clean, so while there were few free tables, they still had to be cleared. This caused real problems, and the noise level was also extremely high. Breakfast itself was okay. Note: There are rarely any free spaces in the sauna area, so you can go in, but there's no space to leave. Otherwise, a very good hotel!

Excellent business hotel, with parking and a restaurant (a bit overpriced). Comfortable bed, quiet room. Windows that open. Air conditioning.

The hotel is very clean, with spacious rooms and a well-maintained spa area. Dinner at the restaurant was good, and the location is convenient, close to the train station and the ice hockey stadium. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful, which made check-in and overall communication pleasant. However, there are a few downsides. There are only two elevators, which means long waiting times, especially when staying on higher floors, and they stop on almost every level. On Saturday night, there was very loud bass noise from a nearby club until around 5:00 a.m., which could clearly be heard in the room. The hotel bar was also disappointing. Despite having plenty of staff, service was slow, orders were forgotten twice, and instead of resolving the issue properly, we were asked who had taken the order. Not very professional.
