Very nice, modern and spacious rooms. Hotel reception staff were also very professional and helpful with taxi bookings and breakfast bags (early check-out). There wasn’t much nearby location-wise. Facilities were very good though! The sauna was quite an experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bolzano. The hotel is modern, clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The rooms were spacious, well maintained, and the overall service throughout the property was outstanding. What truly made this stay exceptional was the extraordinary support provided by the Reception Manager. She went above and beyond to assist us with every request, always with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. Her dedication to guest satisfaction turned a great stay into a memorable one. It is rare to encounter someone so committed to helping guests and ensuring everything runs smoothly. I would like to sincerely thank her and the entire team for their hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bolzano and will gladly stay here again on my next visit.

Rather expensive, but good service and a rooftop spa area with a beautiful view. Excellent breakfast buffet. Too expensive for a stopover by bicycle. Clean and spacious rooms.

Great hotel! Really nice for a four points brand. The spa was amazing with a nice steam room, sauna, pool and relaxation area. There’s a sufficient gym and room was big and comfy. The staff was tremendous from start to finish, especially Sharon at check-in/out.

Overall, the room was good, but the cleanliness and housekeeping service lacked attention to detail. There was dust in several areas of the room, and the bathroom amenities were not fully replenished, including the body lotion and shower gel. Used wet towels were also not replaced. In addition, no complimentary drinking water was refilled during our 2-night stay. We sincerely hope this was not due to us being Asian guests, and that all guests are treated with the same level of care and attention.

Professional staff, 5* service, excellent cuisine, I highly recommend the sauna and swimming pool which is located on the 6th floor. I can only recommend the Sheraton Hotel to everyone.

Excellent place for business meetings or aperitifs

Not a highlight, but very expensive. The spa area wasn't very inviting. Adequate for one night, but not really recommended.

A truly beautiful and comfortable hotel. We stayed in a deluxe room: very large, well-furnished, functional, and with a wonderful, enormous king bed. The concierge who greeted us upon our arrival was very professional, kind, and went out of her way to accommodate all our needs. The enormous lobby is tastefully decorated. On the seventh and top floor, there's a spa (pool, sauna, and Turkish bath). The hotel is primarily aimed at business travelers, but it's truly suitable for every need.

The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and easy temperature control, making it perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom was fully equipped and featured both a bathtub and multiple shower options, including rain shower.
