20/06/2025: Characteristic and very well-kept interior environment. Quick service and very good pizza. It met our expectations. Highly recommended. Very good price and quality.

10/05/2025: I went there for the first time last week after it was recommended to me, I usually don't eat pizza outside of home because it's very difficult to like them (I'm Neapolitan) and you were a revelation! Delicious pizza, divinely leavened dough (in fact it was very light and digesting it was a breeze too) quality products and the size was perfect! The waitress was very sweet, welcoming, fast, friendly, polite, approachable and precise, she is really one of those people who when you look at them you see that she puts heart and passion into the things she does. For what we ordered, I found it to be a fair bill counting: - the tourist place -everyone asked for "modifications" on their pizza - 4 desserts and 4 different drinks Thank you so much for the service you give and hold on to the waitress because she is truly a wonderful person

22/06/2025: After 36 hours of touring the mountains we arrive at this mountain hut as our destination and even though all the tables were empty at 11am they didn't even leave us something to drink saying that everything was full.

26/04/2025: You can have lunch in an authentic mountain hut, where the original setting is preserved, rustic and welcoming at the same time. Traditional Alpine food prepared with care, courteous and fast staff. In high season it is good to book, the environment is not large.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questo Rifugio in mezzo a boschi montagne e tranquillità… Cos’altro aggiungere… non vediamo l’ora di tornare.. Grazie per questa bellissima esperienza

08/01/2025: Durante il nostro soggiorno di 3 notti in questa struttura, abbiamo potuto provare il loro ristorante per 3 cene consecutive e posso solo dire che ne siamo usciti sempre molto soddisfatti. Un'ottima proposta di primi e secondi, tipici della zona. I sapori hanno giocato il ruolo di protagonista, rendendo ogni piatto assolutamente di altissimo livello. Consigliamo assolutamente.

29/04/2025: Nach einer tollen Fahrt bis in 1000m Höhe sahen wir unsere Unterkunft in Dramen von der anderen Talseite. Das Essen war sehr lecker und leider gibt es solche Gasthäuser in D sehr selten noch zu finden. Service sehr freundlich und die Weinauswahl ist super zu moderaten Preisen. Da macht das Geniessen Spass. Gerne wieder und Klasse das so viele eigene Produkte vom Hof verarbeitet werden. Man schmeckt!

12/01/2025: Schõnes Lokal mit traumhafter Aussicht und super Essen ,zum Teil aus der Produktion vom eigenen Bauernhof .Das Service ist sehr sympatisch und professionell ..

21/05/2025: The two of us stayed at the Schloss Hotel Korb from Sunday to Wednesday. The first impression was good, but the room was a bit dated. Upon entering, we could hear the toilet running, and the rain shower wasn't working. Otherwise, everything was clean and tidy. The common rooms are also overflowing with decorative items and are partly dusty and run-down. The hotel is definitely in need of renovation in many areas. The location is outstanding, and the view over Bolzano speaks for itself. A beautifully landscaped outdoor area with an infinity pool and sauna in front of the vineyards is inviting and impressive. The service is very inconsistent and dependent on the individual. From long wait times to inattentiveness and ignorance, we unfortunately had mostly negative experiences with the service. All in all, the stay was fine, but we wouldn't come back under these circumstances.

01/07/2025: Location easy to reach on foot from the center or by car with several parking spaces nearby. You can eat inside in different rooms or outside. Friendly, attentive and helpful staff. Wide selection of pizzas all really good. You can also request lactose-free mozzarella. The dishes of the kitchen are also very good. Recommended!

21/03/2025: My motorcycle season kicked off on February 22, 2025! And like every year, I started with a tour to the Jaufen Pass! The roads were partly dry and well-ridable. The new section, which they repaved last year, already shows some severe damage (potholes, cracks). Nevertheless, it was another beautiful tour. Arriving at the Jaufen Pass, I couldn't believe my eyes – where is the Edelweiss Hut?!?!? But see for yourself...

18/06/2025: I reserved lunch with The Fork, received my orders, left... closed. I booked for lunch through The Fork. I received confirmation. I went but it was closed. Now I'm left without lunch because it's late. Congratulations

07/07/2025: Very nice bar restaurant on the shore of the small lake of Monticolo. Excellent and abundant food, only a small problem with drinking that being separate from eating you have to queue and wait. Kind staff

02/06/2025: Short but intense. Our stay was just one night. Ideal base for our excursions to Ponale and the Church of S. Barbara. Clean, welcoming and very kind. Practically in the center with convenient parking.

12/06/2025: A very, very nice and friendly host. Even though the food was sold out, the owner prepared us some mini croquettes and shared his last toast with us, for which he didn't even charge us anything. The three of us were charged just €15 for five drinks and the meal. The music was great; I felt like I was back in my youth, and I had a truly wonderful evening. Thank you so much for the wonderful evening. We'll definitely be back again.
