25/07/2025: Pranzo dopo una passeggiata con amici, da Tesero a Daiano. Avevamo prenotato, siamo arrivati in anticipo ma ci hanno fatto accomodare ugualmente. Canederli buonissimi, caserecce gustose, gröstl appetitoso, generose le porzioni. Interessanti comunque tutte le proposte presenti in carta, esperienza sicuramente da ripetere. Il locale è pulito, i servizi pure, e il personale è stato estremamente gentile. Bravi!

11/07/2025: Locale consigliato da una ragazza del posto. Ambiente rustico, siamo come suggerisce il nome in una cantina. molta attenzione nella scelta delle materie prime, tutte di qualità, a km zero. Antipasto di formaggi misti di livello, come primo notevoli i canederli, cucinati in maniera diversa dal solito ma semplicemente deliziosi, e il risotto al mirtillo ha saputo conquistare mio marito. Buoni anche i dolci ( particolare il semifreddo al limone e basilico) servizio gentile, veloce e professionale. Consigliato

08/08/2025: Welcoming atmosphere with a beautiful window overlooking the forest and a terrace overlooking the Sciliar peaks. The pizza is truly exceptional (something rarely seen): crispy, thin, cooked to perfection, and not burned! Kudos to the pizza chef. We'll definitely be back 🥰

31/07/2025: This splendid restaurant and pizzeria is located on the Alpe di Siusi, boasting breathtaking views. Convenient parking is available. A refined and intimate atmosphere with windows overlooking the surrounding nature, and a small number of tables for an intimate and romantic evening. Friendly and attentive service, wood-fired oven! Excellent pizza, thinly sliced, and meticulously prepared. Ideal for enjoying an excellent dinner in a refined setting overlooking an idyllic panorama.

18/09/2025: Best restaurant in Sand in Taufers! Outstanding ingredients, superb food, a very pleasant atmosphere, friendly and prompt service, top-notch! Allergies are catered for immediately whenever possible! No vacation in the Ahrntal Valley is complete without at least a visit to the tower!

10/09/2025: Terrible place, food, service and above all the very incompetent waitress, I ordered the goulash with dumplings and in the dumplings there was speck which I can't eat but on the menu they didn't write that in the dumplings there is speck so I couldn't know, so I told the waitress who replied "sorry I can't have you do anything else because the kitchen is closing and it was only 9pm", so I said never mind then I don't want anything and obviously I didn't even touch the dish and yet the waitress said you have to pay for it anyway and made me pay. For the rest the price was too exaggerated for the quality and quantity and the bread was old I don't know how many days... never again

06/10/2025: The hotel is situated on a beautiful hill, surrounded by orchards and vineyards. It's an ideal place to relax, with excellent cuisine and friendly service. It also features a swimming pool, saunas, and a beautiful garden. I highly recommend it.

02/10/2025: Everything was OK. Good food, super tasty pizzas. Due to the size of the place, it lacks a bit of customer service and coziness, but as I said, that's my personal opinion. The food is great.

04/08/2025: The Talbauer Inn is an ideal stop on the way from Auer Castle to the Hochmuth mountain station—perfectly located with breathtaking views of the Etschtal Valley. The food was excellent: freshly prepared, authentic, and a real hit in terms of flavor! Particularly noteworthy: the fluffy Kaiserschmarrn, the hearty dumplings, and the noodle soup, of which our son ate two portions. That alone speaks volumes! The terrace offers a wonderful view of the valley, the atmosphere is relaxed and informal, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Payment can be made conveniently by card or cash—very straightforward. An all-round harmonious experience in a magnificent location. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to combine enjoyment with panoramic views!

01/07/2025: Visitamos Canazei por una semana, y encontramos que este es el mejor bar. Era la única que vendía cerveza artesanal italiana, casi todas las demás tenían cerveza alemana disponible. Nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos desde el primer día y se convirtió en nuestro ir - al bar.

13/09/2025: Just one of the best pizzas I've ever had! Great service and stuff, brilliant food, cozy and warm atmosphere. We recommend making a reservation ahead - it was full and lot of people were waiting to get a table (it really is that good haha! ).

02/06/2025: Cucina gourmet da 10 e lode in Val di Fassa. Lasciandoci tentare dal percorso da 6 portate del territorio, siamo stati accompagnati in eccellenza di sapori e presentazione. Gusto inattesi ma ben orchestrati, non estremi ma inpensati quello si, porzioni adatte e presentazioni che colpivano l'osservatore, senza tuttavia intimidire. Ritmo di servizio perfetto, non lento da consumare la serata, non affrettato da non lasciare il piacere conviviale. Piccole accortezze come entrè, pane e buon olio per iniziare. Personale in sala sempre attento, capace di orientare con sorrisi e consigli richiesti, senza eccedere nel voler essere presente divenendo così invadente. Ambiente piacevole, numero di coperti non troppo ampio da disperdere la sensazione di essere fra amici in occasione speciale. Vini al calice ben selezionati, piacevoli e consigliati con la giusta franchezza ed esperienza. Prezzo ragionevole per la complessità e l'ampiezza del menù, le materie prime uniche e del territorio, la loro qualità e la gestione complessiva. Tutto in linea alla tipologia di ristorazione attesa e scelta, non per tutti i giorni ma neppure per una volta e mai più, percependo uno scomodo disallineamento nel dare e ricevere.. qui non accadrà. Insomma, se foste in zona e desideraste una cena di misura, non perdete l'occasione per farvi tentare e sentire la passione di coloro che amano il loro lavoro di ristorazione, ne varrà la pena.

27/04/2025: Ok ristorante gourmet ma i prezzi sono spropositati, 4 euro il coperto senza neanche la tovaglia, anche perché non credo sia molto igienico il puro tavolo. Come faccio a sapere se è stato pulito a dovere?

04/09/2025: Excellent experience at Weber, all in all! A perfect base for various itineraries, delicious traditional local dishes made with local ingredients, family-run with very helpful and friendly staff, functional rooms, and outdoor play equipment for children. Highly recommended.

03/09/2025: Hello, we went gorge hiking from Oberbozen in early September 2025. The Weber Inn was our savior after many hiking destinations were closed. Super friendly service, delicious cake, and cold beer. Highly recommended. Best regards, Matthias

12/10/2025: It's reasonably priced, and the dishes are excellent and available à la carte. The food is better than an all-you-can-eat sushi place. The staff was friendly, especially since we arrived 45 minutes before closing.
