11/06/2025: I had the opportunity to eat a porcini mushroom pizza at this restaurant. The structure looks good but the quality of the pizza is really TERRIBLE; you can see it from the attached photos: -the mozzarella has no flavor whatsoever and looks like a breathable polyester fabric; -the pizza is full of oil, -even the cooking was not the best (white edges). Before eating it I thought about it for a while..... I wanted to leave it on the plate and leave without paying; to avoid scenes worse than the review I preferred to turn a blind eye and eat it. The waitress who was at the cash register justified herself by saying "it's your impression, the mozzarella we put is the Neapolitan one, the mushrooms are in oil." Apart from the fact that they don't make pizza with mushrooms in oil, if they did, the oil must be removed!!! BAD EXPERIENCE

06/03/2025: Group lunch with a lot of children on the Monday of the Carnival weekend. They welcomed us well, supported us and tolerated us with great patience. Very kind staff. Excellent pizzas! Very honest prices. Super available for every request. A big thank you!

07/01/2025: Ein wirklich tolles Restaurant!!! Nicht nur das die Speisen die wir hatten (Vorspeisen,Pizza, Schnitzel und Nachtische) sensationell lecker waren... auch Chef und sein Restaurantpersonal waren superlieb und haben uns begeistert. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 31 Leuten hier, alle Bestellungen (a la Carte) waren sehr gut und auch auf individuelle Wünsche wurde perfekt eingegangen. Besonders war der Bereich um den Pizzaofen: man konnte zuschauen, wie die Pizza zubereitet wurde- vielen Dank an den tollen Pizzabäcker!!! Alle Gäste aus unserer Gruppe waren hochzufrieden und wir werden im nächsten Skiurlaub sicher wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Bewirtung und für den wundervollen Abend den wir hatten.

23/06/2025: We went to Niky's and the experience was truly excellent. A well-kept, modern and welcoming place, with a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The staff is super helpful, kind and always smiling. We ate divinely: well-presented dishes, fresh and quality ingredients, balanced flavors and generous portions. Perfect for both a lunch break and an evening with friends. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

18/06/2025: Great place to stop towards the end of hiking the Sassolungo loop. Don’t miss the high tech toilets. Beautiful views of Sella mountains with Sassolungo mountains behind. Enjoy the slide next to the hut! Very fun. Note that the kitchen isn’t open all day.

16/06/2025: After standing at the "entrance" with our infant for several minutes, we were asked if we just wanted a drink or something to eat. We wanted to eat. The "manager" would come over right away and seat us. After waiting five minutes and having 20 employees walk past us without even looking at us, we left. On top of that, the prices were outrageous for such poor and unfriendly "service" (soup 14 euros).

30/06/2025: The place is very nice but the prices are too high for the food offered, in Val di Non we found the trio of canederli at 9.5 euros on average here at 13.5, so we avoided them, we opted for the second course of the day: three slices of roast veal with a little overcooked rice and a little carrots and peas 19.90 euros, then 5 euros for a bottle of water (75 cl?) is a bit too much. The place is worth it but the prices! Is it because of the historical place or maybe Bolzano is a bit expensive?

20/06/2025: We ate something from the small menu in the afternoon, which was still delicious, and we were glad that anything was still open. Highly recommended: the toasted Vinschgauer sausage topped with bacon, ham, and cheese.

21/06/2025: Friendly waiters, pleasant atmosphere, and good food. The price/performance ratio was okay. The lasagna slice could have been a bit larger for €15.

25/06/2025: This is an extraordinary place where locals love to stop for lunch or dinner. You'll find a huge variety of delicious food, and their pizza on a thin, classic crust is absolutely divine – truly typical and traditional! You can grab a slice or take a whole one with you to enjoy later. The staff here are incredibly helpful and nice, making your visit even better. It's definitely one of those spots you must come and visit!

02/06/2025: What can I say, the lady cooks in a divine way, char and trout cooked in various ways, one better than the other. A special note goes to the quality of the fish that is raised by them, without a doubt the best I have ever eaten and this is said by a lover of trout and char.

02/06/2025: Il Veliero is located on a side street. It's not crowded with tourists. The guests are mostly locals. In addition to pizza and pasta, the Sardinian chef conjures up unusual creations. These are a bit more expensive, but always worth the price.

08/07/2025: If you are thinking about eating here- trust me, just don’t. My sister ended up having food poisoning and throwing up the whole night. The food was not fresh at all but rather tasted as if it had been heated up after a few days in the microwave with ounces of oil. Overall the worst food experience my family and I had in a long time.

25/06/2025: We booked the vacation apartment separate from the main hotel, so I can't say much about the rooms themselves. The apartment has enough space for a family, the kitchen is well-equipped, and there's parking available. The breakfast at the Schaurhof left nothing to be desired: fresh fruit, regional sausage and cheese, cakes, juices, eggs, and a large selection of bread and rolls. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to try dinner, but given the quality of the breakfast, it can only be delicious; we'll definitely try it again on our next vacation.

27/03/2025: Excellent Hotel with spacious and very clean rooms and a nice terrace. Excellent breakfast with a wide choice of both sweet and savory at the buffet. Staff attentive to every need. Applause to everyone for the welcome. Too bad, only, for the pool too small. Hotel near the TAUFERS Castle worth a visit, to the Riva waterfalls and to go skiing with a convenient ski bus. Not to forget the nice afternoon snack. Equipped with a covered garage for a fee (10.00 euros per day)

17/06/2025: I stayed this weekend with a group of friends on the occasion of a football tournament. The location is reminiscent of the classic mountain huts immersed in the spectacular green landscape and silence, the rooms are comfortable and with spacious balconies overlooking the greenery, furnished in mountain house style. In 15 minutes you go down to the valley. We were welcomed in a kind, cordial, thoughtful and attentive way to any possible need and always available and very kind. Very good cuisine, the place also lends itself well to classic outdoor lunches in the beautiful garden in front of the hotel. If I found a small flaw I would recommend strengthening the internet connection and the mobile signal a little.
