06/10/2025: Perfect from the food to the service , very welcoming waiter with knowledge on pairing wine with dishes and course suggestions, definitely coming back

05/10/2025: We had dinner last night in a very nice rustic restaurant. The rosticciata was excellent, but the waiter service was worth a look.

29/09/2025: The staff was very rude and unhelpful, even though it was late September and half empty. I asked for a Margherita pizza, asking for half to be without mozzarella, and the answer was "we don't do half and half" (so much for half and half, it was just a matter of not putting plain mozzarella on half the pizza... no big deal). The bottom line was that we had to get two mini pizzas for the same price: €6 for the one with mozzarella and €6 for the one without. We'll never go back!

28/09/2025: Great place. Better than we expected!

16/10/2025: I really liked the outdoor terrace overlooking the city of Trento...the waiters were friendly. The local dishes were very good, but the pizza was a bit disappointing. The price/quality ratio was good. It's a good option for a sunny outdoor lunch.

15/10/2025: There's not much to say about it, other than the fact that it's a spectacular restaurant with a rock in the middle of the outdoor terrace. The pizza is excellent.

19/09/2025: We stopped at this restaurant by chance for dinner and were really pleased. The food was excellent, from the starters and pizza to the desserts. The menu offers many options, including various typical South Tyrolean dishes and pizza (also available gluten-free). The prices are average, and the woman who served us was really nice and always available. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back! Highly recommended.

09/09/2025: Roberto is always there, behind his marble balcony, preparing pizzas for the oven. The pasta is excellent, well-cooked and flavorful. The condos are so plentiful to choose from. Excellent, I'd say. 😀💪🏼👍🏼

The chef is the owners' daughter and her father's culinary heir: she's incredibly talented, respecting tradition but with her creative touch and great skill, she prepares excellent dishes. The food is very authentic, perfectly prepared, from appetizer to dessert, nothing to complain about! The bread is also very good (which is not a given). The owner, the chef's mother, is very welcoming and respectful of time. With great kindness, this family guides you through the art of catering with freedom and sweetness. The place is very welcoming, very clean, and the restrooms are impeccable. Excellent value for money. Thank you, Briosi family.

04/09/2025: The place is beautiful, the owner is friendly and knowledgeable, the food is excellent, and the wines are very good. Thanks to the owner, we discovered Nosiola, a native grape variety. In the three days we spent touring the Non Valley, the Piccio Nero canederli were the best! The selection of cured meats and cheeses is excellent, and their mortandella is delicious! Even this, in three days of platters from various restaurants, was the best!

22/08/2025: One of the best bakeries in the metropolitan area. I'd be willing to travel a long way just for the Schüttelbrot, but everything else is above average, too.

10/08/2025: I was looking for a different hotel Santer but look at that, you guys are a wonderful resort for wellness and holidays. Great pictures often say more than a thousand words, but we also need words that are well-disposed and vibrate high to maintain our heart level without being dependent on them. It brightens up the day and multiplies itself here on this platform worldwide anyway. I wish you a wonderful summer. It's nice that I already have you here on my phone. Yes, it is recommendable, no question.

07/08/2025: 1. A request for a one-week stay for two people, including accessibility by car, for January 26 was already made in May 25! 2. I was told to call again in August 25. By then, they had assessed the needs of regular guests and might be able to offer something. There was no response regarding accessibility. After repeated inquiries, the information was received. 3. The second request was then made in August 25. 4. A room was offered without any consideration of needs, with a reference to moving to a room – a single room… There are two of us. CONCLUSION: This kind of behavior is fundamentally inappropriate for a service-oriented establishment that sees itself as a host. And this in South Tyrol. Unbelievable but true! No thanks! Fortunately, South Tyrol has much, much better to offer.

26/09/2025: A great place for an aperitif. Great wines by the glass, and more than just the usual Apérol Spritz on the menu.
