The room was very nice with a view over Klausen. One small drawback was that not everything was completely finished.
Some of the pipes weren't fully connected, but that was "just" a cosmetic issue. According to the manager, the renovations were completed in record time, and there are still a few minor details missing.
But otherwise, everything was perfect; the breakfast was very good and there was a large selection.
Dinner (which was included in ours) was easy to choose and order from the extensive menu. Whether it was pizza or steak, soup, appetizer, or dessert.
The staff, as well as the managers, were very accommodating and extremely friendly.
If you're looking for accommodation nearby, be sure to inquire here; it's really worth it.

We spontaneously stayed at the Hotel Schmuckhof for two nights and can highly recommend it. The rooms are brand new, very clean, and stylishly furnished. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious.
The staff was also very courteous and helpful.
Overall, excellent value for money.

A wonderful, welcoming, and hospitable place. The staff welcomed us with kindness and helpfulness. The property offers peace and quiet, the hotel's cuisine offers delicious dishes, and the breakfast caters to all tastes. Chiusa and the Schmuckhof Hotel will always be in my heart, and I'll be back soon.

I stayed at this B&B for two nights. It was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was plentiful and varied, both sweet and savory.
My only criticism was that on Sunday the croissants were too thin (in fact, they added more filling). The restaurant was also excellent, though on Saturday there was a bit of a wait (which was openly stated). I highly recommend it.

I was traveling alone and found the room and bathroom to be brand new. Relaxing balcony! Clean, friendly staff. Half board à la carte, top notch.

We stayed here a week ago for the modest sum of €400 for two nights, booking a suite. Among the positives: the location is excellent, right in the center of town, the rooms are very clean, and the Sudtirol Guest Pass is very useful. As for the negatives: since it's a suite, we expected it to be larger, there's no minibar, and given the construction work that begins next to the building early in the morning, it's truly impossible to rest in peace. At reception, we were only given our room key; we weren't given any information about breakfast time, where it would be held, or the services offered (e.g., the Sudtirol Guest Pass, which we received by email). We came down for breakfast at 8:40, and unfortunately, everything was almost finished. We're very disappointed, as given the excellent location and the brand-new building, we expected much more!

We had a fantastic stay! Our superior double room with a balcony was new, modern, and very comfortable. The half-board dinner was excellent every evening, and we also really enjoyed the ambiance. The staff was consistently friendly, attentive, and always helpful. Highly recommended!
