07/08/2025: If you book a very large suite, do not book a room with it. The suite consists of a large living room, two bathrooms, a dressing room, and a very comfortable bedroom. I recommend this hotel in Bolzano. Their breakfast is average, honestly.

05/08/2025: The recognition of my Marriott elite status was excellent, and I truly appreciated the benefits provided. The staff were also very friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience!

18/07/2025: We passed by and noticed it for its very pretty view, unfortunately I hadn't booked (they prefer reservations because they can rightly organize things better) but they welcomed us anyway, we ate very well with local dishes but at the same time revised with a special touch, the place is very nice. I recommend it.

08/09/2025: We come to Canazei every year, and to make sure we don't mess up our lunch or dinner, we come here to the Kaiserstube. Every dish is carefully prepared, with impeccable service, courtesy, and cleanliness first and foremost. Prices are slightly lower than the Canazei average. Highly recommended, don't miss it!

16/08/2025: For me, the true winner of "The Great Bake Off - The Professionals"! The pastry shop with its adjoining café is located in the heart of the small mountain village. You receive warm service and can choose from a variety of cakes, macarons, and chocolates – all homemade, of course! The plum cake, buckwheat cake, and pistachio macaron were incredibly delicious, as was the coffee with home-roasted beans! I'm actually from Munich, but I'll be stopping here regularly for coffee and cake on my way to Italy! See you soon 😊

19/04/2025: Ci fermiamo solitamente per acquistare solo i vini della cantina adiacente al ristorante. Questa volta abbiamo deciso di pranzare, prima di ripartire. Tutto ottimo, ambiente molto curato, personale gentile e disponibile. Un tagliere salumi e formaggi e un secondo di carne molto buono. 2 calici di buon vino, siamo stati bene .

13/07/2025: A bit dated, but a nice and clean house. Very well-maintained, large pool. The bathroom in the apartment room was not up to date. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired – except for the plentiful and good breakfast. Dinner was very nicely arranged and delicious. We always had to ask for more drinks. A shame, otherwise it was quite okay!

29/08/2025: Dear Paradiso team, we just spent a wonderful vacation with you and had a wonderful rest. I've read some reviews, and it's interesting how different people's perceptions are. I'll start with the food: The ambition, creativity, and attention to detail are clearly evident. We were absolutely delighted and thrilled by all the lovingly prepared and delicious creations. The breakfast was also great. There's certainly a reason why you don't offer spreads, nor a juicer, just a side note. The selection is great overall. Now, the service. The waitresses and bartenders are ALL, without exception, attentive, professional, and friendly. Very personable. Very different types, but overall a harmonious team. Everyone gives their best! Surroundings/Hiking: On the day of arrival, we were a little worried about the crowds of tourists, but the Seiser Alm turned out to be so vast and expansive that this wasn't noticeable on our tours. We were able to enjoy some great hikes in beautiful nature. Internationality: We appreciated how easy it was to communicate in English. At the same time as our stay, a very cheerful Canadian tour group was staying at the hotel, and they were greeted by an English-speaking lady from the hotel. As we later learned, she is part of the hotel management. This is really the only negative point we found, because we encountered this lady countless times in the morning at breakfast or otherwise and never once made eye contact or greeted us. However, all the waiters and attentive housekeeping staff immediately made up for this with their warmth. Hotel amenities: Everything was top-notch, but what didn't fit with the incredibly high-quality food and the dining room was the view of parked cars. Conclusion: A bold, innovative, and exemplary idea to create a plant-based hotel in the middle of the alpine pasture. We'll definitely be back. Thank you very much 💚

21/08/2025: My boyfriend and I just stayed at Paradiso Pure.Living in Alpe di Siusi for his birthday. It was a truly wonderful experience: the hotel is meticulously designed down to the smallest detail, and the atmosphere is unique. Being both vegan, we particularly appreciated the hotel's vegan and sustainable philosophy: from the cuisine to the small daily touches, everything reflects values ​​we share and makes our stay even more meaningful. The culinary offerings are varied, creative, and top-notch. A special thank you goes to the staff, who were always attentive and kind. We were especially pleased that they remembered that our stay was a birthday present: they provided us with a dessert with a candle and two glasses of sparkling wine, a gesture that touched us and made us even happier with our choice. I highly recommend Paradiso Pure.Living to anyone looking for a relaxing experience, immersed in nature, and in line with a conscious and sustainable approach. We can't wait to return!

30/08/2025: Fantastic pizzeria, truly enjoyable with a beautiful view and a very sweet waitress. We even went back a second time, and it was 1000x better than our 4-star hotel. Go here!

29/08/2025: A quaint, modern-style restaurant. The interior is warm and welcoming, and the garden offers a stunning view. The service was friendly. However, the only downside, in my opinion, is the pizza, which could definitely be improved, especially in terms of the quality of the ingredients.

07/09/2025: We've been guests here for the fourth year in a row – and we always love coming back! The warm hospitality of the Winkler family makes every stay truly special; you immediately feel like part of the family. The location is fantastic, with a beautiful view of Merano and the mountains. We particularly enjoy the infinity pool, the sauna, and, of course, the excellent food. A place to relax and enjoy yourself – we're already looking forward to our next visit!

23/07/2025: Es war ein sehr toller Aufenthalt in der Speckstube Eggerhof,sehr freundliches Personal und Familie. Super Zimmer, groß und sehr gute Betten,extrem viel „Stauraum“ im Zimmer , Balkon usw. Frühstück war ein Traum und wir hatten immer Mittags von der Karte gegessen was alles sehr lecker war. Wir kommen wieder ,… Armin & Marina

Colazione con marmellate artigianali (mirtillo, lampone, prugna e un'altra che non ricordo), dolci fatti in casa, 4 tipi di pane, uova delle loro galline; buono anche il cappuccino. Formaggi e salumi ottimi, di loro produzione. Stanza ampia e pulita. Cena solo per gli ospiti offriva 2 scelte (costine con patate e 3 canederli con insalata) con prodotti ottimi, porzioni molto abbondanti; scelta tra 2/3 dolci fatti in casa. Abbiamo scelto lo strudel, veramente ottimo. Ottimi anche i prodotti offerti per il pranzo, consiglio il piatto della malga.

29/06/2025: A direct hit! The Innerperskoler Hof is one of the best and most beautiful wine taverns I've ever visited. No, it's the best and most beautiful. Everything is just perfect here: the super friendly and attentive young lady serving, the breathtaking view, the ambiance – characterized by the homemade rustic wooden furniture, a great sense of hospitality, friendliness, and local connection – and, of course, the excellent food and sparkling drinks. Absolutely perfect and authentic! My wife enjoyed the homemade tagliatelle with herb pesto from the farm garden, while I was served a dumpling trio that is second to none. It came with a fresh salad and affogato for dessert. The meal was accompanied by an aperitif and the delicious house wine (Pinot Blanc); not to mention the homemade bread. Fabulous. Our dog, Ivy, was also very spoiled and was given a large pot of water without asking. We actually planned to stop at the Innerperskoler Hof again on Thursday evening to round off our vacation. Unfortunately, we overlooked the fact that Thursday is one of the hotel's days off. But if we ever come back to the Schlern area, a second visit is a must. Keep up the good work, and thank you very much.

16/06/2025: Hier sind wir während unseres einwöchigen Schenna-Aufenthaltes gleich zweimal eingekehrt. Man sitzt drinnen und draußen im Gartenbereich sehr gut. Wunderbares Essen. Zum Reinlegen die Hühnerbrust in Schüttelbrotpanade und ebenso die mit diversem Gemüse. Sehr lecker auch die Nudelgerichte. Alles bei gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Aufmerksamer Service, netter Inhaber. Beim nächsten Schenna-Aufenthalt für uns ein festes Ziel!
