16/07/2025: I'm sitting here at Platzl right now, and we arrived quite late. But Franceso was able to revive the kitchen and served us a bruschetta I've never had before. It was sensational! The best bruschetta I've ever had! An absolute insider tip!

14/07/2025: We're spending a few days in beautiful Brunico, enjoying not only the ambiance and wonderful atmosphere of the town but also the good food, and luckily we found the "Platzl" for that. It's primarily a pizzeria, but also offers meat and pasta dishes along with various salads. Let's start with one thing: the pizzas are really, really good, as are the pasta dishes we tried. The meat dishes we saw at neighboring tables on our evenings also looked incredibly delicious, and there wasn't a crumb left over 😉. The staff also deserves special mention; they not only do a great job, they are really helpful, very friendly, and fast – simply fantastic! Francesco and his team would get 10 stars from us. We highly recommend the "Platzl" to everyone.

08/07/2025: A good restaurant on Lake Durrensee, often very crowded due to the lack of alternatives. The staff deserves special mention, as they serve all dishes very efficiently despite their busy schedule. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the lake and mountains.

07/07/2025: Restaurant on a busy road in Val Pusteria located next to Lake Landro. Characteristic environment with also a very popular outdoor veranda and the reason is that the quality of the dishes is excellent, abundant and reasonably priced at least for the main courses. It is the third time that I use it and it will not be the last because the cuisine, the place but above all the location is fantastic.

03/05/2025: For the 2nd year in a row we came to do a short ski with you. Last year with 6 people and this year with 14 men. * Prime location * Good kitchen with a very extensive breakfast and wide choice for dinner. * Nice wine list * Spacious rooms * Good room service * Ample shuttle service to the lifts *Some very friendly staff Small minus: The bar closes way too quickly.... 11:30 PM is really early. On Saturday evening our bus left and dinner was shoved down our throats, 3 courses in 30 minutes is not pleasant. It was also not possible to pay by card for the wines that our group drank, it had to be in cash. You can expect us again next year and probably with an even larger group.

01/07/2025: Cutlery charge - Coperto - Hidden rip-off. We had a drink and a pizza. We didn't get any bread or water. Just a paper mat, cutlery, and a plate. The food was good, but I was surprised that a restaurant with such high ratings felt the need to charge for cutlery. As we checked our bill, we looked for it on the menu. You can find it on the menu if you read the entire menu from the beginning. It's somewhat hidden in the menu. Since we only ate a small amount and drank a few things, this makes a difference in percentage terms. The pizza that cost €12.50 now costs €16.50, too much. Just for paper and cutlery. This was the last time for me. I don't need this hidden rip-off. There's good food elsewhere, as we've already experienced. Without coperto.

30/06/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We’ve had dinner here for three nights in a row—and for good reason! The food and wine are absolutely amazing, and the staff couldn’t be more friendly and welcoming. Every evening was a great experience, from the delicious dishes to the warm atmosphere. Definitely a place we’d love to come back to. Highly recommended!!

24/05/2025: Very nice little alpine hut with friendly service and great views

19/05/2025: Yesterday we visited the Malga Furtalm and were thrilled! Depending on your starting point (e.g., St. Anton or higher - Stein parking lot), a pleasant, easy hike leads to the hut through beautiful nature with waterfalls and a stunning panorama. We were very lucky: The hut had just opened on May 17th! Once at the top, we treated ourselves to a little refreshment – ​​the bacon dumpling soup and homemade Schlutzkrapfen were delicious. The menu may be small, but it's fine – and they even had fresh roast lamb as a daily special, which suggests seasonal cuisine. The service was warm and attentive – even the family's 9-year-old son helped with charm. The terrace offers a magnificent view, there's a sparkling clean restroom and a small children's area. The prices are absolutely fair, especially considering the alpine location and the short season. Conclusion: A wonderful place – we'd love to come back!

08/07/2025: Great place for a pizza after swimming. They offer some not so common pizza if you want to try something new. The staff was nice and friendly. Overall, it was a great restaurant.

06/07/2025: Everything was great, the food was amazing. My only minor criticism: the crème brûlée doesn't seem to contain any real vanilla, at least I didn't see any. It was still very tasty.
