Dai piatti si comprende tutta la ricerca e la dedizione per creare qualcosa di unico, tutto fatto al momento. Accoglienza ottima e servizio cordiale, posso solo che consigliare questo ristorante al 100%

01/04/2024: Posto visitato per le buone recensioni che abbiamo visto online. Ottimo servizio, cibo, buona carta vini... Abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione di pesce., chef sempre presente che ha spiegato ogni piatto presentato. Staff cordiale e presente... Esperienza da ripetere...

31/08/2024: Con qualche attenzione in più potrebbe migliorare parecchio. La location ha due facce. Dentro piccolo ma molto bello, fuori non l'ho trovato per niente invitante. Piatti tipici trentini fatti bene. La qualità l'ho trovata molto buona. Il servizio cordiale e veloce ma una cosa non mi è piaciuta. Sapendo che miei bambini non sono mangioni ho chiesto quanto fosse grande la cotoletta ordinata. Mi spiaceva pagare qualcosa che poi sarebbe avanzata. Dalle informazioni ricevute ne abbiamo ordinate due che puntualmente erano più grandi ed altrettanto puntualmente sono state mangiate a metà. Il prezzo per me è alto. Gli strangolapreti si è no 10 a 12 euro sono un furto. Mia mamma è trentina e anni fa quando riusciva ancora me li faceva. So bene cosa serve per farli. Nel complesso è un bel posto e si mangia bene ma il prezzo non lo giustifico. Troppo caro.

22/08/2024: We got stuck here after a very demanding hike, unfortunately the food wasn't to our liking, and it's not something everyone can please. We had fried potatoes with eggs, unfortunately the fried potatoes had a bit too much oil on them and the Kaiserschmarn was a bit overcooked , anything can happen, it's all just people. The drinks were very good and the house schnapps was really tasty. What didn't work at all and that's why the star was deducted was the staff, the young man didn't feel like working, I told him that when he was paying, which didn't bother him. We had to wait 3/4 hours for the food, there was a family at the other table with us who arrived much later than we did. They were served immediately and after a few minutes they received the food, among other things, the same as us. Nevertheless, the Alm is very nice, worth a detour and hope that it was just an isolated incident.

27/08/2024: I discovered Osteria Da Checco my first night in The Dolomites and was I ever happy because it became my go to place. The food is amazing, the restaurant itself has an incredible view. And best of all the staff are welcoming and friendly. Their main concern is that you are happy and well served. I ate many dishes on the menu, the beef tartare, the rib steak, the octopus salad, Checco’s spareribs (a must), and the veal wiener schnitzel. Everything dish is superb. They also have an incredible wine list. And their olive oil is so good you’ll want to drink it. If you’re in Ortisei this place is a must. A special thank you to everyone that took care of me.

26/08/2024: Beautiful environment. The owner is kind, but not so the girls serving. Never a hint of a smile. Very dry in their ways. Microfiltered water at 5 euros is an exaggerated price. The price of all dishes is supported. Then for heaven's sake... you are in Ortisei...

17/07/2024: I was there with a group of 37 people, they served us an excellent, plentiful and above all good and genuine lunch with traditional Trentino legume minestrone and excellent grilled Lugano sausages. 2 containers Staff and owner very kind and helpful I hope to come back soon

31/08/2024: I've known him for a long time. Good quality/price ratio. Friendly and helpful staff. We did half board and the food was good. Thanks to Mrs. Sonia who was really kind. I returned to Vipiteno 31 August 2024 but unfortunately it is fully booked. But I saw that the exterior had been redone. Very nice.

28/08/2024: Nice modern room with bathroom and balcony. My only wish: The coat hooks are attached to a beam in the middle of the room at eye level, so I almost injured myself several times (especially at night). Staff was friendly and willing to provide information. The breakfast was also good. From here you can easily walk to both the city center and the train station.

19/06/2024: Most restaurants were closed in Arco on the Wednesday, so we ended up in this place which was a very pleasant surprise. The service was friendly and quick and the food very good. And not expensive at all! We will likely drop by again.

16/07/2024: Chalet tipico, curato e con vista sul lago. Sala interna con pochissimi coperti, max 25/30. Piccolo dehor. Gestione squisitamente familiare, ovvero marito e moglie (over 65), stop. Cucina semplice a base di materie prime spesso a km zero (l'azienda agricola della coppia), servizio basico, ma premuroso, incredibilmente familiare, anche il silenzio che regna quando si mangia è surreale, hai la tendenza a tenere la voce bassa per non disturbare... Attenzione! porzioni davvero giganti, consigliato (anche dai gestori, quando mai!?) un solo piatto piu dessert (stratosferici). Da non suggerire a terzi, perche non si spezzi l'incantesimo...

09/07/2024: Wir waren in unserem Urlaub als Familie zum Essen dort. Die Karte ist klein,aber fein. Für jeden war etwas dabei,vor allem die selbstgemachten Knödel sind super. Die Bewirtung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Preise sind sehr fair. Wir hatten vorher reserviert,das sollte man auch,da es sich um einen kleinen Gastraum handelt. Wie bei Muttern im Wohnzimmer. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, wenn wir nochmal in der Gegend sind.

17/08/2024: Mr. Paolo with his wife and their staff will welcome you with an old-fashioned kindness. Varied menu, typical and non-typical cuisine, many delicacies and abundant dishes. Prices normal. Really worth trying. Highly recommended! We'll see you again next year. 😉

15/08/2024: We chose the Prada Sport restaurant to dine during our stay on Monte Bondone. Top typical Trentino cuisine 🔝🔝 Truly excellent dishes prepared with love. 06/08/2024: Ristorante carino a Corvara. Buoni i canederli di speck e lo Strudel di mele. Servizio puntuale e cordiale. Unica pecca il prezzo decisamente superiore ad altri locali della zona
