02/09/2025: A very nice hostess in a very rustic, very old alpine hut. Very delicious dinner. You definitely need to know what you're getting into as a guest beforehand. Don't complain afterward if you end up in the annex, with no electricity and an outhouse, even though you booked it that way. The hostess specifically points this out when you book.

24/07/2025: Högklassig restaurang några minuters promenad utanför turiststråken i Ortesei. Lugnt, behaglig personal och mycket vällagad mat med vinkunnig personal. Gott om lokala viner att prova. Känns inte alls turistigt.

01/07/2025: Visitamos Canazei por una semana, y encontramos que este es el mejor bar. Era la única que vendía cerveza artesanal italiana, casi todas las demás tenían cerveza alemana disponible. Nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos desde el primer día y se convirtió en nuestro ir - al bar.

27/02/2025: Vale la pena certamente di raggiungere Sarentino perchè Braunwirt merita una visita. Abbiamo scelto la degustazione di 4 portate a scelta dello chef già riportate nel menù, per le quali comunque viene chiesto se vi siano alimenti non graditi, così da evitare brutte sorprese. Partiti con vari pani di loro produzione, in accoppiamento a 3 tipologie di burro squisiti, a seguire le quattro portate comprendenti un tartare indimenticabile, piatti squisiti, complessi, esteticamente perfetti. Carta dei vini non particolarmente estesa, ma ricercata comprendente anche proposte, insolite, del territorio (vignaioli indipendenti). Servizio ottimo, conto nella norma considerando la qualità complessiva. Unica piccola pecca il locale, in effetti non di mio particolare gradimento per la vicinanza dei tavoli e le sedute, così da sentirsi più a Milano che non in Alto Adige, ma è un dettaglio.

23/02/2025: Che dire un esperienza davvero interessante, capitati per caso, abbiamo pranzato per la prima volta un sabato di dicembre, ci siamo tornati per due domeniche di febbraio consecutive con degli amici. Il cibo, e l'accoglienza tutto davvero ottimo. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare, a presto. Raffaella

25/07/2025: Pranzo dopo una passeggiata con amici, da Tesero a Daiano. Avevamo prenotato, siamo arrivati in anticipo ma ci hanno fatto accomodare ugualmente. Canederli buonissimi, caserecce gustose, gröstl appetitoso, generose le porzioni. Interessanti comunque tutte le proposte presenti in carta, esperienza sicuramente da ripetere. Il locale è pulito, i servizi pure, e il personale è stato estremamente gentile. Bravi!

11/07/2025: Locale consigliato da una ragazza del posto. Ambiente rustico, siamo come suggerisce il nome in una cantina. molta attenzione nella scelta delle materie prime, tutte di qualità, a km zero. Antipasto di formaggi misti di livello, come primo notevoli i canederli, cucinati in maniera diversa dal solito ma semplicemente deliziosi, e il risotto al mirtillo ha saputo conquistare mio marito. Buoni anche i dolci ( particolare il semifreddo al limone e basilico) servizio gentile, veloce e professionale. Consigliato

13/07/2025: We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Weidmannshof. A wonderful location, hospitable, attentive service, excellent food, and family- and pet-friendly. 🐕. We visited with four teenagers, two adults, and one dog, using the Weidmannshof as the starting and ending point for our hut hike (from Bressanone/Tils to Merano). The farm is easily accessible by car, and we took public transport back from Merano. The bus stops right outside the front door. 5 out of 5 stars.

21/04/2025: The inn is recommended, super clean and great location with various hiking opportunities. There is a bus from Brixen to Tils if someone comes by train. The Hofer family is very helpful. I had a great time in these 3 days, thank you very much.

22/07/2025: A due passi dal Duomo di Ortisei, questo locale arredatoin stile montanaro, con una bella terrazza esterna, offre piatti della tradizione locale ben cucinati, a prezzi nella media della zona. Servizio rapido e cortese. Kaiserschmarren fantastico!

22/07/2025: Una opción asequible con excelente comida y vistas increíbles en Ortesei - una trampa turística en todas partes con turistas ricos extranjeros locos gastando precios locos en toda la comida. ¡Comimos por 50 euros -sangrado de cordón, carbonara y litro de vino de la casa- con fabulosas vistas en Ortesei! Volveremos - las pizzas se ven increíbles.

13/09/2025: Good morning, I'd like to point out that this review has nothing to do with the location or the food, because, alas, we weren't allowed to do so! I'd also like to point out that the waitress was very polite and sweet in explaining our request, but alas, that wasn't the case, and you'll understand why! We arrived very late, so our intention was to quickly feed the kids and then leave! We arrived and asked to sit outside for obvious reasons. My son is autistic and loves to be on his cell phone. This doesn't mean we wouldn't turn it down the entire time we were there. Autism is fine, but respect for others is essential, because that's what we're teaching our son. So curious to order before taking my child to the bathroom, I stopped at the table to quickly read the menu and let my husband order. The waitress came over and asked us to turn down our cell phones because the other diners were being disturbed by the sound. Everything changed when I pointed out that my son is autistic and that we would turn it down as soon as we sat down. If the other diners had any problems, we would calmly tell them that the child was autistic. The thing I found most unpleasant was being looked at as rude by your GUESTS! What bothers me is having to be judged without even being known, what bothers me is feeling sorry for people who behaved this way after finding out about my son's disability! Since I'm not the only mother in the world with an autistic child, please put up a sign outside saying that families with autistic children are not allowed in your restaurant because they disturb other DINNERS.

22/08/2024: An idyllic landscape up there. Very quiet location near the small lake. Prices are reasonable for an alpine hut. It's hosted by a really cool guy!

15/09/2025: Excellent restaurant in the center of Corvara. Ideal for a Ladin menu and to sample typical local dishes. The menu offers local specialties. I recommend the cured meats and cheese platters as excellent. The dumplings are expertly made. The service is punctual and attentive. The price is slightly high. However, it remains in line with the offerings available in the area. The location is beautiful. Worth it.

12/09/2025: No. The pasta with mushrooms doesn't taste good. The prices are very high and not reasonable. They charge €8 for a cover charge.

23/08/2025: Excellent pizzeria, spacious interior, friendly staff, fast service. The only downside: they don't take reservations; you have to go and leave your name at the cashier and they'll call when a seat becomes available. It's also worth trying as a restaurant.

26/07/2025: They did not disclose the amount. We ordered a family pizza, which was supposed to be 15 euros, and they added 7 euros to choose the filling. There is no credibility. It was supposed to be 15 euros without adding any amounts.
