05/11/2025: I ate a sliced black angus with a side of potatoes and I have to say that it was very good and with quality ingredients, short waiting times despite there being a lot of people, very very friendly staff, beautiful rooms with different lights and colors and photos of Mexico, top!!

Stuff very helpful and friendly.
We’ve stayed with baby, and we’re really great that they have a kids playing room.
Ones we’ve arrived, we got the welcome snacks and drink at the terrace.
Ive chosen not the best room,as I was booking in a rush, so we’ve got not really big room, but it has everything we needed.
The food was nice — I cannot say it was so many options in buffet, but you are able to make an orders. Breakfast were great.
Also they have a spa, exactly what you need after the day in mountains, you just have to book the slot in advance to make sure it’s not crowded: there are few sauna room and pool with jacuzzi and also big pool for swimming.
Would suggest the hotel as a family resort.

13/09/2025: Hawaii is the hidden gem!! Truly delicious pizza, and the price-performance ratio is great! The salami with arugula was also amazing. We went there twice and weren't disappointed. The pilsner is also delicious, and we had a great time ☺️

25/08/2025: For lunch for four, we'll definitely return: immersed in nature, breathtaking scenery, absolute silence, and a homely welcome.
Friendly staff, generous and tasty dishes, and absolutely reasonable prices.
A friendly goat came into the dining room to greet the guests—beautiful! :)
After lunch, you can relax on the outdoor loungers provided by the mountain hut.
It's about a 45-minute walk away, but it's also easily accessible by car.
20/08/2025: I may be biased, but all the mountain huts are fantastic. The food here is excellent, and after a nice walk to get there, the smell of the stew makes you forget all about the effort!

27/09/2025: We stopped in the first time for an aperitivo and it wasn't a great experience. We tried again two years later for lunch, almost by chance, and we were very satisfied. The food is of excellent quality and craftsmanship. The prices aren't like those of a tavern, but they're not outrageous, in line with the quality of the dishes. The atmosphere is simple but clean and tidy. The staff is top-notch.

08/12/2025: I ordered pods from different origins, and they arrived very well packaged (the first time this has happened from a coffee supplier, at least for me). The individual pod packaging is also well-made and easy to open.
The overall average for the various types is really high, but my favorites were definitely the CUBA and PAPUA pods.
The INTENSO is also good, like a barista espresso (but definitely better than the kind you get in a bar).
I think it will become my regular supplier, at least for a while.

Very relaxing there...
15/08/2025: A very nice, quiet spot with delicious, homemade food and a great view. A short climb from the parking lot.
This was our second time here and we highly recommend it.

04/12/2025: Neat and clean room, excellent location just steps from the historic center and the Christmas markets, conveniently located near public transportation, covered parking nearby, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!
25/10/2025: The cleanliness of the rooms (especially the bathrooms) is questionable. Otherwise, a solid hotel close to the center.

26/08/2025: Reachable in 20 minutes from the Klammeben cable car station, the alpine pasture is located at the intersection of several hiking trails. Stunning views, hearty South Tyrolean cuisine, and good value for money.
