24/02/2026: Terrible place, decent food, rude and incompetent staff, reservation on the fork at 9:15 pm, at 9:22 pm, the waiter asked us if we were ready to order, sitting for less than 2 minutes we asked for a little more time to decide, the waiter SIGHTED us, LOOKED AT THE CLOCK and indicated to hurry up, I was already getting nervous, we decide quickly what to eat, bad choice, the waiter comes back after calling him, I tell him that my girlfriend is celiac, he looks at her disconcerted, he doesn't even know what it means, he is the one in charge of taking orders, IN CHARGE OF TAKING ORDERS, he has to go to the kitchen to ask what gluten is, the portions were meager, tasting dishes, in fact the tasting menu courses were the same, incredible, the braised beef had a piece of meat, tasty yes, but at €26, they took such a hurry to take the orders, then they left us 5 minutes with the dish Dirty. When we complained to the front desk, prompted by the receptionist's question, we didn't even get an apology, but instead were charged an extra 5 cents. The receptionist used a calculator to calculate 40-37.75, which then became 37.80. She absolutely wanted a 5-cent tip. Working in a hotel, these are the flaws I've noticed. WE WILL DEFINITELY RETURN TOMORROW! Even though my girlfriend was mistaken for the owner's daughter, apparently with the same name, they didn't give her any special treatment. On the contrary.

12/03/2026: Anyone wanting lemon-flavored water should definitely order a Hugo there. The farmer's toast is topped with cheap cervelat sausage. Pichlberg is highly recommended for anyone with questionable taste!

20/02/2026: If you should eat somewhere in San Martino di Castrozza, choose this place. The best restaurant in the town. Rather make a reservation for the dinner, lunch is ok without it. The staff is extremely nice, welcoming and friendly - they are great with kids. The pizza was tasty, meat as well and the desserts were amazing.

03/01/2026: Hi, I visited San Rocco with my family and a friend's family. I honestly can't describe our experience... the food was truly delicious, the service was perfect, the staff were really friendly, and the place was clean. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone who loves both Indian and Italian cuisine.

22/12/2025: A classic guesthouse, superbly located for skiing, a short walk to the slopes and then a short run to the Boe gondola – perfect. Great, generous breakfast buffet; unfortunately, the coffee is from a machine, but tea is available. The rooms are simple but renovated. All in all, highly recommended.

02/12/2025: Truly a charming spot, for the view and the warm atmosphere. The bar also offers sandwiches for a bite to eat. The staff is a little slow at times, but still polite and professional. I highly recommend a pit stop.

07/09/2025: A must-see on the way back from hikes to the Tre Cime or the Zsigmondy-Comici Refuge. It's hard to find a better strudel. Fantastic staff. Extremely popular due to the easy route, suitable for everyone, so avoid peak hours and months due to long lines waiting for a table.

27/08/2025: We've been frequenting the Fiscalina Valley for years, but I'd never stopped at this refuge. I have to say, it was a great find: sublime food, impeccable service, and friendliness come first. Highly recommended.
