14/08/2024: I frequented La Stua in special and beautiful moments, when there was something to celebrate. On one of these occasions I had a disappointment that I didn't expect. For one occasion I booked 4 pastas for celiacs and without nuts the day before, for children who eat them go into anaphylactic shock (obviously I ask the person in charge of the orders to take due care). I'm going to get the pastries that are already packaged. (Excellent work I think to myself, they had already packaged them in the laboratory, avoiding possible contamination). I give the packages directly to my mother who, thanks to her attention, checks the pastries.... and what's underneath!?!?!? (don't believe the words, look with your eyes). I work in the food sector, and I take the liberty of giving you advice, even if it is not requested. If you propose to offer certain services to your customers, make sure you do it WELL and CAREFULLY. Good work

25/06/2024: Storo ist die "Hauptstadt" der Polenta und die Polentera die Kathedrale dazu. Sehr schöner Agritur. Wunderschön gepflegt! Polentatris ist zu empfehlen, aber BESONDERS das Polenta-Mousse als Nachspeise....grandios!!!!!!

22/02/2024: Posto favoloso, ambiente casereccio in senso positivo, attenzione ai clienti davvero alta, qualità del cibo ottima! Hanno anche delle stanze davvero belle e comode. Ci tornerei domani

20/06/2024: Eine längere Beurteilung ist mit ein Bedürfnis. Wir kamen um 1800 Uhr, wohl wissend, dass in Sternerestaurants viele Gänge serviert werden. Mit den üblichen Amuse gueule, über das köstliche frische Brot mit 6erlei Butter, Pesto Variationen kamen wir dann zum den Gängen. Wir wählten 4 Gänge. Mit Davor und Danach kommt man auf gefühlt 6-7. Zunächst zum Essen…. Köstlichst.. Fein.. Menge mehr als ausreichend… Die Wachtel Präsentation äußerst gelungen. Die Trüffel feinst gehobelt auf einem Keks als Untergrund. Die Sauce dazu…ein Gedicht. Auch der Nachtisch konnte sehr überzeugen, sind wir nicht so die „ Süßen“. Besonders lobenswert ist ebenfalls der Service. Herr Benjamin bedient mit äußerst geschultem Blick und Aufmerksamkeit, bei gleichzeitigem unaufdringlichen höflichsten Umgang mit dem Gast. Im Team wird serviert und kurz und charmant ( durch Herrn Alessandro) die Speisen erklärt. Dezente Hintergrundmusik, angenehm. Wir sind wirklich viel herumgekommen und haben auf der ganzen Welt im Sternebereich gespeist. Dieses Restaurant verdient wirklich Aufmerksamkeit, denn das Zusammenspiel aus exzellentem Service, noch richtig gedeckten Tischen und einer wunderbaren Küche ist ein Seltenheit geworden. Besonders in den Großstädten erleben wir eine neue Generation an Restaurants. Keine Tischdecken, Besteck soll behalten werden über den Abend , Zwangs Duzen als vermeintliches „ Wir Gefühl“ und diese grauenvolle Zwangsbeschallung, deren Geschmack der Gastgeber bestimmt, was verzeihbar wäre, wenn die Lautstärke dezent wäre. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder kommen. Danke für den schönen Abend.

23/04/2024: Wir sind seit Jahren Stammgäste beim Schlosswirt. Seit Corona sind die Preise gestiegen und es wird weniger geboten. Sehr schade. Wir waren mehrmals sehr enttäuscht. Das Essen war gut. Ein Amuse Bouche mehr würde uns in Zukunft freuen. Wie vor Corona... wenn schon teurer, dann muss auch mehr geboten werden nicht offensichtlich weniger... Interieur: sehr geschmackvoll. Service: Professionell und kompetent.

09/07/2024: Poco piatti ma da 10 e lode, rispecchiano la tradizione trentina, assolutamente consigliato per chi è di passaggio !! La proprietaria Sarda di una gentilezza unica e ti spiega nel dettaglio i piatti , adatto anche per intolleranti glutine, personale di sala molto gentile. Noi abbiamo cenato sulla terrazza la sera del 8 luglio 2024, temperatura perfetta di 18 gradi !!

27/06/2024: Pranzare sulla terrazza affacciata sul lago è stupendo. Piatti unici e dessert molto buoni. Prezzi un po' alti ma la qualità compresa. Servizio veloce e personale molto gentile

16/05/2024: Because of what we knew, we knew that there would be salad and water at lunch. However, the young waitress didn't bring us a salad and did bring one to all the other guests (locals). You only got the salad when you asked. When billing, it was also noticed that she had charged extra for the water. We were able to clarify this with the nice other waitress and the cashier. Still, it's a shame that as a tourist you are discriminated against by the young waitress and that's why we can't recommend it.

18/07/2024: Out of four times in Gardasee, two of them in Bellariva 😃 The first time in the fall of 22, and it was love at first sight ♥️ Our family is satisfied with everything! Two adults, a 12-year-old child, a dog) Everything in the restaurant is always fresh, delicious 😋👍 The guys (waiters) are always smiling, attentive, everything is fast 💪👍 Special thanks to the chef - a God-given chef 👍 The hotel is clean, cleaned every day, there is enough space. 05/07/2024: Their location is very excellent, directly on Lake Gadra. Lake Garda is known as one of the most beautiful lakes in northern Italy. Their service is excellent and their treatment is nice. They have a valet service. Of course, the parking is in a mall that is ten or eight minutes away from the hotel, but if you need it, they will bring you the car and park it themselves. Of course, it is free. Breakfast is modest. They have a luggage trolley, but you take your bags if you need a trolley. They will provide it for you. The center is a little far away. If you go for a walk of 900 meters, you go from the main road and return from the lake side. It is beautiful and enjoyable for those who like to walk.

21/05/2024: If the strudel had not been served cold, it would have been better. I don't understand wooden cutlery, there is a good dishwasher, why not use it?

22/03/2024: I come to eat here often since I work nearby and I must say that I am satisfied. The products are fresh making the salads of excellent quality, the other dishes offered by the kitchen are also very good and the service is good with polite and friendly staff who perfectly follow the rules of hygiene to offer excellent service. Too bad you're closed on the weekend
