19/08/2024: We waited 1 hour for the food and the pizza was like cardboard, it couldn't even be eaten and I had stomach cramps after the pizza magherita, my brother threw up and my friend had a stomach ache, the pizza was so disgusting that we didn't even finish it PS: NO RECOMMENDATION

16/08/2024: Rude and inattentive. After a nice walk there was a moment to refresh. I was in the queue behind two ladies at the counter, while other customers arrived and formed an alternative queue. First problem I noticed: a cloud of flies happily feasting on the cakes and strudel behind the glass of the counter. I then counted 5 service people, despite this I patiently waited for my turn for 5 minutes, and when it was time to be served the young lady turned first to the other customers who arrived after me. It should be noted that next to her there was a boy (evidently incapable of doing his job) who was watching his colleague work, and I am a 1.90 meter tall, 100kg half-closet, so not exactly invisible. Stay away from us.

15/08/2024: Nice mountain hut with the possibility to eat and see how they make cheese and milk. It's a shame there is little free space to picnic alone without buying food at the mountain hut

30/08/2024: A NIGHTMARE STAY DRIVEN BY RUDE Given that my family and I have been customers of the structure in question for 4 years and that with some of the staff such as Filippo, Ester, Alban and Paolo we have an idyllic, almost FAMILY relationship, thanks to their extreme professionalism and sense of hospitality. Like every year I booked a 7-night stay from 24 to 31 cm. On the 28th I was in the spa of the structure, when at the exit of the Turkish bath, where I stopped in shorts, sitting on the appropriate towel!!!! I was joined by a hotel guest who, in an arrogant and arrogant tone, ordered me to leave the spa because according to him my clothing was RESTRICTED!!! Once we reached the front desk, Mr. intervened. Daniele, head of the rooms at the Feldmilla, who, although not consulted as he was off duty, in casual clothes burst into the undersigned in a loud voice saying "THE LORD IS RIGHT!!" meaning my clothing was FORBIDDEN. Having pointed out to Mr Daniele that there was no ban and that in 4 years NO ONE had warned us from entering the spa in costume, Daniele took on a HIGHLY RUDE AND DEFINITIVELY LACK OF ANY PROFESSIONALISM tone, inviting the writer twice to leave the structure ... "if you don't like it you're in the wrong hotel CHECK OUT!!", all in the presence of two other employees!!! In order not to degrade the situation to the same level as those described above, I decided to contact the Director, who did nothing other than repeatedly repeat that my clothing WAS NOT FORBIDDEN but was careful not to intervene with the friendly customer, to explain that Daniele was wrong and that in the spa with the necessary precautions the swimsuit is tolerated. For the above and for a question of dignity and serenity, I found myself having to leave in disgust, the Feldmilla 2 nights early which the Director had the terrible taste of charging to the bill, despite one of his employees with enormous RUDE had urged me to leave Fedmilla EARLY!!!! Finally, I am obliged to draw attention to the behavior bordering on racism on the part of Mr. Daniele who during his excesses exclaimed "THEN THERE ARE THE USUAL ITALIANS WHO DO NOT WANT TO SEE OTHERS' BALLS AROUND THE SPA AND THE POOL, IN HOW MUCH RETROGRADES WHO ARE ANNOYED THAT THEIR CHILDREN SEE HOW HUMAN BEINGS ARE MADE!! AMAZING!!!! In all of this the top management of the DV chain is secretly hiding even though I have tried to reach them more than once!!!

28/03/2024: Friendly waiters. Dinner does not correspond to that of a 4S hotel, gluten-free alternatives very uncreative. The breakfast is also rather monotonous. The pool area is very small and some of the rooms are unkempt.

25/08/2024: At lunch. Averagely good dishes included in a menu with acceptable prices and very generous portions. Friendly staff, fast service.

08/08/2024: 1. Everywhere is full of thoughtful and unique furnishings 2. The breakfast options are rich and the ingredients are fresh and good. Dinner provides 4-course meals and a salad bar, which is delicious and satisfying. 3. Service staff are attentive and professional

07/08/2024: Bravissimi! Vivi complimenti allo chef Aldo e ai suoi ragazzi per l’esperienza offerta. I piatti rispettano la stagionalità degli ingredienti e rispecchiano l’amore che questi ragazzi hanno per la cucina. Piatti di sostanza, eleganti e raffinati, soprattutto VERI che raccontano del territorio e della ricercatezza della materia prima… complimenti anche ai ragazzi in sala, gentili e premurosi. Non c’è un difetto. Bravi! Consigliatissimo.

19/07/2024: I got some yogurt and it was sour like it had gone bad. After 1 hour I got a stomach ache. Not recommended.

09/06/2024: 2-night stay over the recent weekend (7 - 9 June) with wife, daughter and the family's fur baby Aci. The hosts Lino and Fabrizio are courteous and very knowledgeable in giving advice on itineraries in the area and information on the nearby motocross track. Excellent cuisine, I have never eaten such good carne salada (Thanks Lino for letting me taste the Garda oil that I only knew by name). Abundant buffet breakfast with sweet and savory foods always supplied. A special thank you to the lady in charge of breakfast who was very sweet towards our Aci even though he doesn't like interacting with humans outside of his "pack". Spotless room and fantastic mattress. Mention of merit for the treatment reserved for furry friends who have free access to the restaurant. For them there is also a spacious garden where they can let them buck a bit. In the room for them, bowls and a comfortable bed (so comfortable that when we were about to leave Aci lay down on it and looked at us as if to say "let's take her home). 10/05/2024: We stayed 2 nights with our 2 dogs. We had a really good time! Lovely mountain view! We found bowls and kennels for them in the room. Nothing was really missing for breakfast. Unfortunately we did not use the restaurant. Really very friendly and super helpful staff. Strategic point for hiking and several lakes nearby. Excellent experience, we hope to see you again soon!! 31/08/2024: Aspettare 45 minuti per due pizze, non e' accettabile se ancor più il locale risulta essere semivuoto e nonostante ci possano essere ordini di pizze d'asporto... La cosa più spiacevole e' stata però il non ricevere nessuna scusa in merito... Quella e' la gravità maggiore! Diamo la colpa alla giovane ed inesperta eta'! La pizza comunque buona , l'ambiente molto bello e i camerieri molto gentili e a modo!

25/08/2024: Cibo nella media, pizze discrete e carne non male. MA: servizio lentissimo e camerieri che camminano a testa bassissima, sembra facciano di tutto per non vederti... Non una bella atmosfera, ecco. Peccato!
