30/06/2024: By chance we ended up in the beautiful garden of the farm, little chicks were running around us, in the evening sun under the willow with a view of the vineyards - simply wonderful. 3 hours were over in no time, delicious wine in the carafe, antipasti platter and traditional dumplings, simply delicious and at the end an affogato, we were enchanted by the scenery, the food and all at a fair price.

09/08/2024: Got four pizzas here tonight. Really very good pizza. Good soil and excellent investments at an excellent price. The only downside, and this may not have been very smart of me, is that the boxes leaked grease and I now have huge grease stains in my car seat.

25/08/2024: From the anonymous place it goes almost unnoticed but once inside you discover an elegant room with a view of the swimming pool below. Strictly wood-fired pizza oven. Cleanliness and order reign supreme, with shining glasses and glasses and bottles displayed above the bar counter in perfect, sparkling lines. The large menu offers many choices with different dishes of typical traditional cuisine. Personally, I really appreciated the spek dumplings in broth. Good broth and deliberately not very salty to sweeten the tasty dumplings just right. Good, high quality products, friendly and fast service. Too bad we didn't have room for dessert.

23/12/2023: Außer unseren Hauptspeisen (siehe Fotos) hatten wir noch 1 gr. Helles, 1 gr. Weißbier, 1 Flasche Wasser, 1 Glas Weißwein (Rose gab es leider nicht) und 1 Marillen Schnaps. Alles sehr lecker und eine sehr nette Bedienung. Trotzdem war ich enttäuscht, weil ich extra dorthin gegangen bin um Tirteln zu essen - die gibt es aber nur im Sommer.

05/12/2023: Esperienza da ripetere sicuramente: cibo buonissimo e con porzioni importanti! Maso con sale in pietra, da cartolina. Staff preparato e molto cordiale. Ampia scelta di birre anche artigianali. Continuate così!

15/08/2024: Great inn to eat out. Great location in the middle of the Sarntal. Only the rooms could be modernized.

14/08/2024: 11-day stay in the last ten days of July 2024 with half board (2 people). New or recently renovated restaurant room, sauna and small indoor swimming pool, beautiful and welcoming. Room and bathroom with very, very old furniture, fixtures and fixtures, no bidet, daily cleaning too fast to be effective. Bathroom linen (has seen better times) changed after 4 days only upon explicit request. Banal, monotonous cuisine, with potatoes reigning supreme and far from the typical dishes and flavors of the mountains. Excessive markups on mineral water and wines. Some of the service staff are friendly and helpful but the remainder have difficulties with the Italian language that effectively prevent even the simplest of dialogues. In short, overall I think it's not worth the amount we paid (85 euros/day per person) and I don't feel like recommending it.

17/07/2024: Very nice place, secluded and welcoming. The staff are fantastic and kind. The food offering is wide, including pizza, and at a good price; only advice is that the quality of the dishes could improve slightly.

02/07/2024: Chez Frederich è un ristorante fantastico. Ho mangiato del pesce straordinario, fresco e cucinato in modo impeccabile. Le cozze erano fresche e saporite. La frittura abbondante e asciutta. L'atmosfera è calda e accogliente e il servizio è stato molto attento. Se amate il pesce, questo è il posto giusto per voi. Il conto è un po’ salato, ma ne vale la pena. Lo consiglio vivamente!

05/08/2024: I won't deny that we have been to this restaurant a few times. The food is good and the place is clean. But recently they have raised the prices too much, paying 60 euros for two seems excessive to me, we are talking about a cutlet, a pasta and two cans of coke plus coffee. The food is good but the quality has remained the same despite the prices having risen significantly.

02/08/2024: Let's look for a place on Google Maps. Some photos of the restaurant/pizzeria are also present in other local listings. We note that the price for eating is between €20 and €30 per person. True, if you eat pizza. False, if you choose other dishes for which you get 40/50 each. Good pizza, well made. Fairly quick service. Lukewarm but courteous staff, apart from a girl with an Italian (perhaps southern) accent. I appreciated the limoncino at the end of dinner: they offer you a frozen glass bottle, and you can help yourself freely. I didn't appreciate the guy smoking at the table next to us (besides, we were technically outside). Receipt issued, fair price for a pizza and a drink each.
