14/07/2025: The place is beautiful and quirky, amazing location right by the river. It’s romantic and we found the service to be very attentive and quick. The food however was A) too imaginative (cherries with pasta, pineapple with chilly) and B) way too expensive for the quality and amount. It would be the perfect place, if they simply focused on good and simple dishes.

24/07/2025: I would advise caution when booking this hotel. Unfortunately, I experienced several issues where it felt like the property was trying to cheat me through Booking.com. There were multiple attempts to charge me incorrectly or change the conditions of the reservation after it was confirmed. This raised serious concerns about the trustworthiness of the management. It's disappointing, as the stay could have been much better without these problems. Make sure to double-check everything if you decide to book here.

20/07/2025: Brilliant gem of a property! It feels like you’re staying with a family. Impeccable attention to detail, there are small little things they have done to make our stay so memorable. The hotel is located close to bus routes and hiking paths, it is equidistant from both Col Raiser and Monte Pana as well as Ortisei for Seceda and Seiser Alms. We even had their 4-course dinner one evening and it was perfection. They even made a special meal for my son who wiped off his plate clean! What’s brilliant is that it’s a team of women that run the hotel. Huge thank you to Flori, Carolyn and Rodica for being great hosts. We will definitely be back.

13/08/2025: We order takeout, a pizza and two plates of sushi. The wait is long for a weekday and the place is half empty, but we don't complain, because we don't know if it's routine or if it's just an unlucky night. At a certain point, we see a pizza placed on the counter and left there. A little over 15 minutes pass and then the guy brings us that pizza, along with the sushi he'd just picked up from the kitchen. We point out that the pizza has been sitting around for a long time and is now cold, stuck to the cardboard, and inedible. The guy replies, "What's my fault? You should take it home now; it was cold anyway." We're shocked and also tell him that since we live literally across the street, it would have taken us less than two minutes to get home, and he replied that it wasn't his problem. Speechless, we left without speaking to anyone else; the visibly young and inexperienced guy doesn't excuse his rudeness. We WERE regular customers, but they'll definitely never see us again. (The sushi was good too..)

26/07/2025: Great, super tasty, and plenty of it. You can watch the food being cooked while you eat. I'd definitely go back, though at some point you get sick of pizza.

27/07/2025: I had lunch yesterday with my husband. Sliced polenta with melted cheese on top. I've never eaten sliced polenta in the mountains; it was probably leftover from the day before. The food quality was poor. Prices were average. I wouldn't recommend it.

26/07/2025: I've had takeout pizza several times. The dough and ingredients are good. They also offer pizzas using traditional local ingredients. The staff is very friendly. There's parking nearby. The prices are average for the area.

12/09/2025: We liked cleanliness and access to undeground garage (extra 10 eur). Beds are pretty comfortable. Disliked · Condition of the bathroom is very poor, some elements are even dangerouns (shower seat, see photos). Room equpement is very basic, as is choice of foor for breakfast (there was no salad at all). TV is very small. Bathroom doors cannot be fully closed. Rooms oriented at Via Scuderia are VERY noisy. For 150 euros for 2 per night this is unacceptable.

10/09/2025: Located right next to Untermais train station. The restaurant is recommended; the rooms are a bit dated, but the service is friendly.

12/07/2025: There were three of us, two adults and one child, there for dinner. We received a very warm welcome, and the all-you-can-eat ordering system was explained to us. You wrote down the dishes you had chosen from the menu on a piece of paper. You then held the menu upright, and a waiter took your order for the kitchen. After some initial difficulties, as we didn't understand everything in English right away, the rest went smoothly. The waiters were very friendly, and the food was delicious and plentiful. There was a huge selection of different dishes. The price was also completely reasonable. We'd be happy to go back next time. We sat outside, but it was a bit noisy. Next time, try inside.

15/08/2025: Alpenhotel Panorama is in a perfect location for hiking, with unbeatable views that left us in awe. The facilities were spotless, and the staff—especially the waiters—were very friendly, though a few had some difficulty speaking Italian. The pasta was delicious and a clear highlight of the meal. Unfortunately, the cotoletta didn’t quite live up to the high standard set by the rest of the experience.
