02/03/2026: Everything exceeded my expectations. The spa area, breakfast, room, tea-coffee-cake buffet, staff, location—everything was simply excellent, welcoming, varied, and simply fantastic.

28/02/2026: Very nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Since the buffet and the seating area are a bit apart, some back and forth walking is needed until you can actually start with your breakfast. Cake and coffee in the afternoon is a really nice add-on. Drinks at the bar are overpriced, though.

12/01/2026: Freina is the family restaurant where we eat every time we come to Selva. It has an excellent appetizer and dessert buffet, not to mention the always varied and extensive menu. The ribs were delicious.

06/01/2026: Perfect service, perfect rooms, perfect location, perfect culinary experience, perfect facilities (ski lockers amazing, parking easy), perfect entertainment (ski shows amazing), just perfect. And of course the skiing and the town, perfect.

23/12/2025: We came here on the recommendation of our landlady. They bake with love here. And... There are lots of little slices to choose from, including a variety of cakes. And we tried quite a few! We definitely can't answer the question of which cake tastes better... They were all so delicious! Definitely recommended, and the earth pyramids nearby are a great addition.

07/02/2026: We ate at the Blaue Traube restaurant in Algund and were very satisfied. The food was excellent, freshly prepared, and tasted fantastic. The service was also friendly, attentive, and quick. You immediately feel welcome. The atmosphere is pleasant and cozy. Overall, a great restaurant that we would definitely recommend and would gladly visit again.

25/01/2026: We visited the Blaue Traube at the beginning of January – and honestly: it was the best meal we've had in a long time. The taste was top-notch, perfectly balanced, and simply delicious. Highly recommended!

07/03/2026: I had the opportunity to dine at this beautiful restaurant. Before booking, I'd looked at the reviews, and they were all excellent. What can I say? This place really surprised me! Upon request, they seated us at a table near the fireplace, an atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The girl who served us was truly kind and polite, as was all the other staff. The food was excellent, both in quality and value for money. I recommend it, we'll definitely be back 🥰

17/01/2026: I went with a friend, intrigued after seeing tons of photos on social media. It's a modern restaurant with about ten parking spaces. Perhaps a little too small, as there was a smoking area inside due to the grills on the tables. We opted for the Taste Menu for €79 per person, which included a French fry with truffle and a bottle of Valpolicella red. Overall, the dinner was perfect and tasty. We left the restaurant feeling really full, so I recommend this menu if you have room for more. ;) Reservations are absolutely essential; it was Monday night and the restaurant was packed. Despite having made a reservation, we waited 10 minutes past our reserved time.

06/01/2026: There's absolutely nothing to complain about here. The food is fantastic, the staff more than attentive, and the atmosphere is perfect. I'd gladly come back again and again (if I'm in the area 😉).

08/12/2025: For a special meal, the Apollonia Inn is a great place. The dishes looked and tasted delicious. When we were there, they offered vegan chestnut cream soup and potato rösti with various vegetables and cream. Unfortunately, the soup was only partially vegan. It should have also included beetroot and potato fritters. Furthermore, the portions weren't very large, so we were feeling a bit hungry again after a short while. We commend their commitment to catering to vegans. A vegan "standard" or simple dish would be the next logical step.

06/12/2025: Well, what can I add that hasn't already been said? Fantastic food from a small menu. South Tyrolean classics with an Italian twist. Plus, a focus on regional ingredients, but not overdone. Our service was truly delightful and very attentive. And then, of course, the covered terrace offers a picture-perfect panoramic view of the valley. There's a nice playground for children in front of the building. Prices are slightly on the high side, but almost too good to be true considering the quality. The selection of local non-alcoholic beers was a pleasant surprise. You can definitely see a trend there. A detour from the valley is well worth it, especially when it's over 30 degrees Celsius "down below." Reservations are recommended.

30/01/2026: Simply the best restaurant in the Merano area! A magical place that is both historical and modern with indoor and outdoor dining options that are tastefully decorated. The menu has a good choice of dishes and isn't overwhelming, but the wine and drinks list is extensive and well curated. The dishes themselves are stunning in execution with obvious great care and thought to their balance. The pasta dishes really stand out but you really can't go wrong with any choice. Desert doesn't disappoint either with the creme brulee being one of the very best I've ever tested. Service is prompt and courteous with a special mention for our host Nadine who was both warm and professional. Thanks to whole team at Miil, it truly is a special place.

01/02/2026: This restaurant was a delightful discovery. The food was delicious and of excellent quality. The service was attentive, friendly, and very helpful. Considering the excellent value for money, I would recommend it without hesitation.

14/01/2026: Hospitality in an intimate and informal setting. Traditional cuisine with refined Trentino specialties and more, plus a children's menu. The platter of cured meats, cheeses, walnuts, and giardiniera was generous, and we shared it between the two of us. My next dish was the obligatory canederli with butter and sage, while my son enjoyed a generous platter of stewed venison with polenta and sauerkraut. To finish, the homemade strudel, as well as the other desserts on the menu, was served. Impeccable and attentive service. We didn't take photos, but we truly appreciated the attention to detail and quality.

23/09/2025: A very nice Refugio with fantastic food.Had potato ravioli filled with goat cheese and great tomato sauce. Probably better than the Michelin starred restaurant we eat in the other night. Definitely worth the hike.

12/09/2025: We had such a great time that we even decided to get married in this wonderful retreat. The staff was kind and professional, and Armin is fantastic! You absolutely have to come here!
