01/04/2026: We only stayed two days, but it felt like a week because of how relaxing we were! What can I say? Everything was impeccable, from the superb food to the spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean room, to the perfectly heated pool and saunas! We can't wait to return.

29/03/2026: As part of the Eisack Valley Culinary Weeks 2026, I had the opportunity to stay at the Stafler Romantikhotel – and it was a very successful stay overall. The friendly staff deserves special mention, as they made the stay pleasant from the very beginning. The hotel also excelled in its culinary offerings: the food was consistently excellent, with a wide selection at the breakfast buffet, and they were very accommodating to individual dietary needs such as gluten intolerance. Another highlight was the fantastic wine list, which perfectly complemented the evening. I also received a room upgrade, which was, of course, an added bonus. The spa area is rather small (steam sauna, Finnish sauna, infrared cabin). My only complaint was that the temperatures in the relaxation rooms were a bit too high. The grounds around the hotel are lovely (surely even more impressive in summer when everything is in bloom). All in all, a very enjoyable stay that I would gladly recommend – especially for gourmets and anyone who appreciates good food.

07/02/2026: We ate at the Blaue Traube restaurant in Algund and were very satisfied. The food was excellent, freshly prepared, and tasted fantastic. The service was also friendly, attentive, and quick. You immediately feel welcome. The atmosphere is pleasant and cozy. Overall, a great restaurant that we would definitely recommend and would gladly visit again.

25/01/2026: We visited the Blaue Traube at the beginning of January – and honestly: it was the best meal we've had in a long time. The taste was top-notch, perfectly balanced, and simply delicious. Highly recommended!

07/03/2026: I had the opportunity to dine at this beautiful restaurant. Before booking, I'd looked at the reviews, and they were all excellent. What can I say? This place really surprised me! Upon request, they seated us at a table near the fireplace, an atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The girl who served us was truly kind and polite, as was all the other staff. The food was excellent, both in quality and value for money. I recommend it, we'll definitely be back 🥰

08/12/2025: For a special meal, the Apollonia Inn is a great place. The dishes looked and tasted delicious. When we were there, they offered vegan chestnut cream soup and potato rösti with various vegetables and cream. Unfortunately, the soup was only partially vegan. It should have also included beetroot and potato fritters. Furthermore, the portions weren't very large, so we were feeling a bit hungry again after a short while. We commend their commitment to catering to vegans. A vegan "standard" or simple dish would be the next logical step.

07/03/2026: Good food, fantastic location, and despite everything, not very crowded. Above all, they're so friendly and eager to make you feel good! A free round of grappa is even more appreciated! Well done, that's how you do your job!

17/01/2026: I went with a friend, intrigued after seeing tons of photos on social media. It's a modern restaurant with about ten parking spaces. Perhaps a little too small, as there was a smoking area inside due to the grills on the tables. We opted for the Taste Menu for €79 per person, which included a French fry with truffle and a bottle of Valpolicella red. Overall, the dinner was perfect and tasty. We left the restaurant feeling really full, so I recommend this menu if you have room for more. ;) Reservations are absolutely essential; it was Monday night and the restaurant was packed. Despite having made a reservation, we waited 10 minutes past our reserved time.

06/01/2026: There's absolutely nothing to complain about here. The food is fantastic, the staff more than attentive, and the atmosphere is perfect. I'd gladly come back again and again (if I'm in the area 😉).

31/03/2026: We felt very lucky to find this restaurant. We visited Val di Funes in the low season and it was the only restaurant open in the whole valley, but what a find it was. The experience was absolutely outstanding. The food was truly exceptional, with a level of creativity, presentation and quality that felt very close to Michelin-star dining. Every dish was beautifully presented, and it was a lovely touch that the chef came to the table to explain each plate. The waitress was also wonderful: attentive, warm and highly professional throughout the meal. A special mention goes to the lasagna, which was absolutely unforgettable. This was honestly one of the best places we ate during our entire trip. We highly recommend it and are very grateful we had the chance to dine here.

11/02/2026: "Much more than a meal, a true encounter!" We'd read some amazing reviews on Google, so we came with incredibly high expectations... And the result? We were blown away. We went for the full three-course meal: starter, main, and dessert, and frankly, it was flawless, pure bliss on a plate. What really touched us was the chef. He came to our table twice to tell us where his ingredients came from and how he came up with his recipes. You can feel his genuine passion, and it makes all the difference to the experience. The service is impeccable, the atmosphere is perfect... In short, if you're ever in the area, don't hesitate for a second, it's a gem!

We were welcomed with professionalism, friendliness, and the utmost helpfulness by all the staff in a refined and characteristic location. Special mention goes to the restaurant manager, who went out of his way to accommodate my wife's dietary needs. If the opportunity arises, we will gladly return.

23/09/2025: A very nice Refugio with fantastic food.Had potato ravioli filled with goat cheese and great tomato sauce. Probably better than the Michelin starred restaurant we eat in the other night. Definitely worth the hike.
