10/04/2026: We visited the restaurant as part of the "Eisacktaler Kost" culinary experience, and the food was absolutely fantastic! The restaurant itself is beautiful with its old-world charm, the service was very friendly and attentive, and above all, genuine and not at all pretentious.

09/08/2026: We really loved this place! The food was great and the atmosphere was amazing. It has such a lovely and relaxing vibe, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
They have their own farm, so everything feels very fresh and freshly made, which makes the experience even better.
There is plenty of parking space right in front of the restaurant. I would recommend booking a table before you come. We walked in without a reservation and luckily they still had a table available for us.
The indoor seating area is also very nice and cozy. Overall, we really enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and the friendly service. Definitely a lovely place to visit!
06/08/2026: After seeing the episode about this place on TV, we stopped by during our trip to South Tyrol... we had a super delicious meal... highly recommended !!!!!

You can sense the warmth and passion of the people who work here, who will never deny you a smile (or a grappa afterward). Whether you're visiting on foot or by car, you can't miss this farm: the aroma of delicious food that greets you upon arrival will make you feel instantly at home.
15/08/2026: An authentic experience and unforgettable flavors!
We stopped at this beautiful farmhouse, and the experience exceeded all expectations. We started with a delicious local beer brewed by a nearby farm, followed by simply spectacular dumplings, expertly crafted.
The real surprise, however, came with dessert: without exaggeration, the best strudel we've had in two years of vacationing in the area. Honorable mention goes to their fresh cream, natural and unsweetened, of incredible quality and authenticity.
Congratulations for their passion and attention to the raw ingredients. An absolute must-see, we'll definitely be back!

We have a 15-month-old son and they were super kind, offering him some things to keep him entertained. The food was a 10/10, the food was delicious, really compliments. 06/08/2026: A true highlight in Kaltern! As a motorcyclist on a road trip, I became aware of Spuntloch through the many positive reviews, and they didn't overpromise.
The steak was of outstanding quality and grilled to perfection. The side dishes and sauces were also excellent. The service was warm and attentive, and you feel welcome from the very first moment.
The stylish ambiance perfectly complements the experience. Anyone who loves good meat should definitely visit this restaurant. For me, it was one of the best steaks I've had in a long time.
Thank you for the wonderful evening; I'll gladly return on my next motorcycle tour! 🏍️🥩
04/08/2026: Everything here is just perfect! A lovely atmosphere in the vaulted cellar, incredibly friendly and attentive service, excellent advice on wines and dishes, and of course, fantastic food.
Even though the restaurant was packed, we felt that they always had time for us and wanted to give us the best possible experience. Sitting and eating right at the bar on the bench was unusual, but very pleasant, as we were always exceptionally well looked after.
The steaks were cooked to perfection and delicious, especially with the dip. The cheese platter and the sorbet were also divine.
We'll definitely be back!

The ladies in the dining room were super friendly, and the service was really fast.
07/08/2026: An immersive experience in local culinary tradition that's definitely worth it in a restaurant where friendliness is the order of the day... we came twice in a row and were enchanted by the exquisite flavors of the traditional dishes and the extremely kind and friendly staff... I recommend the canederli and strangolapreti, the truly superb pork cheek with polenta, tagliatelle with mushrooms, and the ravioli! The strudel is incredible! A must-see ☺️
