05/01/2026: We stumbled upon it last night with our girls, and it was a lovely surprise. The food was truly excellent: quality ingredients, beautifully combined, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We tried the creamy and succulent pumpkin and scamorza risotto, the mouth-watering carboburger, and the pork pluma, a real treat, expertly cooked. Reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

17/08/2025: The thin-crust pizzas are well-made and topped, though perhaps I would have preferred more sauce. The meat main course is excellent. Crostoni are very rich in mushrooms, but the bread could be toasted and spiced a bit more. There are a few Asian dishes on the menu, but there are some language barriers with service, and on peak days, the wait can be a bit long. The atmosphere is charming, with a panoramic veranda, ample parking, and reasonable prices. Perfect for a cool evening.

17/02/2026: Clean, welcoming place. The menu is €12 for a first course, second course, and side dish. The food is very, very good, I recommend it to everyone. I'll definitely be back. The owners are very kind and helpful. Thank you so much!!!! 5 stars well deserved.
29/12/2025: An experience not to be repeated. We went there for Christmas lunch, despite the limited choice of two menus (meat or seafood). The service was indecent, and the quality (overcooked rice) and quantity (appetizer) were both awful.
In the end, we even laughed it off at the neighboring tables, who couldn't find the words to describe the meal.
Given the owner's response, I'd just like to suggest rereading my review.
The problem wasn't the menu choice (that's why we came!!), but something else, already mentioned in the review.
PS
When I write about the set menu, I think and imagine that it should be an advantage for a restaurant to prepare/organize everything, but that wasn't the case!!

15/02/2026: A welcoming restaurant with two dining rooms, one with a TV.
It offers a choice of seafood and meat dishes, as well as excellent pizza.
The cacio e pepe pici and the tagliata are highly recommended.
The staff are friendly and attentive.
The owner is also attentive to the needs of his guests and can also engage in conversation with them.
Excellent experience, highly recommended.
We hope to return soon.
15/02/2026: Overall, the experience wasn't bad: the food was really good, the dishes were carefully prepared. Unfortunately, however, the service RUINED everything.
We waited 20 minutes just for the menu. Once we'd chosen, it was another 25 minutes before anyone came to take our order. And from there, the wait became truly excessive: no less than an hour for the first course and another 30 minutes for the second.
I completely understand that it was a holiday and that there might be more people than usual, but sitting for almost two hours basically waiting for food is, in my opinion, unacceptable. It's a shame, because the quality of the food deserves much more than such slow service.

10/01/2026: The pizza was raw and was inedible and tasteless (it didn't taste like pizza) I ordered a Napoli and it had three capers and anchovies in it!!! If you have to come DO NOT GET THE PIZZA 🍕

03/11/2025: I called because I couldn't find the "forks" option when ordering takeout through an app. I called and they kindly explained how to request them. When the food arrived, there were no forks, only chopsticks, and even one less than the number of us. But that's just the beginning! They completely misread the ingredients for the poke, and when I double-checked the receipt, it was their mistake. They mixed up the ingredients in our poke multiple times, mixing up ingredients that, being undesirable, caused quite a bit of inconvenience. The rice was also particularly undercooked, and the tuna didn't seem to be of great quality. A huge disappointment and a ruined dinner. Never again!

05/04/2026: This is a historic pastry shop in Pistoia, not in the city center. It has the charm of pastries of the past, with its tables, mirrors, sofas, wood, and gold. The desserts, pastries, and savory treats are delicious. Friendly staff. A perfect place for a refined snack.

28/11/2025: The typical restaurant you wouldn't believe from the outside. The service was provided by Mr. Gigi himself, who was extremely kind. The dishes... simple but delicious. For appetizers, we ordered 1 stewed black cabbage and 1 portion of sautéed porcini mushrooms... we ordered seconds because they were so good. Tagliolini with truffle (so good and soft they melted in your mouth) and 1 peposo all'imprunetina (wine and pepper) with polenta. A glass of house red wine (for a house wine, very good, but we're in Tuscany and I think that's normal). I came here for work, but if I were to return to the area, I think I'd definitely go back!
